本发明涉及一种废弃编织袋及薄膜无水清洗机。无水粉碎机的入料口上有皮带上料机,无水粉碎机的出料口通过烘干机与加热螺旋管道的进料口密封相通,加热螺旋管道的出料口与定量上料机的进料口密封相通,定量上料机的出料口与第一无水干洗机的进料口密封相通,第一无水干洗机的出料口与第二无水干洗机的进料口密封相通,第二无水干洗机有出料管;所述的无水粉碎机、定量上料机、第一无水干洗机和第二无水干洗机通过第一除尘管与灰尘收集仓密封相通,灰尘收集仓通过第二除尘管与除尘器密封相通。它不用水,节能环保。

技术领域
本发明属于清洗设备,特别涉及一种废弃编织袋及薄膜的无水清洗机。
背景技术
我国是薄膜使用大国,而废旧薄膜回收再利用则成了大问题,废旧薄膜造成污染环境的日趋严重。目前,废旧薄膜回收设备是利用水清洗,烘干、粉碎的方法,用水量特别大,而且造成大量水资源浪费,而污水又造成环境污染。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种废弃编织袋及薄膜无水清洗机,它不用水,节能环保。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:无水粉碎机的入料口上有皮带上料机,无水粉碎机的出料口通过烘干机与加热螺旋管道的进料口密封相通,加热螺旋管道的出料口与定量上料机的进料口密封相通,定量上料机的出料口与第一无水干洗机的进料口密封相通,第一无水干洗机的出料口与第二无水干洗机的进料口密封相通,第二无水干洗机有出料管;所述的无水粉碎机、定量上料机、第一无水干洗机和第二无水干洗机通过第一除尘管与灰尘收集仓密封相通,灰尘收集仓通过第二除尘管与除尘器密封相通。
本发明不用水,节能环保。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,无水粉碎机2的入料口上有皮带上料机1,无水粉碎机2的出料口通过烘干机3与加热螺旋管道6的进料口密封相通,加热螺旋管道6的出料口与定量上料机4的进料口密封相通,定量上料机4的出料口与第一无水干洗机7的进料口密封相通,第一无水干洗机7的出料口与第二无水干洗机9的进料口密封相通,第二无水干洗机9有出料管10;所述的无水粉碎机2、定量上料机4、第一无水干洗机7和第二无水干洗机9通过第一除尘管8与灰尘收集仓11密封相通,灰尘收集仓11通过第二除尘管12与除尘器13密封相通。
如图2所示,所述的第一无水干洗机7包括机架15,机架15上固定电机14,电机14通过皮带16驱动干洗轴19,干洗轴19通过轴承与所述的机架15固定,干洗轴19上均布径向的干洗刷17,所述的干洗刷17外有罩体20,罩体20与所述的第一除尘管8密封相通。
所述罩体20的内上端有滤网18。
所述的第二无水干洗机9与第一无水干洗机7结构相同。

1.一种废弃编织袋及薄膜无水清洗机,其特征在于:无水粉碎机(2)的入料口上有皮带上料机(1),无水粉碎机(2)的出料口通过烘干机(3)与加热螺旋管道(6)的进料口密封相通,加热螺旋管道(6)的出料口与定量上料机(4)的进料口密封相通,定量上料机(4)的出料口与第一无水干洗机(7)的进料口密封相通,第一无水干洗机(7)的出料口与第二无水干洗机(9)的进料口密封相通,第二无水干洗机(9)有出料管(10);所述的无水粉碎机(2)、定量上料机(4)、第一无水干洗机(7)和第二无水干洗机(9)通过第一除尘管(8)与灰尘收集仓(11)密封相通,灰尘收集仓(11)通过第二除尘管(12)与除尘器(13)密封相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废弃编织袋及薄膜无水清洗机,其特征在于:所述的第一无水干洗机(7)包括机架(15),机架(15)上固定电机(14),电机(14)通过皮带(16)驱动干洗轴(19),干洗轴(19)通过轴承与所述的机架(15)固定,干洗轴(19)上均布径向的干洗刷(17),所述的干洗刷(17)外有罩体(20),罩体(20)与所述的第一除尘管(8)密封相通。
