Abstract
本发明涉及一种复合纤维板,按照重量份数计包括如下组份:木纤维120‑130份、粘胶纤维7‑15份、羟丙基淀粉20‑30份、纳米镍10‑11份、无水乙醇100‑120份、碳纤维33‑35份、丙酮2‑5份、水性聚氨酯胶黏剂20‑30份、氯化铵10‑15份、苯丙乳液20‑60份、玄武岩粉1‑3份、纳米镍3‑5份、甲壳素晶须3‑5份、硼酸锌0.3‑0.5份。相较现有技术,本发明制得的纤维板,纤维板中无游离甲醛,具有无甲醛释放量、低吸水厚度膨胀率、且力学性能良好等特点,产品具有优良力学性能等特性;可广泛应用于室内装修、家具加工等。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料领域,更具体涉及一种复合纤维板。
背景技术
纤维板是由木质纤维素纤维交织成型并利用其固有胶粘性能制成的人造板。制造过程中 可以施加胶粘剂和添加剂,其被广泛应用于家具、室内装饰装修、包装等行业。随着人们生 活水平的提高,对板材的性能要求也越来越高。特别是板材的甲醛释放量,直接影响着人类 的身心健康。对近10年来国家监督抽查结果进行分析发现,绝大多数不合格的方面主要为部 分甲醛释放量超标、吸水厚度膨胀率偏大、静曲强度不足,而其他性能不合格的只占极少数。 可见,如何降低甲醛释放量同时保证产品质量,是木材工业科技人员需要不断探究的课题。
现有胶粘剂主要有酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂和三聚氰氨一甲醛树脂三种,这类胶的最大特点 是生产成本较低,有一定的耐水性,粘接强度高,即使到现在这三类胶粘剂用量仍很大。但 这些胶粘剂有一个致命的弱点就是在板材的生产和使用过程中均有甲醛释放,这一缺陷导致 了甲醛系胶粘剂最终将在各个领域被禁用。所以开发无甲醛的适合环境发展的新型胶粘剂是 胶粘剂产业的发展方向。
发明内容
本发明有必要提供一种复合纤维板,性能优良且环保。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种复合纤维板,按照重量份数计包括如下组份:木纤维120-130份、粘胶纤维7-15份、羟丙基淀粉20-30份、纳米镍10-11份、无水乙醇100-120份、碳纤维33-35份、丙酮2-5份、水性聚氨酯胶黏剂20-30份、氯化铵10-15份、苯丙乳液20-60份、玄武岩粉1-3份、纳米镍3-5份、甲壳素晶须3-5份、硼酸锌0.3-0.5份。
优选的,所述的复合纤维板按照重量份数计包括如下组份:木纤维125份、粘胶纤维12份、羟丙基淀粉25份、纳米镍10.5份、无水乙醇110份、碳纤维34份、丙酮4份、水性聚氨酯胶黏剂25份、氯化铵13份、苯丙乳液40份、玄武岩粉2份、纳米镍4份、甲壳素晶须4份、硼酸锌0.4份。
相较现有技术,本发明制得的纤维板,纤维板中无游离甲醛,具有无甲醛释放量、低吸 水厚度膨胀率、且力学性能良好等特点,产品具有优良力学性能等特性;可广泛应用于室内 装修、家具加工等。

一种复合纤维板,按照重量份数计包括如下组份:木纤维120份、粘胶纤维15份、羟丙基淀粉20份、纳米镍11份、无水乙醇100份、碳纤维35份、丙酮2份、水性聚氨酯胶黏剂30份、氯化铵10份、苯丙乳液60份、玄武岩粉1份、纳米镍5份、甲壳素晶须3份、硼酸锌0.5份。

一种复合纤维板,按照重量份数计包括如下组份:木纤维130份、粘胶纤维7份、羟丙基淀粉30份、纳米镍10份、无水乙醇120份、碳纤维33份、丙酮5份、水性聚氨酯胶黏剂20份、氯化铵15份、苯丙乳液20份、玄武岩粉3份、纳米镍3份、甲壳素晶须5份、硼酸锌0.3份。
