一种抗菌面料
技术领域
本发明属于面料领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌面料。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,社会的发展,人们对纺织面料的需求和要求也随之增加和提高。在日常生活中,人们不可避免的要接触到各种各样的细菌、真菌等微生物,其中一些有害生物在合适的环境条件下会迅速生长繁殖,轻则产生腐臭发生霉变,重则传播疾病,影响人们的健康,而各类纺织品是这些微生物的良好生存之地,是疾病的重要传播源,随着工业的迅速发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对生活质量的要求越来越高,对环境与健康日益重视,抗菌纺织品也越来越受到人们的追捧和喜爱。目前,大多数抗菌纺织品都采用后整理加工法赋予纺织物抗菌功效,抗菌效果不明显,抗菌效果差,舒适度不高。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对现有的纺织品存在的抗菌效果不明显、抗菌效果差、舒适度不高等缺点,本发明提供一种抗菌面料,具有吸附净化、消臭抗菌、杀菌驱螨等作用。
技术方案:一种抗菌面料,该面料由内至外依次为内层面料和外层面料,内层面料和外层面料通过纱线缝合的方式层叠连接;所述内层面料为平纹组织结构;所述外层面料为由罗纹组织和集圈组织形成的凹凸的蜂巢状网眼结构,罗纹组织在下,集圈组织在上,集圈组织的相邻两个集圈线圈的悬弧重叠,交替进行的连续两个横列集圈组织悬弧的重叠部分形成凸起部分,正常编织的线圈形成凹进部分。
上述所述的内层面料的厚度为0.20-0.30mm。
上述所述的内层面料是以竹炭纤维为经纱、石墨烯内暖纤维为纬纱编织成的平纹组织结构。
上述所述的经纱的经密为196根/10cm,纬纱的纬密为158根/10cm。
上述所述的外层面料的厚度为0.30-0.40mm。
上述所述的外层面料的罗纹组织和集圈组织由并捻纱制成,并捻纱由木棉纤维纱线和中空涤纶丝并捻合股而成。
上述所述的内层面料的内侧设有一层保湿亲肤层,内层面料与保湿亲肤层采用热压复合的方式用胶黏剂粘合在一起,保湿亲肤层的厚度为0.15-0.35mm。
上述所述的保湿亲肤层为由蚕丝纤维制成的水刺无纺布。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种抗菌面料,具有以下有益效果:
1.内层面料采用竹炭纤维纱线和石墨烯内暖纤维纱线编织而成,竹炭纤维具有内外贯穿的蜂窝状微孔结构,有很强的吸附能力,能够起到吸附净化、消臭抗菌功能,同时也具有吸湿透气、抑菌抗菌功能以及远红外功能;而石墨烯内暖纤维纱线能够改变细菌细胞的离子通道,使离子溶出细胞体外,导致细菌细胞因生理活性丧失而死亡,具有良好的抗菌杀菌功能,同时其还具有强大的远红外功能,能够激活了皮肤免疫细胞功能,加强了白细胞和网状内皮细胞的吞噬功能,达到消炎抑菌的目的;竹炭纤维纱线和石墨烯内暖纤维纱线采用平纹组织结构进行编织,表面光滑,触感好,导湿透气性好,抗菌杀菌性能优异。
2.外层面料采用蜂巢状网眼结构,透气排湿性好,采用木棉纤维纱线和中空涤纶丝结合的并捻纱,中空涤纶丝能够很好的弥补木棉纤维纱线的强度,而木棉纤维中空度达80%以上,透气排湿性好,同时木棉纤维驱螨率可达87.54%,抑菌率在99%以上,具有良好的抗菌效果。
3.在内层面料中加入的保湿亲肤层,使整个面料更贴近人体皮肤。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种抗菌面料,该面料由内至外依次为内层面料1和外层面料2,内层面料1和外层面料2通过纱线缝合的方式层叠连接;所述内层面料1是以竹炭纤维为经纱、石墨烯内暖纤维为纬纱编织成的平纹组织结构,经纱的经密为196根/10cm,纬纱的纬密为158根/10cm;所述外层面料2为由罗纹组织和集圈组织形成的凹凸的蜂巢状网眼结构,罗纹组织在下,集圈组织在上,集圈组织的相邻两个集圈线圈的悬弧重叠,罗纹组织和集圈组织由并捻纱制成,并捻纱由木棉纤维纱线和中空涤纶丝并捻合股而成。
所述内层面料1的厚度为0.25mm,外层面料2的厚度为0.35mm。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1的区别在于内层面料1的厚度为0.25mm,外层面料2的厚度为0.30mm。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例1的区别在于内层面料1的厚度为0.30mm,外层面料2的厚度为0.35mm。
实施例4
实施例4在实施例1的基础上,所述内层面料1的内侧设有一层保湿亲肤层3,内层面料与保湿亲肤层采用热压复合的方式用胶黏剂粘合在一起,保湿亲肤层的厚度为0.25mm,保湿亲肤层3为由蚕丝纤维制成的水刺无纺布。
对实施例1、实施例4的面料进行的抗菌测试的过程及结果如下:
一、国家标准(琼脂平皿扩散法)
参照GB/T 20944.1-2007《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第1部分:琼脂平皿扩散法》定性评价不同工艺整理棉织物的抗菌性能,以确定最佳整理工艺,测试菌种为E.coli与S.aureus,测试步骤如下。
1.培养细菌:大肠埃希氏菌(菌种编号:8099)金黄色葡萄球菌(菌种编号:ATCC6538),先用菌种在琼脂培养基上用平板划线法涂布,将涂布好的琼脂培养基在培养箱里培养18-24h后可得到典型菌落,挑取典型菌落,将该菌落放进20ml的营养肉汤里,在培养箱里培养18-24h,用对培养好的菌液用磷酸盐缓冲液进行20倍稀释后,得到菌浓度大约在1~5×108cfu/ml备用。
2.制备试样:将待测试样(实施例1和实施例4的面料)与对照样(纯棉织物,纯棉织物组织结构为平纹,经纬密、克重等参数尽可能与待测试样保持一致)剪成直径为25±5mm的圆形试样,装袋、贴标签备用。
3.制备平板并孵育:吸取1mL试验菌液移入无菌平皿中,并取45±2℃的琼脂培养基约18mL于平皿中,待其完全凝固;用无菌镊子将待测试样与对照样分别置于平皿中心,均匀按压使样品与琼脂培养基之间充分接触,同时制备只加试验菌液而未加样品的空白平板。而后将平板倒置于生化培养箱内37℃培养18~24h。
4.计算结果:取出平板,测量并计算抑菌带宽度,每个试样测量3处,取平均值为测试结果。随后用镊子将试样从琼脂培养基上移除,拍照。试样抑菌带宽度的计算公式如下:
式中:H为抑菌带宽度,mm;D为抑菌带外径的平均值,mm;d为试样直径,mm。
国家规定的标准(脂平皿扩散法抗菌效果评价)如下表1。

