Abstract

一种活性瓷球填料,用含40-95%氧化铝瓷泥 加石墨成球,煅烧后浸入到Ni或Mo或Co或W液 中数十小时,晾干后再煅烧,则可,它广泛应用于硫 酸、煤炼、石油、化工的反应塔内,能取代惰性氧化铝 瓷球和耐火球,并具有脱硫、脱氮、加氢及保护催化剂 不被中毒的作用。

Description

本发明涉及硫酸、石油、化工、煤炼的反应塔内的一种填料。
本发明之前,反应塔内的填料为惰性氧化铝球和耐火球,但它们起不到脱硫,脱氮,加氢及保护催化剂不被中毒的作用。
本发明旨在提供一种能在硫酸、石油、化工、煤炼的反应塔内能起到脱硫、脱氮、加氢及95保护催剂化不被中毒的填料及其方法。
本发明的要点在于:(1)、将含40-95%的瓷泥加石墨成球后进行烘干,再行煅烧冷却;(2)、将煅烧冷却后的瓷球浸在1-9%的Nl液或MO液或W钨或钴液中数十小时后凉干,再煅烧;(3)重量组份配方是:氧化铝40-95,活性物(Nl,MO,Nl,W,CO)-6。(4)其最佳重量组份为:氧化铝-30,石墨-14,活性物(Nl、MO、Nl、W、CO)-6。
本发明达到指标:规格:球径在1.5-50mm,堆积密度0.95-2吨/米3,压碎强度13Kg-1000Kg/粒。
本发明的优点是:(1)制作简单;(2)在反应塔内可起加氢精制催化活性,及脱硫、脱氮、保护催化剂不被中毒;(3)可代惰性氧化铝瓷球和耐火球,并能达到比它们更好的支承效果。
本发明目的实现由下列实施例给出。
将含氧化铝40-95%的瓷泥精选后,按重量组分称取80,加14的石墨后成粒径1.5-50mm的球,进行烘干-煅烧数十小时温度控制在900-1100℃,-冷却后浸入到含量Nl、CO、MO、W在1-9%的硫酸镍或硝酸钼,或硝酸钴或硝酸钨溶液中浸泡24小时以上,凉干,再煅烧,温度在1300℃以上即可。

Claims (2)

1、一种活性瓷球填料:用含氧化铝40-95%的瓷泥,石墨及镍(Ni)或钼(MO)或钴(CO)或钨(W)经成球,煅烧,浸泡工艺制作而成,其特征在于:将含氧化铝瓷泥精选后按重量组份瓷泥40-95,加石墨11-25成球,进行烘干后煅烧数十小时,温度控制在900-1100℃,然后,冷却浸入到含Ni,CO,MO,W,量在1-9%的硫酸镍或硝酸钼或硝酸钨或硝酸钴,溶液中浸泡数小时,凉干,再煅烧数十小时,温度控制在1200-1500℃即可。
2、根据权利要求书1所述的一种活性瓷球填料,其特征在于最佳重量组分:氧化铝瓷泥80,石墨14,Nl或CO或W的含量为6,二次煅烧的时间为20-30小时。
