the box cover buckling mechanism 47 comprises an inverted U-shaped frame 471 which is arranged on the rack of the barrel conveyor 4 and has an open front end and an open rear end, a right side plate of the open front end of the inverted U-shaped frame 471 is provided with an inclined plate 472 which is high outside and low inside, so that in the process that a single box for closing the box cover moves along with the barrel conveyor 4, the edge of the moving box cover is completely buckled on the box body through the inclined plate 472, and the box cover is completely closed, as shown in fig. 14.

Claims (9)

1. A system for controlling cigarette packets to be automatically loaded into single-layer cartons is provided with a cigarette packet conveyor for conveying the cigarette packets and a carton conveyor for conveying the single-layer cartons, wherein the cigarette packet conveyor and the carton conveyor respectively convey the cigarette packets and the single-layer cartons to a cigarette packet loading mechanism arranged at a cigarette packet loading position;
the cigarette packet loading mechanism comprises a rotating frame, lifting grabbing hands which are respectively arranged at two ends of the rotating frame, each lifting grabbing hand comprises a sliding seat which is in sliding connection with a longitudinal sliding rail at the end part of the rotating frame, a supporting frame which is connected with the sliding seat, and a claw type sucker group which is arranged on the supporting frame, each claw type sucker group comprises a fixed supporting frame and swing supporting frames which are respectively arranged at the left edge part and the right edge part of the fixed supporting frame, each swing supporting frame is connected with the fixed supporting frame through a power cylinder, a plurality of suckers are arranged on the fixed supporting frame, one or more suckers are arranged on the swing supporting frame, and each sucker is respectively connected with a gas source main pipe through a;
the barrel conveyor is sequentially provided with a cover opening mechanism, a box cover full opening mechanism, a drying agent taking-out mechanism, a stay cord picking and clamping mechanism, a stay cord folding mechanism, a cover closing mechanism and a box cover buckling mechanism from the input end to the output end.

The system for handling the cigarette packets to be automatically loaded into the single-layer carton as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cigarette packet conveyor is provided with a cigarette packet sorting and conveying mechanism, the cigarette packet sorting and conveying mechanism comprises a cigarette packet auxiliary conveyor which is arranged in parallel with the cigarette packet conveyor, and a cigarette packet traversing mechanism which is arranged between the cigarette packet conveyor and the cigarette packet auxiliary conveyor and is positioned on one side of the cigarette packet auxiliary conveyor, and the other side of the cigarette packet auxiliary conveyor is provided with a cigarette packet arranging mechanism, wherein:
