本发明公开了一种复合型刨花板,由以下重量份数的原料组成:木屑颗粒70-90份、棉杆碎屑15-20份、刨花锯末10-15份、玉米秸秆碎屑5-10份、稻草碎屑5-10份、竹片10-20份、胶黏剂1-3份、无卤阻燃剂0.5-1份;所述胶黏剂为三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂;所述无卤阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐中的一种或多种。本发明强度高,能够在长时间、承重大的条件下不发生变形,具有较强的承载力和较好的防震性能,防水、防腐性能好。

一种复合型刨花板
技术领域
本发明属于木材领域,具体涉及一种复合型刨花板。
背景技术
刨花板是木材人造板行业的主要产品之一。一般刨花板是用木材加工的废弃物刨花制成的,也有的用各种农作物秸秆为原料制成的,即所说的秸秆板。人造板的种类有很多,其中刨花板的性能与中密度纤维板相媲美,且成本较低,在我国得到了迅速发展。目前,家具及室内装修用的刨花板甲醛含量高、强度低,不适合应用于在防水、承载和铺装效果方面有着各种高档要求的场合。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种复合型刨花板,强度高,能够在长时间、承重大的条件下不发生变形,具有较强的承载力和较好的防震性能,防水、防腐性能好。
本发明的技术方案是:一种复合型刨花板,由以下重量份数的原料组成:木屑颗粒70-90份、棉杆碎屑15-20份、刨花锯末10-15份、玉米秸秆碎屑5-10份、稻草碎屑5-10份、竹片10-20份、胶黏剂1-3份、无卤阻燃剂0.5-1份;所述胶黏剂为三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂;所述无卤阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐中的一种或多种。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:
(1)原材料中添加竹片,增强材料整体的强度和刚度;
(2)添加棉杆,具有显著的除醛作用,游离甲醛含量低;
(3)采用无卤阻燃剂,使刨花板具有阻燃效果,生产过程不会产生卤化物;
(4)制造方法简单,成本低,原材料来源广,充分利用了农作物秸秆,变废为宝,变害为利。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种复合型刨花板,由以下重量份数的原料组成:木屑颗粒70份、棉杆碎屑15份、刨花锯末10份、玉米秸秆碎屑5份、稻草碎屑5份、竹片10份、胶黏剂1份、无卤阻燃剂0.5份;所述胶黏剂为三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂;所述无卤阻燃剂为氢氧化铝。
实施例2
一种复合型刨花板,由以下重量份数的原料组成:木屑颗粒80份、棉杆碎屑17份、刨花锯末13份、玉米秸秆碎屑7份、稻草碎屑7份、竹片15份、胶黏剂2份、无卤阻燃剂0.7份;所述胶黏剂为三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂;所述无卤阻燃剂为硼酸锌。
实施例3
一种复合型刨花板,由以下重量份数的原料组成:木屑颗粒90份、棉杆碎屑20份、刨花锯末15份、玉米秸秆碎屑10份、稻草碎屑10份、竹片20份、胶黏剂3份、无卤阻燃剂1份;所述胶黏剂为三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂;所述无卤阻燃剂为三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐。
