The intensive care sickbed with the back beating function is characterized by comprising a sickbed body and a back beating plate, wherein the back beating plate comprises a top plate, a middle frame and a bottom plate, the middle frame comprises a cross rod, a support frame and a middle connecting rod, and the cross rod is connected with the support frame through the middle connecting rod;
the top plate is connected with the middle connecting rod of the middle frame through a hinge, the cross rod of the middle frame is rotatably connected with the bottom plate, the bottom plate is arranged on the sickbed body, and the top plate comprises a first top plate and/or a second top plate;
the device also comprises a main electric push rod, a first electric push rod and a second electric push rod, wherein one end of the main electric push rod is hinged with the bottom plate, the other end of the main electric push rod is rotatably connected with the end part of the middle connecting rod, which is close to the supporting frame, one end of the first electric push rod and/or one end of the second electric push rod are respectively connected with the supporting frame, the other end of the first electric push rod and/or the second electric push rod is/are respectively hinged with one end of a long connecting rod, the other end of each long connecting rod is connected to the cross rod of the middle frame, the other end of the first electric push rod and/or the second electric push rod is/are also respectively hinged with one end of a short connecting rod, and the other end of each short connecting rod is connected with a sliding block through a sliding block connecting piece; the first top plate and/or the second top plate are/is provided with a sliding rail, and the sliding block is in sliding connection with the sliding rail;
the first top plate and/or the second top plate are/is provided with a plurality of flapping electromagnets;
the beating electromagnet comprises a coil, a magnetic core, a rubber head and a fixing piece, wherein the magnetic core comprises a magnetic core main body and a racket rod, the magnetic core main body is arranged in the coil, and the rubber head is sleeved at the end part of the racket rod; the beating electromagnet is connected with the first top plate and/or the second top plate through the fixing piece; the coil is arranged in the fixing piece, the racket rod penetrates through the upper end plate of the fixing piece, and a reset spring is arranged between the magnetic core main body and the upper end plate of the fixing piece;
the main electric push rod, the first electric push rod and the second electric push rod adopt the same structure and comprise a motor, a screw rod push rod and a nut, wherein the output shaft of the motor is connected with a pinion, the motor also comprises a reduction shaft parallel to the output shaft of the motor, the reduction shaft is connected with a large gear, and the pinion is meshed with the large gear; the large gear is fixedly connected with the nut, the screw rod push rod is connected with the nut, and a ball is arranged between the screw rod push rod and the nut;
the flapping electromagnet is further provided with an electromagnet controller which is in communication connection with the central controller; the first position sensor is used for detecting the position of the middle frame, the second position sensor is used for detecting the position of the first top plate, and the third position sensor is used for detecting the position of the second top plate;
the central controller is also in communication connection with a main motor controller of the main electric push rod, a first motor controller of the first electric push rod and a second motor controller of the second electric push rod;
the first position sensor, the second position sensor and the third position sensor are angle sensors, and the central controller is provided with a function key through which a user instruction can be acquired;
the method comprises the following steps:
a) Acquiring a user operation instruction;
b) The central controller sends an instruction to the main motor controller to drive the main electric push rod, acquires information of the first position sensor in real time, and stops driving the main electric push rod when the backboard is lifted to a first preset position;
c) The central controller sends an instruction to a first motor controller to drive the first electric push rod, the central controller acquires information of the second position sensor in real time, and when the first top plate is lifted to a second preset position, the driving of the first electric push rod is stopped; or the central controller sends an instruction to a second motor controller to drive the second electric push rod, the central controller acquires information of the third position sensor in real time, and when the second top plate is lifted to a third preset position, the driving of the second electric push rod is stopped;
d) The central controller sends an instruction to the electromagnet controller to drive the flapping electromagnet on the first top plate or the second top plate to flap the back of the patient.
2. The intensive care sickbed with back beating function according to claim 1, wherein a convex plate is arranged on the middle connecting rod, one of the hinge plates is connected with the top plate, and the other hinge plate is connected with the convex plate.
3. The intensive care sickbed with back beating function according to claim 2, wherein the number of the convex plates is at least two, and the hinge for connecting the first top plate and the hinge for connecting the second top plate are symmetrically arranged relative to the convex plates.
4. An intensive care sickbed with a back beating function according to claim 1, wherein one end of the sliding block connecting piece is hinged with the short connecting rod, and the other end of the sliding block connecting piece is hinged with the sliding block.

The intensive care sickbed with back beating function according to claim 1, wherein the first preset position is measured by an included angle between the middle frame and the horizontal position, and the included angle is set in a range of: 40-50 degrees; the second preset position is measured by an included angle between the first top plate and the horizontal position, and the included angle setting range is as follows: 30-40 degrees; the third preset position is measured by an included angle between the second top plate and the horizontal position, and the included angle setting range is as follows: 30-40 degrees.
