Abstract
本发明公开了一种箱包织物用耐黄变剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)在氮气保护下向向装有温度计和搅拌器的四口圆底烧瓶中加入一定量的聚乙二醇,100℃真空脱水2.5h,降温到60℃;(2)向烧瓶中缓慢加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和少量催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡,并90℃下反应得到预聚体;(3)将上述得到的预聚体降温至25℃,然后加入一定量的乙醇,再加入亚硫酸氢钠水溶液进行封端反应100min;(4)向封端反应完成后的溶液中滴加盐酸调节pH值5‑6,得到产品。将发明所制得的耐黄变剂用于荧光增白布后,经检验发现其亮度有所增高,且色相偏黄减弱,其手感无明显变化。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于箱包织物的耐黄变剂的制备方法。
背景技术
箱包(xiāng bāo)是对袋子的统称,是用来装东西的各种包包的统称,包括一般的购物袋、手提包、手拿包、钱包、背包、单肩包、挎包、腰包和多种拉杆箱等。
箱包对于每个人来说都是必不可少的,但是传统的制作箱包的织物,由于没有进行耐黄变处,在光、热环境的影响下,容易黄变,从而容易被消费者抛弃,直接影响产品的使用寿命,而且会造成资源浪费以及影响生态环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种箱包织物用耐黄变剂的制备方法。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种箱包织物用耐黄变剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在氮气保护下向向装有温度计和搅拌器的四口圆底烧瓶中加入一定量的聚乙二醇,100℃真空脱水2.5h,降温到60℃;
(2)向烧瓶中缓慢加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和少量催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡,并90℃下反应得到预聚体;
(3)将上述得到的预聚体降温至25℃,然后加入一定量的乙醇,再加入亚硫酸氢钠水溶液进行封端反应100min;
(4)向封端反应完成后的溶液中滴加盐酸调节pH值5-6,得到产品。
优选的,聚乙二醇与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯反应的摩尔分数比为1:1.8,该配比下所制得的耐黄变剂溶液清澈透明,稳定性好。

下面将结合具体实施例对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
一种箱包织物用耐黄变剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在氮气保护下向向装有温度计和搅拌器的四口圆底烧瓶中加入一定量的聚乙二醇,100℃真空脱水2.5h,降温到60℃;
(2)向烧瓶中缓慢加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和少量催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡,并90℃下反应得到预聚体;
(3)将上述得到的预聚体降温至25℃,然后加入一定量的乙醇,再加入亚硫酸氢钠水溶液进行封端反应100min;
(4)向封端反应完成后的溶液中滴加盐酸调节pH值5-6,得到产品。
优选的,在本发明的一个实施例中,聚乙二醇与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯反应的摩尔分数比为1:1.8,该配比下所制得的耐黄变剂溶液清澈透明,稳定性好。
将发明所制得的耐黄变剂用于荧光增白布后,经检验发现其亮度有所增高,且色相偏黄减弱,其手感无明显变化。

Claims (2)
1.一种箱包织物用耐黄变剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在氮气保护下向向装有温度计和搅拌器的四口圆底烧瓶中加入一定量的聚乙二醇,100℃真空脱水2.5h,降温到60℃;
(2)向烧瓶中缓慢加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和少量催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡,并90℃下反应得到预聚体;
(3)将上述得到的预聚体降温至25℃,然后加入一定量的乙醇,再加入亚硫酸氢钠水溶液进行封端反应100min;
(4)向封端反应完成后的溶液中滴加盐酸调节pH值5-6,得到产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种箱包织物用耐黄变剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述聚乙二醇与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯反应的摩尔分数比为1:1.8。
