Abstract
一种防爆巡检车,包括车架,所述车架内包括防爆电机、防爆电池组、与防爆电机和防爆电池组通过出水导管连接的冷却池以及与防爆电机、防爆电池组和冷却池共同连接的循环水泵,所述冷却池内有冷却液,所述冷却池分别与防爆电机和防爆电池组的出口连接,所述循环水泵分别与防爆电机和防爆电池组的进口连接。本发明结构简单,设计合理、散热降温快,具有降低引爆风险,提高使用的安全性等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及机动车技术领域,特别是涉及一种防爆巡检车。
背景技术
现在市场上还没有专门用于在含有可燃气体、液体、固体爆炸性危险场所下工作的防爆巡检车。目前,防爆巡检车大都为电源驱动,在车的底盘下安置有大容量的电池,电池充放电过程中会释放出氢气,氢气积累到一定程度就有爆炸的危险性,巡检车的驱动电机和电源及其他电路如果有线路松动脱落产生电火花也会产生爆炸的危险,会危及乘客及周围财物的安全,如果将电机和电源完全放置于防爆炸腔内,电源和电机以及其他电路会产生很多热量无法散发出去。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提出一种结构简单,设计合理、散热降温快的防爆巡检车,降低引爆风险,提高使用的安全性。
本发明包括车架,所述车架内包括防爆电机、防爆电池组、与防爆电机和防爆电池组通过出水导管连接的冷却池以及与防爆电机、防爆电池组和冷却池共同连接的循环水泵,所述冷却池内有冷却液,所述冷却池分别与防爆电机和防爆电池组的出口连接,所述循环水泵分别与防爆电机和防爆电池组的进口连接。
进一步地,所述防爆电机的机壳外设有进水装置和出水装置,所述机壳内壁设有冷却层,所述进水装置和出水装置通过输水通道与冷却层连通。
进一步地,所述防爆电池组安装在防爆电池组箱内,所述防爆电池组箱的箱体内壁设有注水层,所述箱体内设有散热板,所述散热板设有内腔,所述散热板分布在电池之间,所述内腔与注水层连通,所述箱体外壁设有进水口与出水口,所述进水口与出水口均与注水层连通。
进一步地,所述车架采用高强度工程注塑塑料。
进一步地,所述车架设有防爆玻璃,所述防爆玻璃为五层结构。
进一步地,所述防爆玻璃的五层结构依次为普通玻璃、铝硅酸盐玻璃、有机聚合物中间膜、铝硅酸盐玻璃和普通玻璃。
本发明相对于现有技术,其优点在于:本发明结构简单,设计合理、散热降温快,具有降低引爆风险,提高使用的安全性等特点。

如图1所示,本发明包括车架1,所述车架1内包括防爆电机2、防爆电池组5、与防爆电机2和防爆电池组5通过出水导管连接的冷却池4以及与防爆电机2、防爆电池组5和冷却池4共同连接的循环水泵3,所述冷却池4内有冷却液,所述冷却池4分别与防爆电机2和防爆电池组5的出口连接,所述循环水泵3分别与防爆电机2和防爆电池组5的进口连接。
所述防爆电机2的机壳外设有进水装置和出水装置,所述机壳内壁设有冷却层,所述进水装置和出水装置通过输水通道与冷却层连通。
所述防爆电池组5安装在防爆电池组箱内,所述防爆电池组箱的箱体内壁设有注水层,所述箱体内设有散热板,所述散热板设有内腔,所述散热板分布在电池之间,所述内腔与注水层连通,所述箱体外壁设有进水口与出水口,所述进水口与出水口均与注水层连通。
所述车架1采用高强度工程注塑塑料。
所述车架1设有防爆玻璃,所述防爆玻璃为五层结构。
所述防爆玻璃的五层结构依次为普通玻璃、铝硅酸盐玻璃、有机聚合物中间膜、铝硅酸盐玻璃和普通玻璃。

1.一种防爆巡检车,包括车架(1),其特征在于,所述车架(1)内包括防爆电机(2)、防爆电池组(5)、与防爆电机(2)和防爆电池组(5)通过出水导管连接的冷却池(4)以及与防爆电机(2)、防爆电池组(5)和冷却池(4)共同连接的循环水泵(3),所述冷却池(4)内有冷却液,所述冷却池(4)分别与防爆电机(2)和防爆电池组(5)的出口连接,所述循环水泵(3)分别与防爆电机(2)和防爆电池组(5)的进口连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的防爆巡检车,其特征是,所述防爆电机(2)的机壳外设有进水装置和出水装置,所述机壳内壁设有冷却层,所述进水装置和出水装置通过输水通道与冷却层连通。
3.如权利要求2所述的防爆巡检车,其特征是,所述防爆电池组(5)安装在防爆电池组箱内,所述防爆电池组箱的箱体内壁设有注水层,所述箱体内设有散热板,所述散热板设有内腔,所述散热板分布在电池之间,所述内腔与注水层连通,所述箱体外壁设有进水口与出水口,所述进水口与出水口均与注水层连通。
4.如权利要求1所述的防爆巡检车,其特征是,所述车架(1)采用高强度工程注塑塑料。
5.如权利要求1所述的防爆巡检车,其特征是,所述车架(1)设有防爆玻璃,所述防爆玻璃为五层结构。
6.如权利要求5所述的防爆巡检车,其特征是,所述防爆玻璃的五层结构依次为普通玻璃、铝硅酸盐玻璃、有机聚合物中间膜、铝硅酸盐玻璃和普通玻璃。
