Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有增强雷达罩根部刚度的多层蜂窝结构,包括内蒙皮、外蒙皮、承力带及根部蜂窝,内蒙皮下段向雷达罩内部凸出,在内蒙皮向雷达罩内部凸出的部位与外蒙皮之间形成一梯形空腔,根部蜂窝设置在梯形空腔内并分别与内蒙皮和外蒙皮粘接,所述的根部蜂窝顶部与透波区蜂窝粘接,通过在雷达罩根部增加多层刚度较好的蜂窝,各层蜂窝之间通过胶膜粘接,而不使用金属框增强刚度,从而达到减轻雷达罩结构重量,降低雷达罩装配难度,简化装配流程,提高装配效率的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及雷达罩技术领域,特别涉及一种具有增强雷达罩根部刚度的多层蜂窝结构。
背景技术
随着航空器技术水平的提高,对雷达罩性能提出了越来越高的要求,雷达罩越来越大型化,受到载荷越来越严酷,但对重量指标要求越来越严,传统雷达罩通常采用在复合材料罩体根部增加金属框来增强刚度的方式,不仅增加了雷达的重量,而且装配工艺复杂。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:提供一种具有增强雷达罩根部刚度的多层蜂窝结构,用以解决传统雷达罩通常采用在复合材料罩体根部增加金属框来增强刚度的方式增加雷达的重量、装配工艺复杂的问题。
本发明的技术方案:
一种具有增强雷达罩根部刚度的多层蜂窝结构,其特征在于:包括内蒙皮、外蒙皮、承力带及根部蜂窝,所述的内蒙皮下段向雷达罩内部凸出,在内蒙皮向雷达罩内部凸出的部位与外蒙皮之间形成一梯形空腔,所述的根部蜂窝设置在梯形空腔内并分别与内蒙皮和外蒙皮粘接,所述的根部蜂窝顶部与透波区蜂窝粘接。
所述的根部蜂窝包括若干层增强蜂窝,每层增强蜂窝通过胶膜粘接。
所述的外蒙皮和内蒙皮由若干层玻璃纤维预浸料铺贴制成。
所述的承力带采用与外蒙皮和内蒙皮相同材料的玻璃纤维预浸料铺贴制成。
所述的承力带顶部与根部蜂窝粘接。
本发明的有益效果:提供一种具有增强雷达罩根部刚度的多层蜂窝结构,通过在雷达罩根部增加多层刚度较好的增强蜂窝,各层蜂窝之间通过胶膜粘接,而不使用金属框增强刚度,从而达到减轻雷达罩结构重量,降低雷达罩装配难度,简化装配流程,提高装配效率的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的介绍,如图1所示,一种具有增强雷达罩根部刚度的多层蜂窝结构,包括内蒙皮3、外蒙皮1、承力带9及根部蜂窝,所述的内蒙皮3下段向雷达罩内部凸出,在内蒙皮3向雷达罩内部凸出的部位与外蒙皮1之间形成一梯形空腔,所述的根部蜂窝设置在梯形空腔内并分别与内蒙皮3和外蒙皮1粘接,所述的根部蜂窝顶部与透波区蜂窝2粘接。
所述的根部蜂窝包括若干层增强蜂窝4,每层增强蜂窝4通过胶膜5粘接,通过在雷达罩根部增加多层刚度较好的增强蜂窝4,各层增强蜂窝4之间通过胶膜粘接,而不使用金属框增强刚度,从而达到减轻雷达罩结构重量,降低雷达罩装配难度,简化装配流程,所述的胶膜5包括一块玻璃布,并在玻璃布两侧涂有一层树脂。
所述的外蒙皮1和内蒙皮3由若干层玻璃纤维预浸料铺贴制成。
所述的承力带6采用与外蒙皮1和内蒙皮3相同材料的玻璃纤维预浸料铺贴制成。
所述的承力带6顶部与根部蜂窝粘接。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有增强雷达罩根部刚度的多层蜂窝结构,其特征在于:包括内蒙皮(3)、外蒙皮(1)、承力带(6)及根部蜂窝,所述的内蒙皮(3)下段向雷达罩内部凸出,在内蒙皮(3)向雷达罩内部凸出的部位与外蒙皮(1)之间形成一梯形空腔,所述的根部蜂窝设置在梯形空腔内并分别与内蒙皮(3)和外蒙皮(1)粘接,所述的根部蜂窝顶部与透波区蜂窝(2)粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有增强雷达罩根部刚度的多层蜂窝结构,其特征在于:所述的根部蜂窝包括若干层增强蜂窝(4),每层增强蜂窝(4)通过胶膜(5)粘接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有增强雷达罩根部刚度的多层蜂窝结构,其特征在于:所述的外蒙皮(1)和内蒙皮(1)由若干层玻璃纤维预浸料铺贴制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有增强雷达罩根部刚度的多层蜂窝结构,其特征在于:所述的承力带(6)采用与外蒙皮(1)和内蒙皮(3)相同材料的玻璃纤维预浸料铺贴制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有增强雷达罩根部刚度的多层蜂窝结构,其特征在于:所述的承力带(6)顶部与根部蜂窝粘接。
