Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌防螨发热保温功能纤维絮片及其制备方法,一种抗菌防螨发热保温功能纤维絮片,该纤维絮片由抗菌防螨纤维网层、远红外发热纤维网层和含有气凝胶的粘合剂层组成;抗菌防螨纤维网层是将植物中药抗菌防螨纤维和低熔点纤维按质量百分比80%~90%:20%~10%进行称量、开松、给湿、混合均匀后,再采用梳理成网所得到的第一种纤维网;远红外发热纤维网是将远红外发热纤维和低熔点纤维按质量百分比80%~90%:20%~10%进行称量、开松、给湿、混合均匀后,采用梳理成网得到的第二种纤维网;所述含有气凝胶的粘合剂是以二氧化硅气凝胶为功能颗粒,以聚丙烯酸酯为粘合剂,按体积比1:4~6的比例混合而成。本发明具有抗菌防螨、远红外线发热、绝热保温多功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纤维制品技术领域,具体涉及一种植物中药抗菌防螨纤维和远红外发热纤维及具有保温功能的含气凝胶的粘合剂的纤维絮片及其制备方法。
背景技术
人类的生存环境中存在着各种各样的细菌、真菌及螨虫等微生物,在一些特殊的环境下,致病性的细菌和真菌的大量繁殖,会引发健康安全问题;而螨虫是一种普遍存在于家居环境中的微生物,它能够传播各种细菌、病毒,其代谢产物更是引起过敏性哮喘的主要原因。在低温季节或低温环境下,人们希望絮片具有良好的发热和保温作用,使人们能够愉快的工作和生活,但是目前的絮片并不均上述功能,或者功能性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种抗菌防螨发热保温功能纤维絮片。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种抗菌防螨发热保温功能纤维絮片,其创新点在于:该纤维絮片由抗菌防螨纤维网层、远红外发热纤维网层和含有气凝胶的粘合剂层组成;所述抗菌防螨纤维网层是将植物中药抗菌防螨纤维和低熔点纤维按质量百分比80%~90%:20%~10%进行称量、开松、给湿、混合均匀后,再采用梳理成网所得到的第一种纤维网;所述远红外发热纤维网是将远红外发热纤维和低熔点纤维按质量百分比80%~90%:20%~10%进行称量、开松、给湿、混合均匀后,采用梳理成网得到的第二种纤维网;所述含有气凝胶的粘合剂是以二氧化硅气凝胶为功能颗粒,以聚丙烯酸酯为粘合剂,按体积比1:4~6的比例混合而成。
一种根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防螨发热保温功能纤维絮片的制备方法,其创新点在于:
S1、首先将第一种纤维网和第二种纤维网分别在热定型机上进行定型,使两种纤维网中的低熔点纤维熔化,将周围的抗菌防螨纤维和远红外发热纤维固定,形成蓬松的但又不宜松散的抗菌防螨纤维网层和远红外发热纤维网层;
S2、然后将两种纤维网层中任意一层的任意一面喷涂上厚度为0.2~0.5mm含有气凝胶的粘合剂,然后将二种纤维网层叠加,通过含有气凝胶的粘合剂层将两种纤维网层粘合到一起,再次在热定型机上进行定型,形成一种具有植物中药抗菌防螨和远红外发热及保温功能的纤维絮片。
进一步的,所述热定型温度为140~160℃;所述热定型压力以将纤维网的厚度压减至原厚度的10%~20%,压力去除后能形成蓬松的但又不宜松散纤维网为宜。
本发明有益效果为:
本发明采用梳理成网、热粘合和复合定型的方式,制备出了含有植物中药抗菌防螨和远红外发热纤维及含有气凝胶保温功能的纤维絮片,使得絮片具有抗菌防螨、远红外线发热、绝热保温多功能,同时,该絮片重量轻,蓬松性好,可广泛用于床上用品的填充层和保暖服装的辅料等。

参看图1,一种抗菌防螨发热保温功能纤维絮片,该纤维絮片由抗菌防螨纤维网层1、远红外发热纤维网层2和含有气凝胶的粘合剂层3组成。
实施例1
将植物中药抗菌防螨纤维和低熔点纤维按质量百分比80%:20%进行称量、开松、给湿、混合均匀后,再采用梳理成网所得到的第一种纤维网;将远红外发热纤维和低熔点纤维按质量百分比80%:20%进行称量、开松、给湿、混合均匀后,采用梳理成网得到的第二种纤维网;含有气凝胶的粘合剂3是以二氧化硅气凝胶为功能颗粒,以聚丙烯酸酯为粘合剂,按体积比1:4的比例混合而成。
