本实用新型公开了一种无需用水就能将废塑料薄膜中的杂质及粉尘去除掉的废塑料薄膜无水清洗装置,包括设置在离心机底座上的转鼓,设置在转鼓上方的外壳,所述的转鼓底部设置有进料口,转鼓上设置有自下而上口径逐步增大的圆锥形筛网,筛网、外壳及转鼓之间形成一分离空间,筛网的内壁设置有若干根通气管道,通气管道上分别开设有若干出气孔,外壳的侧壁上开设有出料孔通过管道与储料仓相连通,外壳顶部设置有吸尘口并通过排污管道与排污料仓相连通;其优点是:结构简单合理,能在无水情况下对废塑料薄膜进行清洗,可节约大量水资源,且能避免废塑料薄膜清洗后的二次污染。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种物料的无水清洗装置,尤其涉及一种用于废塑料薄膜通过离心设备进行无水清洗的装置。
背景技术
目前,在废塑料薄膜的回收利用过程中,都是采用大量清水对废塑料薄膜上的杂质和粉尘进行清洗,然后再进行后道的加工处理。采用这种清洗方式需要大量的清水,清洗下来的水还会对环境造成二次污染,因此,近几年来,对废塑料薄膜进行无水清洗已成为废塑料回收行业研究的一个方向。现有专利号为200820007018.4,名称为“废塑料瓶全自动化离心式无水式清洗分检系统”的实用新型专利,公开了一种其形成一管状旋转的物料运动空间,其包括:一内层管,其外圆柱表面上轴向固设有多个间隔板;一外层管,其套设在所述的内层管外,且外层管的内圆柱表面与所述的间隔板之间存在间隙;一离心动力单元,驱动所述的内层管旋转运动;所述的管状旋转空间根据物料沿内层管运动的轴向方向上依次相连接的:入料区间,标签软化区间、标签去除区间、塑料瓶分选区间、瓶体切离区间、塑料冲洗区间以及回收区间。该专利中采用蒸汽对废塑料瓶进行清洗,能大大减少水的用量,以及避免了废水的处理,从而大大节约了清洗成本,但这种装置无法对被撕碎的废塑料薄膜进行无水清洗。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种无需用水就能将废塑料薄膜中的杂质及粉尘去除掉的废塑料薄膜无水清洗装置。
为实现本实用新型的目的,废塑料薄膜无水清洗装置,包括设置在离心机底座上的转鼓,设置在转鼓上方的外壳,所述的转鼓底部设置有进料口,转鼓上设置有自下而上口径逐步增大的圆锥形筛网,筛网、外壳及转鼓之间形成一分离空间,筛网的内壁设置有若干根通气管道,通气管道上分别开设有若干出气孔,出气孔均面对筛网的内壁,外壳的侧壁上开设有出料孔,出料孔通过管道与储料仓相连通,与锥形筛网的向上开口相对应的外壳顶部设置有吸尘口,吸尘口通过排污管道与排污料仓相连通。
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单合理,能在无水情况下对废塑料薄膜进行清洗,可节约大量水资源,且能避免废塑料薄膜清洗后的二次污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型一种废塑料薄膜干燥设备的干燥装置作进一步的详细说明。
如图1、2和3所示,一种废塑料薄膜无水清洗装置,包括设置在离心机底座1上的转鼓2,设置在转鼓2上方的外壳3,所述的转鼓2底部设置有进料口4,转鼓2上设置有自下而上口径逐步增大的圆锥形筛网5,筛网5、外壳3及转鼓2之间形成一分离空间6,筛网5的内壁设置有若干根通气管道7,通气管道7上分别开设有若干出气孔8,出气孔8均面对筛网5的内壁,外壳3的侧壁上开设有出料孔9,出料孔9通过管道10与储料仓11相连通,与锥形筛网5的向上开口相对应的外壳3顶部设置有吸尘口12,吸尘口12通过排污管道13与排污料仓14连通。
该废塑料薄膜无水清洗装置工作时,被撕碎的废塑料薄膜由管道送入离心机底部的进料口4,物料随着转鼓2的转动进入由筛网5、外壳3及转鼓2之间的分离空间6,物料中较重的颗粒在离心作用下由底部排出,较轻的废塑料薄膜则随着转鼓2及筛网5的转动逐步向上飘起,同时与废塑料薄膜中的杂质、粉尘等分离,干净的废塑料薄膜则由外壳3侧壁上的出料孔9送出,飘浮的粉尘由继续向上飘起,由于筛网5内具有一定的负压,这些粉尘穿过筛网5的网眼再经外壳3顶部的吸尘口12排出,由于筛网5的网眼有可能被飘起的废塑料薄膜及粉尘堵住网眼,此时紧贴在筛网5内表面上的通气管道7分间歇性地向外吹气,将吸附在筛网5表面的塑料薄膜和粉尘吹落,使粉尘能方便地通过筛网5的网眼,从而达到废塑料薄膜与粉水尘分离的效果。

1.废塑料薄膜无水清洗装置,包括设置在离心机底座(1)上的转鼓(2),设置在转鼓(2)上方的外壳(3),其特征在于:所述的转鼓(2)底部设置有进料口(4),转鼓(2)上设置有自下而上口径逐步增大的圆锥形筛网(5),筛网(5)、外壳(3)及转鼓(2)之间形成一分离空间(6),筛网(5)的内壁设置有若干根通气管道(7),通气管道(7)上分别开设有若干出气孔(8),出气孔(8)均面对筛网(5)的内壁,外壳(3)的侧壁上开设有出料孔(9),出料孔(9)通过管道(10)与储料仓(11)相连通,与锥形筛网(5)的向上开口相对应的外壳(3)顶部设置有吸尘口(12),吸尘口(12)通过排污管道(13)与排污料仓(14)相连通。
