本发明公开了一种铸铁用耐高温防护漆,包括水性环氧树脂、有机硅树酯、乳白胶、沸石粉、丙酸钠、磷酸三甲苯酯、沸石粉酐、环己酮、红云母氧化铁、苯丙乳液、云母粉、异氰酸酯烷基硅烷、三氧化钼。本发明制成的防护漆,能够有效的保护铸件,防锈效果好,耐高温效果好,能有效的的延长铸件寿命。

本发明涉及一种铸铁用耐高温防护漆,属于防锈漆技术领域。
背景技术
铸件(Casting)是用各种铸造方法获得的金属成型物件,包括铸钢件、铸铁件、铸铜件、铸铝件等类型。铸件是把冶炼好的液态金属,用浇注、压射、吸入或其它浇铸方法注入预先准备好的铸型中,冷却后经等,所得到的具有一定形状、尺寸和性能的物件。铸件应用历史悠久。古代人们用铸件作和一些生活用具。近代,铸件主要用作机器零部件的毛坯,有些精密铸件,也可直接用作机器的零部件。铸件在机械产品中占有很大的比重。
而铸件想要长时间使用,不但需要铸件本身品质过硬,还需要有好的防护漆保护铸件。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种铸铁件用防苯丙乳液防护漆。
本发明的方案如下:一种铸铁用耐高温防护漆,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:水性环氧树脂90~120份、有机硅树酯30~60份、乳白胶3~8份、沸石粉0.2~0.4份、丙酸钠0.5~0.8份、磷酸三甲苯酯2~6份、沸石粉酐0.4~0.8份、环己酮0.4~0.8份、红云母氧化铁3~4.5份、苯丙乳液30~60份、云母粉0.3~0.5份、异氰酸酯烷基硅烷0.4~0.6份、三氧化钼3~4.5份。
优选的,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:水性环氧树脂90份、有机硅树酯30份、乳白胶3份、沸石粉0.2份、丙酸钠0.5份、磷酸三甲苯酯2份、沸石粉酐0.4份、环己酮0.4份、红云母氧化铁3份、苯丙乳液30份、云母粉0.3份、异氰酸酯烷基硅烷0.4份、三氧化钼3 份。
