本发明提出一种含内嵌件的汽车灯具壳体的双色注塑方法,包括步骤:(1)制作内嵌件:制作内嵌件阳膜,将内嵌件胶料浇铸在阳膜上,然后进行固化后得到膜片,将膜片切割成所需内嵌件的形状,并用氮气吹去内嵌件表面碎屑;(2)在型芯旋转式双色注塑机的小型腔内设置嵌件安装槽,将内嵌件固定在安装槽中;(3)通过第一注塑单元向小型腔内注射软胶,在嵌件表面形成软胶层,然后开模,将动模旋转180,再合膜,将表面形成软胶层的嵌件转入大型腔中;(4)通过第二注塑单元向大型腔内注塑第二种颜色的塑料,第二种颜色的塑料熔点高于软胶的熔点;待固化后开模,得到含有内嵌件的双色壳体。本发明可以使双色壳体中,嵌料和包层之间的结合更加紧固。

Description

一种含内嵌件的汽车灯具壳体的双色注塑方法
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车灯具生产技术领域,尤其是一种含内嵌件的汽车灯具壳体的双色注塑方法。
背景技术
注塑是一种工业产品生产造型的方法。产品通常使用橡胶注塑和塑料注塑。注塑还可分注塑成型模压法和压铸法。注射成型机(简称注射机或注塑机)是将热塑性塑料或热固性料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备,注塑成型是通过注塑机和模具来实现的。
目前,人们对于汽车灯具壳体的要求越来越高,在保证壳体结构坚固结实的条件下,还需要提供美观的设计,需要在壳体内采用内嵌件或者形成不同颜色的图案,以增加灯具外壳的美观性。生产厂家为迎合客户需求,通常采用双色注塑工艺加工灯具壳体。
现有的双色注塑工艺主要有以下两种:
一种是在一台普通注塑机上注塑成型出一种颜色的嵌料,然后将嵌料安装在第二台注塑机上,注塑第二种颜色的塑料。
另一种是采用具有两个独立注塑单元和两个型腔的双色注塑机床,先用一个注塑单元在一个型腔内注塑形成一种颜色的嵌料,然后旋转动模,使嵌料转入第二个型腔,通过第二个注塑单元注塑第二种颜色的塑料与嵌料结合,最终得到双色壳体。
但由于嵌料与第二种颜色的塑料的材质不一定相同,因此再进行第二次注塑成型时,容易出现嵌料和第二种颜色料结合不紧密,在脱模时容易出现嵌料和包层分离的情况。
发明内容
发明目的:为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种含内嵌件的汽车灯具壳体的双色注塑方法。
技术方案:本发明提出的技术方案为:
一种含内嵌件的汽车灯具壳体的双色注塑方法,包括步骤:
(1)制作内嵌件:制作内嵌件阳膜,将内嵌件胶料浇铸在阳膜上,然后进行固化后得到膜片,将膜片切割成所需内嵌件的形状,并用氮气吹去内嵌件表面碎屑;
(2)在型芯旋转式双色注塑机的小型腔内设置嵌件安装槽,将内嵌件固定在安装槽中;
(3)通过第一注塑单元向小型腔内注射软胶,在嵌件表面形成软胶层,然后开模,将动模旋转180,再合膜,将表面形成软胶层的嵌件转入大型腔中;
(4)通过第二注塑单元向大型腔内注塑第二种颜色的塑料,第二种颜色的塑料熔点高于软胶的熔点;待固化后开模,得到含有内嵌件的双色壳体。
进一步的,所述模具的温度为100~125度。
进一步的,所述注塑时的保压压力为90MPa~120MPa。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优势:
本发明在嵌料和包层之间增加一层软胶层,当第二层塑料注入时,由于第二层塑料的熔点比软件层的熔点高,因此第二层塑料会将软胶层表面融化,增加了与软胶层之间的粘度,使嵌料和包层之间的结合更加紧固。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作更进一步的说明。
本发明提出一种含内嵌件的汽车灯具壳体的双色注塑方法,包括步骤:
(1)制作内嵌件:制作内嵌件阳膜,将内嵌件胶料浇铸在阳膜上,然后进行固化后得到膜片,将膜片切割成所需内嵌件的形状,并用氮气吹去内嵌件表面碎屑;
(2)在型芯旋转式双色注塑机的小型腔内设置嵌件安装槽,将内嵌件固定在安装槽中;
(3)通过第一注塑单元向小型腔内注射软胶,在嵌件表面形成软胶层,然后开模,将动模旋转180,再合膜,将表面形成软胶层的嵌件转入大型腔中;
(4)通过第二注塑单元向大型腔内注塑第二种颜色的塑料,第二种颜色的塑料熔点高于软胶的熔点;待固化后开模,得到含有内嵌件的双色壳体。
上述注塑过程中,所述模具的温度为100~125度;所述注塑时的保压压力为90MPa~120MPa。
本发明采用上述方法,可有效克服现有双色注塑工艺中,两种颜色的塑料结合不够紧固的问题,利用第二层塑料的熔点比软件层的熔点高的特点,在注塑第二层塑料时,第二层塑料与软胶层的接触表面发生融化,增加了第二层塑料与软胶层之间的粘度,使嵌料和包层之间的结合更加紧固。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种含内嵌件的汽车灯具壳体的双色注塑方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(1)制作内嵌件:制作内嵌件阳膜,将内嵌件胶料浇铸在阳膜上,然后进行固化后得到膜片,将膜片切割成所需内嵌件的形状,并用氮气吹去内嵌件表面碎屑;
(2)在型芯旋转式双色注塑机的小型腔内设置嵌件安装槽,将内嵌件固定在安装槽中;
(3)通过第一注塑单元向小型腔内注射软胶,在嵌件表面形成软胶层,然后开模,将动模旋转180,再合膜,将表面形成软胶层的嵌件转入大型腔中;
(4)通过第二注塑单元向大型腔内注塑第二种颜色的塑料,第二种颜色的塑料熔点高于软胶的熔点;待固化后开模,得到含有内嵌件的双色壳体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含内嵌件的汽车灯具壳体的双色注塑方法,其特征在于,所述模具的温度为100~125度。
