Abstract

Description
由于可控制所承载元件的分解程度,并且可以减小由释放的气体所产生的反应力,本发明特别适合于运输这样的包装,其可以防止外部火焰,并且限制所承载的物品或物质的燃烧。
随着爆炸品和爆炸性装置的民用越来越广泛,这类物质和装置的运输量也越来越多。同时,对安全运输的需要(和安全地与事故造成的火灾有效斗争的方法)变得更加严格和广泛。
运输过程中的安全性很大程度上由包装得到改善,包装的设计要使得可预料到的事故的反应后果得到控制。
图1示出了这种设计的一个例子(本专利申请的主题)。绝缘部(5)可防止挥发性热敏元件被外部过快地加热。该绝缘部由具有低热导率的热阻材料(如石棉)制成。根据需要,通过在绝缘部增加辅助的物质(6)可增加热保护。这些物质可置于特定的包皮或各种类型的微小的囊内,通过相变(如融化)而吸收热量。
通过计算和试验,可选定绝缘部的尺寸,使热敏元件(3)的点火时间适应于产品的热特性、外部环境和相关的安全要求。
被运输的产品(1)和绝缘部(5)一起放置在适当的保护性容器(4)内,如放置在一管内。产品和绝缘部是这样设置的,使非热敏元件(2)不防热。在火灾的情况下,热敏元件(2)在热敏元件(3)之前被点火或由热分解而破坏,热敏元件(3)得到了绝缘床的保护。
分解热敏元件(2)所需的热量由保护容器(4)上的空间(7)和气孔(8)提供。由于气体从空间(7)排出后通过按目的设计和尺寸设定的保护性容器(4)排出,非热敏元件(2)不会沿唯一的方向随机爆炸和出现定向的反应力。

Claims (5)
1.安全包装,用于包装和运输挥发性热敏产品,其特征在于,通过采用一层或多层绝热材料(5),使挥发性热敏元件(3)可防止被外部过快地加热。通过保证热气体或作用于空间(7)的火焰首先破坏非热敏元件(2),然后才能允许热敏元件(3)达到活动温度,这种包装可控制由于过热所产生的反应顺序。通过在空间(7)内以各种方向扩散和排出所产生的气体,可进一步对控制进行补充。
2.如权利要求1所述的安全包装,其特征在于,热绝缘床(5)由物质(6)的包皮通过例如融化或分子改变进行补充,以作为吸热介质。

5.如权利要求1至4其中之一所述的安全包装,其特征在于,所述保护性容器(4)设有适当数量的气孔(8),以使来自外部火焰的热传递最优化。
