Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及一种安全包装。本发明特别适合于运输这样的包装,其可以防止外部火焰,并且限制所承载的物品或物质的燃烧。
背景技术
随着爆炸品和爆炸性装置的民用越来越广泛,这类物质和装置的运输量也越来越多。同时,对安全运输的需要(和安全地与事故造成的火灾有效斗争的方法)变得更加严格和广泛。
发明概述
本发明的目的是提供一种安全包装,它可控制所承载元件的分解程度,并且可以减小由释放的气体所产生的反应力。
为此,本发明提供了一种安全包装,其包括:一保护容器,其包括一侧壁,该侧壁具有一内壁部、一外壁部和第一、二端气孔,所述侧壁包括一底部和一顶部,该底部适合于把所述安全包装支撑在一支撑表面上;一层绝热材料,其设置在所述保护容器内,沿所述内壁部的第一部分延伸,所述绝热材料层包括一凹部,以容纳一块材料;一层非热敏材料,其可拆卸地安装在所述凹部的上方,所述绝热材料和所述非热敏材料保护着所述材料块免受热的影响。
根据本发明,运输过程中的安全性很大程度上由包装得到改善,包装的设计要使得可预料到的事故的反应后果得到控制。

对推荐实施例的详细说明
绝缘部5可防止挥发性热敏元件被外部过快地加热。该绝缘部由具有低热导率的热阻材料(如石棉)制成。根据需要,通过在绝缘部增加辅助的物质6可增加热保护。这些物质可置于特定的包皮或各种类型的微小的囊内,通过相变(如融化)而吸收热量。
通过计算和试验,可选定绝缘部的尺寸,使热敏元件3的点火时间适应于产品的热特性、外部环境和相关的安全要求。
被运输的产品1和绝缘部5一起放置在适当的保护性容器4内,如放置在一管内。产品和绝缘部是这样设置的,使非热敏元件2不防热。在火灾的情况下,非热敏元件2在热敏元件3之前被点火或由热分解而破坏,热敏元件3得到了绝缘床的保护。
分解热敏元件2所需的热量由保护容器4上的空间7和气孔8提供。由于气体从空间7排出后通过按目的设计和尺寸设定的保护性容器4排出,非热敏元件2不会沿唯一的方向随机爆炸和出现定向的反应力。

Claims (6)
1.一种安全包装,其包括:
一保护容器,其包括一侧壁,该侧壁具有一内壁部、一外壁部和第一、二端气孔,所述侧壁包括一底部和一顶部,该底部适合于把所述安全包装支撑在一支撑表面上;
一层绝热材料,其设置在所述保护容器内,沿所述内壁部的第一部分延伸,所述绝热材料层包括一凹部,以容纳一块材料;
一层非热敏材料,其可拆卸地安装在所述凹部的上方,
所述绝热材料和所述非热敏材料保护着所述材料块免受热的影响。
2.如权利要求1所述的安全包装,其特征在于,进一步包括一辅助吸热物质,其设置在保护容器内的所述绝热材料层内。
3.如权利要求2所述的安全包装,其特征在于,所述辅助吸热物质是微型囊式。
4.如权利要求3所述的安全包装,其特征在于,所述非热敏材料通过热解作用而分解。
5.如权利要求1所述的安全包装,其特征在于,所述顶部包括气孔。
6.一种安全包装,其包括:
一保护容器,其具有一纵向轴线和第一、二端相面对的气孔;
一层绝热材料,其沿所述保护容器的长度方向设置在两端气孔之间;
一层非热敏材料,其设置在所述绝热材料层上;
数个气孔,其设置在所述保护容器内;
在所述保护容器内由点燃爆炸性物质而产生的气体以非唯一方向排出。
