本发明提供一种机场行李车网套,包括一体成型的经线和纬线,经线和纬线均匀间隔设置,经线和纬线均为中空结构且其相交处设有球形的绳结,经线和纬线中部分别穿设有经中心线和纬中心线,经中心线和纬中心线对应绳结位置间隔设有卷绕部,及绳结中仅存在一个经中心线的卷绕部或一个纬中心线的卷绕部;经线和纬线两端穿设有边绳并分别通过锁边机进行缝制锁边,锁边边绳上均匀挂置有吊钩,具有结构简单、弹性好、强度高和使用寿命长的优点。

本发明属于机场设备技术领域,具体涉及一种机场行李车网套。
背景技术
机场行李车网套是根据客户的要求,专门为防止行李于运载货物时散落而设计的网套。现有的网套为了满足弹性的要求,往往强度较低,使用寿命短,质量上无法满足客户需求。
因此需要一种结构简单、弹性好、强度高和使用寿命长的机场行李车网套。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种机场行李车网套,以解决现有的机场行李车网套强度不高和寿命短等问题。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种机场行李车网套,包括一体成型的经线和纬线,所述经线和所述纬线均匀间隔设置,所述经线和所述纬线均为中空结构且其相交处设有球形的绳结,所述经线和所述纬线中部分别穿设有经中心线和纬中心线,所述经中心线和纬中心线对应所述绳结位置间隔设有卷绕部,及所述绳结中仅存在一个经中心线的卷绕部或一个纬中心线的卷绕部;所述经线和所述纬线两端穿设有边绳并分别通过锁边机进行缝制锁边,所述锁边边绳上均匀挂置有吊钩。
优选的,所述经线和所述纬线均为弹性绳带,所述弹性绳带为编织绳带并具有伸缩弹性。
优选的,所述弹性绳带由具有伸缩弹性的材料构成,所述材料为锦纶、涤纶和丙纶绳中的任一种。
优选的,所述弹性绳带由具有伸缩弹性的材料与非具有伸缩弹性的材料构成且按照比例进行混编。
优选的,所述经线和所述纬线交织出网孔,所述网孔是三角形或四边形。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明一种机场行李车网套,包括一体成型的经线和纬线,经线和纬线均匀间隔设置,形成三边形或四边形的网口网套;
经线和纬线均为中空结构且其相交处设有球形的绳结,经线和纬线中部分别穿设有经中心线和纬中心线,通过经线和纬线内部加入经中心线和纬中心线增强其抗拉强度,防断裂,增强使用寿命;
经中心线和纬中心线对应绳结位置间隔设有卷绕部,及绳结中仅存在一个经中心线的卷绕部或一个纬中心线的卷绕部,卷绕部保证网套的弹性不受影响;
经线和纬线两端分别通过锁边机进行缝制锁边,锁边边绳上均匀挂置有吊钩,便于在网套使用时,调节松紧。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,一种机场行李车网套,包括一体成型的经线1和纬线2,经线1和纬线2均匀间隔设置,经线1和纬线2均为中空结构且其相交处设有球形的绳结3,经线1和纬线3中部分别穿设有经中心线4和纬中心线5,经中心线4和纬中心线5对应绳结3位置间隔设有卷绕部6,及绳结3中仅存在一个经中心线4的卷绕部6或一个纬中心线4的卷绕部6;经线1和纬线2两端穿设有边绳8并分别通过锁边机进行缝制锁边,锁边边绳8上均匀挂置有吊钩7。
如图1-3所示,经线1和纬线2均为弹性绳带,弹性绳带为编织绳带并具有伸缩弹性,弹性绳带由具有伸缩弹性的材料构成,材料为锦纶、涤纶和丙纶绳中的任一种;弹性绳带由具有伸缩弹性的材料与非具有伸缩弹性的材料构成且按照比例进行混编;经线1和纬线2交织出网孔,网孔是三角形或四边形。

1.一种机场行李车网套,其特征在于,包括一体成型的经线和纬线,所述经线和所述纬线均匀间隔设置,所述经线和所述纬线均为中空结构且其相交处设有球形的绳结,所述经线和所述纬线中部分别穿设有经中心线和纬中心线,所述经中心线和所述纬中心线对应所述绳结位置间隔设有卷绕部,及所述绳结中仅存在一个所述经中心线的所述卷绕部或一个所述纬中心线的所述卷绕部;所述经线和所述纬线两端穿设有边绳并分别通过锁边机进行缝制锁边,所述锁边边绳上均匀挂置有吊钩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种机场行李车网套,其特征在于,所述经线和所述纬线均为弹性绳带,所述弹性绳带为编织绳带并具有伸缩弹性。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种机场行李车网套,其特征在于,所述弹性绳带由具有伸缩弹性的材料构成,所述材料为锦纶、涤纶和丙纶绳中的任一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种机场行李车网套,其特征在于,所述弹性绳带由具有伸缩弹性的材料与非具有伸缩弹性的材料构成且按照比例进行混编。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种机场行李车网套,其特征在于,所述经线和所述纬线交织出网孔,所述网孔是三角形或四边形。
