Abstract

本发明提供一种集保温、装饰为一体的建筑构件,该建筑构件包括饰面层和保温层,饰面层由饰面涂料层和基板组成,保温层与饰面层粘接。本发明建筑构件是在工厂车间加工,需要改造时把要改造的建筑物饰面与保温芯材,通过复合高分子材料在高压设备静压一定时间内,形成保温装饰一体化的建筑构件,这样改造后的建筑构件与原来的构件相比强度以及外观几乎完全相同。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑领域,尤其涉及一种板材及其加工方法。
背景技术
随着中国城市建筑日益增多,在建筑物设计使用年限内,有大量建筑外墙面由于原施工工艺、年久失修诸多原因。外墙面饰面开裂剥落、粉化脱皮、饰面掉落等等质量问题,由此造成很大的安全隐患。现在维修方式有几种:一、“打补丁”式,缺点:饰面颜色不一致、不美观,且此维修方式难以解决外墙面质量问题,会在未维修处同样出现类似质量问题,二、“饰面覆盖维修”式,整栋建筑外饰面用新涂料或其他饰面材料维修,缺点:虽然外饰面统一了,刚维修后视觉效果好,但是由于饰面基层未做处理,过不了多久会出现同样的质量问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种后期便于维护的建筑构建及其加工方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
集保温、装饰为一体的建筑构件,该建筑构件包括饰面层和保温层,饰面层由饰面涂料层和基板组成,保温层与饰面层粘接。
所述的基板采用高密度无石棉纤维增强硅酸钙板。
建筑构件生产方法,包括如下步骤:
基板加工,首先成型基板,成型后基板在工厂内通过定厚砂光机两道砂光处理,再经常环氧渗透底漆做处理,经过微波烘道经烘干处理,再次经过补土、烘干、上架,不少于48小时自然渗透;
涂料层加工,待基板加工好后,将基板进行底漆工序、中涂工序、面涂工序、罩面工序,基板在饰面层加工好以后,进入烘房,烘房温度调制45℃-65℃,放置在板架上的板在烘房内放置4小时,拉出后,由自动覆膜机覆膜做饰面保护处理;
选取适当的保温芯材,然后在自动涂胶线对饰面板背面和保温芯材粘贴面,进行涂胶处理,然后饰面板与保温芯材进行复合粘贴,在特制的夹具内固定好,安放在静压机下,加压至大于40吨/㎡的高压下,温度高于20℃时,加压静放4小时,温度0℃~20℃,加压静放6小时,然后脱去夹具,既为成品。
本发明的有益效果:本发明建筑构件是在工厂车间加工,需要改造时把要改造的建筑物饰面与保温芯材,通过复合高分子材料在高压设备静压一定时间内,形成保温装饰一体化的建筑构件,这样改造后的建筑构件与原来的构件相比强度以及外观几乎完全相同。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示的集保温、装饰为一体的建筑构件,该建筑构件包括饰面层1和保温层2,饰面层1由饰面涂料层11和基板12组成,保温层2与饰面层1粘接。所述的基板采用高密度无石棉纤维增强硅酸钙板。
上述建筑构件生产方法,包括如下步骤:
基板加工,首先成型基板,成型后基板在工厂内通过定厚砂光机两道砂光处理,再经常环氧渗透底漆做处理,经过微波烘道经烘干处理,再次经过补土、烘干、上架,不少于48小时自然渗透;
涂料层加工,待基板加工好后,将基板进行底漆工序、中涂工序、面涂工序、罩面工序,基板在饰面层加工好以后,进入烘房,烘房温度调制45℃-65℃,放置在板架上的板在烘房内放置4小时,拉出后,由自动覆膜机覆膜做饰面保护处理;
选取适当的保温芯材,然后在自动涂胶线对饰面板背面和保温芯材粘贴面,进行涂胶处理,然后饰面板与保温芯材进行复合粘贴,在特制的夹具内固定好,安放在静压机下,加压至大于40吨/㎡的高压下,温度高于20℃时,加压静放4小时,温度0℃~20℃,加压静放6小时,然后脱去夹具,既为成品。

1.集保温、装饰为一体的建筑构件,其特征在于,该建筑构件包括饰面层和保温层,饰面层由饰面涂料层和基板组成,保温层与饰面层粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集保温、装饰为一体的建筑构件,其特征在于,所述的基板采用高密度无石棉纤维增强硅酸钙板。
3.建筑构件生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
基板加工,首先成型基板,成型后基板在工厂内通过定厚砂光机两道砂光处理,再经常环氧渗透底漆做处理,经过微波烘道经烘干处理,再次经过补土、烘干、上架,不少于48小时自然渗透;
涂料层加工,待基板加工好后,将基板进行底漆工序、中涂工序、面涂工序、罩面工序,基板在饰面层加工好以后,进入烘房,烘房温度调制45℃-65℃,放置在板架上的板在烘房内放置4小时,拉出后,由自动覆膜机覆膜做饰面保护处理;
