Abstract

本发明公开了一种成型效果好的耐用气模布，所述气模布包括有位于外侧的PVC层和位于内侧的第一牛津布层，第一牛津布层的一面通过胶水与PVC层粘合，另一面连接有第二牛津布层，第二牛津布层与第一牛津布层之间具有若干支气道，第二牛津布层的内侧面具有气密性涂层，所有支气道连通一个主气道，气模布制成气模后气模中设有一个连通主气道的充气口。本发明的气模布，利用位于内侧的牛津布提高整个气模布的结构强度，利用位于外侧的PVC层保证其气密性，提高耐磨度，同时利用支气管增强气模布的强度，通过调整支气管中的气压，使得气模成型效果更好。

技术领域
本发明属于气模布技术领域，具体涉及一种成型效果好的耐用气模布。
背景技术
气模布主要是用来制作各种气模，形成例如拱门、卡通形象、游泳池、滑梯等。传统的用来制作气模的气模布一般由PVC或者牛津布制成。采用PVC制成的气模布时需要一定的厚度才能满足气模的结构强度，且气模容易损坏，局部鼓气，成型不易控制。牛津布的结构强度大，厚度小，但是其表面的气密性涂层易被磨损，容易漏气。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种成型效果好的耐用气模布，所述气模布包括有位于外侧的PVC层和位于内侧的第一牛津布层，第一牛津布层的一面通过胶水与PVC层粘合，另一面连接有第二牛津布层，第二牛津布层与第一牛津布层之间具有若干支气道，第二牛津布层的内侧面具有气密性涂层，所有支气道连通一个主气道，气模布制成气模后气模中设有一个连通主气道的充气口。
层的表面具有吸墨涂层。
第二牛津布层与第一牛津布层之间设有若干粘接部，相邻粘接部之间的第二牛津布层与第一牛津布层之间形成支气道。
位于所述粘接部第一牛津布层和第二牛津布层之间通过热压粘接的方式连接。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的气模布，利用位于内侧的牛津布提高整个气模布的结构强度，利用位于外侧的PVC层保证其气密性，提高耐磨度，同时利用支气管增强气模布的强度，通过调整支气管中的气压，使得气模成型效果更好。

现结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示，一种成型效果好的耐用气模布，所述气模布包括有位于外侧的PVC层1和位于内侧的第一牛津布层2，第一牛津布层2的一面通过胶水与PVC层1粘合，另一面连接有第二牛津布层3，第二牛津布层3与第一牛津布层2之间具有若干支气道4，第二牛津布层3的内侧面具有气密性涂层5，所有支气道4连通一个主气道，气模布制成气模后气模中设有一个连通主气道的充气口。气模充气时控制支气道中的气压和气模中的气压，气模的成型效果更好。
层1的表面具有吸墨涂层。
第二牛津布层3与第一牛津布层2之间设有若干粘接部6，相邻粘接部6之间的第二牛津布层3与第一牛津布层1之间形成支气道4。
位于所述粘接部6第一牛津布层2和第二牛津布层3之间通过热压粘接或者胶水粘接的方式连接。

1.一种成型效果好的耐用气模布，其特征在于，所述气模布包括有位于外侧的PVC层和位于内侧的第一牛津布层，第一牛津布层的一面通过胶水与PVC层粘合，另一面连接有第二牛津布层，第二牛津布层与第一牛津布层之间具有若干支气道，第二牛津布层的内侧面具有气密性涂层，所有支气道连通一个主气道，气模布制成气模后气模中设有一个连通主气道的充气口。
2.如权利要求1所述的成型效果好的耐用气模布，其特征在于，所述PVC层的表面具有吸墨涂层。
3.如权利要求1所述的成型效果好的耐用气模布，其特征在于，所述第二牛津布层与第一牛津布层之间设有若干粘接部，相邻粘接部之间的第二牛津布层与第一牛津布层之间形成支气道。
4.如权利要求3所述的成型效果好的耐用气模布，其特征在于，位于所述粘接部第一牛津布层和第二牛津布层之间通过热压粘接的方式连接。
