During actual operation, the circulating conveying device 2 conveys the positioning jig 1 together with the aluminum plastic film shell and the battery cell 7 to the heating mechanism 61, the heating mechanism 61 heats the aluminum plastic film shell and the battery cell 7 to enable the aluminum plastic film shell and the battery cell 7 to have a certain temperature, then the circulating conveying device 2 conveys the positioning jig 1 together with the heated aluminum plastic film shell and the battery cell 7 to the tab packaging mechanism, the tab packaging mechanism packages the tab positions of the aluminum plastic film shell and the battery cell 7, finally the circulating conveying device 2 conveys the aluminum plastic film shell and the battery cell 7 packaged at the tab position of the positioning jig 1 to the side edge packaging mechanism 63, and the side edge sealing mechanism packages the side edges of the aluminum plastic film shell and the battery cell 7, so that the packaging processing of the aluminum plastic film shell and the battery cell 7 is completed; the packaging device 6 carries out preheating treatment on the aluminum plastic film shell and the battery cell 7 through the heating mechanism 61, and then carries out packaging treatment, so that the packaging time of the aluminum plastic film shell and the battery cell 7 is greatly shortened, and the packaging efficiency and quality of the aluminum plastic film shell and the battery cell 7 are improved.

In addition, the upper induction coil 616 and the lower induction coil 617 are respectively disposed in the upper and lower accommodating grooves, so that the upper and lower induction coils 616 and 617 are assembled conveniently, the disassembly and assembly efficiency is improved, and the position accuracy and stability of the upper and lower induction coils 616 and 617 are improved, so that the upper and lower induction coils 616 and 612, and the lower and upper heating assemblies 613 are compact in structure.
Preferably, the upper heating driver 614 and the lower heating driver 615 may each use an air cylinder, and the air cylinder has a simple structure and a fast response speed.

The side packaging mechanism 63 is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and the upper packaging component 632 and the lower packaging component 633 are driven to be linked through the packaging cam sliding groove 63431, so that the response speed is high, and the stability and the efficiency of packaging the aluminum plastic film shell and the battery cell 7 are improved.