S1、首先将第一种纤维网和第二种纤维网分别在热定型机上进行定型,热定型温度为140℃,热定型压力以将纤维网的厚度压减至原厚度的10%,压力去除后能形成蓬松的但又不宜松散纤维网为宜,使两种纤维网中的低熔点纤维熔化,将周围的抗菌防螨纤维和远红外发热纤维固定,形成蓬松的但又不宜松散的抗菌防螨纤维网层和远红外发热纤维网层;
S2、然后将两种纤维网层中任意一层的任意一面喷涂上厚度为0.2mm含有气凝胶的粘合剂,然后将二种纤维网层叠加,通过含有气凝胶的粘合剂层将两种纤维网层粘合到一起,再次在热定型机上进行定型,形成一种具有植物中药抗菌防螨和远红外发热及保温功能的纤维絮片。
实施例2
将植物中药抗菌防螨纤维和低熔点纤维按质量百分比85%:15%进行称量、开松、给湿、混合均匀后,再采用梳理成网所得到的第一种纤维网;将远红外发热纤维和低熔点纤维按质量百分比85%:15%进行称量、开松、给湿、混合均匀后,采用梳理成网得到的第二种纤维网;含有气凝胶的粘合剂3是以二氧化硅气凝胶为功能颗粒,以聚丙烯酸酯为粘合剂,按体积比1:5的比例混合而成。
S1、首先将第一种纤维网和第二种纤维网分别在热定型机上进行定型,热定型温度为150℃,热定型压力以将纤维网的厚度压减至原厚度的15%,压力去除后能形成蓬松的但又不宜松散纤维网为宜,使两种纤维网中的低熔点纤维熔化,将周围的抗菌防螨纤维和远红外发热纤维固定,形成蓬松的但又不宜松散的抗菌防螨纤维网层和远红外发热纤维网层;
S2、然后将两种纤维网层中任意一层的任意一面喷涂上厚度为0.3mm含有气凝胶的粘合剂,然后将二种纤维网层叠加,通过含有气凝胶的粘合剂层将两种纤维网层粘合到一起,再次在热定型机上进行定型,形成一种具有植物中药抗菌防螨和远红外发热及保温功能的纤维絮片。
实施例3
将植物中药抗菌防螨纤维和低熔点纤维按质量百分比90%:10%进行称量、开松、给湿、混合均匀后,再采用梳理成网所得到的第一种纤维网;将远红外发热纤维和低熔点纤维按质量百分比90%:10%进行称量、开松、给湿、混合均匀后,采用梳理成网得到的第二种纤维网;含有气凝胶的粘合剂3是以二氧化硅气凝胶为功能颗粒,以聚丙烯酸酯为粘合剂,按体积比1:6的比例混合而成。
S1、首先将第一种纤维网和第二种纤维网分别在热定型机上进行定型,热定型温度为160℃,热定型压力以将纤维网的厚度压减至原厚度的20%,压力去除后能形成蓬松的但又不宜松散纤维网为宜,使两种纤维网中的低熔点纤维熔化,将周围的抗菌防螨纤维和远红外发热纤维固定,形成蓬松的但又不宜松散的抗菌防螨纤维网层和远红外发热纤维网层;
S2、然后将两种纤维网层中任意一层的任意一面喷涂上厚度为0.6mm含有气凝胶的粘合剂,然后将二种纤维网层叠加,通过含有气凝胶的粘合剂层将两种纤维网层粘合到一起,再次在热定型机上进行定型,形成一种具有植物中药抗菌防螨和远红外发热及保温功能的纤维絮片。

1.一种抗菌防螨发热保温功能纤维絮片,其特征在于:该纤维絮片由抗菌防螨纤维网层、远红外发热纤维网层和含有气凝胶的粘合剂层组成;所述抗菌防螨纤维网层是将植物中药抗菌防螨纤维和低熔点纤维按质量百分比80%~90%:20%~10%进行称量、开松、给湿、混合均匀后,再采用梳理成网所得到的第一种纤维网;所述远红外发热纤维网是将远红外发热纤维和低熔点纤维按质量百分比80%~90%:20%~10%进行称量、开松、给湿、混合均匀后,采用梳理成网得到的第二种纤维网;所述含有气凝胶的粘合剂是以二氧化硅气凝胶为功能颗粒,以聚丙烯酸酯为粘合剂,按体积比1:4~6的比例混合而成。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防螨发热保温功能纤维絮片的制备方法,其特征在于:
S1、首先将第一种纤维网和第二种纤维网分别在热定型机上进行定型,使两种纤维网中的低熔点纤维熔化,将周围的抗菌防螨纤维和远红外发热纤维固定,形成蓬松的但又不宜松散的抗菌防螨纤维网层和远红外发热纤维网层;
S2、然后将两种纤维网层中任意一层的任意一面喷涂上厚度为0.2~0.5mm含有气凝胶的粘合剂,然后将二种纤维网层叠加,通过含有气凝胶的粘合剂层将两种纤维网层粘合到一起,再次在热定型机上进行定型,形成一种具有植物中药抗菌防螨和远红外发热及保温功能的纤维絮片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌防螨发热保温功能纤维絮片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述热定型温度为140~160℃;所述热定型压力以将纤维网的厚度压减至原厚度的10%~20%,压力去除后能形成蓬松的但又不宜松散纤维网为宜。