表1中a*为没有繁殖,即便没有抑菌带,也可认为抗菌效果为好。原因是活性物质的低扩散性阻止抑菌带形成;b*为细菌繁殖减少是指菌落数量的减少或菌落直径的减小。
二、对实施例1、实施例4的面料进行检测
实施例1的检测数据如下表2、表3。

由表2、表3的数据可以看出,大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈宽度均高于国家标准,抑菌带宽度为大于1mm,因此实施例1的面料具有抗菌性能。并且,此面料对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制优于大肠杆菌。
实施例4的检测数据如下表4、表5。

由表4、表5的数据可以看出,加入保湿舒亲肤层后,此面料对于大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈宽度均略有提高,抑菌带宽度为大于1mm,因此实施例4的面料具有抗菌性能。
对实施例1-实施例4的面料进行热湿舒适性检测的过程及结果如下:
一、微气候仪法
试验操作按GB/T 12704.2—2009进行。
选取3组6块面料,即两组平行实验,1组对照实验,每组2块,2种纯棉织物作对照组。纯棉织物组织结构为平纹,经纬密、克重等参数尽可能与待测面料保持一致。
试样尺寸为24cm×24cm(试样夹直径为16cm)。
微气候仪的操作需要把试样固定于测试装置的试样架上,水位加注至距离模拟皮肤高150cm处,供水管旁固定有米尺,测量精度为1mm。当温度测量系统使皮肤下的水温控制呈现平稳状态时,试验正式开始。向供水管中加水到指定的水位高度,并记录试验开始时间。1h后,观察并记录水柱中水位的刻度值,测量并记录试样表面温度,再向供水管中加水到试验开始时指定的水位高度,重复试验。
对实施例1的检测结果如下表6。

由表6的数据可以看出,实施例1的面料具有一定的保湿性能。
对实施例4的检测结果如下表7。

由表7的数据可以看出,加入保湿亲肤层以后,实施例4的面料的保湿性能有很大的提升,此抗菌面料在抗菌性能优异的同时,还赋予了面料良好的保湿性能,一举双收。

1.一种抗菌面料,其特征在于:该面料由内至外依次为内层面料(1)和外层面料(2),内层面料(1)和外层面料(2)通过纱线缝合的方式层叠连接;所述内层面料(1)为平纹组织结构;所述外层面料(2)为由罗纹组织和集圈组织形成的凹凸的蜂巢状网眼结构,罗纹组织在下,集圈组织在上,集圈组织的相邻两个集圈线圈的悬弧重叠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述内层面料(1)的厚度为0.20-0.30mm。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述外层面料(2)的厚度为0.30-0.40mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述外层面料(2)的罗纹组织和集圈组织由并捻纱制成,并捻纱由木棉纤维纱线和中空涤纶丝并捻合股而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述内层面料(1)的内侧设有一层保湿亲肤层(3),内层面料(1)与保湿亲肤层(3)通过胶黏剂粘合在一起,保湿亲肤层(3)的厚度为0.15-0.35mm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述保湿亲肤层(3)为由蚕丝纤维制成的水刺无纺布。
