技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属塑胶复合件的制造方法,具体讲是一种金属与塑胶外壳粘接方法。
背景技术
目前,常见的家用电器和电子产品的外壳大多采用塑料制成,优点是通过注塑成型,加工方便,成本低,但是这类外壳表面难以实现高品质的金属质地及手感。如果采用纯金属材料制成的外壳,虽然进行表面处理后,能够达到很好的装饰效果,但是制造工艺复杂,成本高昂,而且许多表面处理工艺会造成环境污染;尤其是利用冲压工艺生产的金属材料难以满足外壳的结构设计要求。近年来,出现了一种采用金属壳体与塑胶壳体相互粘结的复合材料制成的外壳,可以较好地同时解决上述两个问题。目前常用的电子产品金属外壳与塑胶件的粘结方法有两种:点胶与双面胶贴合。点胶易出现溢胶问题,而电子产品金属外壳属一级面,对外观要求非常严格,对物料平整度要求高,双面胶贴合操作简单,时间短,外观较点胶更易控制,但其粘接强度差,拉拔、跌落、湿热循环等性能不稳定,对粘接表面的洁净程度,平整度要求高。

发明目的:为了解决金属与塑胶外壳粘接不平整的问题,本发明提供了一种金属与塑胶外壳粘接方法。

一种金属与塑胶外壳粘接方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,提供金属外壳与塑胶外壳的粘接剂;
步骤二,在金属外壳上需要粘接的区域进行冲压,形成具有凹点的表面;
步骤三,对金属外壳的表面具有凹点的区域进行预热;
步骤四,将粘接剂涂在金属外壳具有凹点的表面;
步骤五,采用热压设备对粘接处进行热压合处理;
步骤六,对金属和塑胶外壳接合处进行冷却。
进一步地,所述粘接剂为液态。
进一步地,金属外壳的材料为不锈钢,铝合金等。
进一步地,步骤三中,金属外壳预热温度为80度到120度。
