Abstract

本发明提供一种上行数据发送方法,该方法包括:终端设备在下行时间间隔集合中的至少一个下行时间间隔上接收调度信令,所述调度信令用于调度上行数据,所述下行时间间隔集合中的任一下行时间间隔属于下行子帧n;所述终端设备确定与所述至少一个下行时间间隔对应的上行时间间隔,其中,所述下行时间间隔集合中的任一下行时间间隔均对应所述确定的上行时间间隔,所述确定的上行时间间隔属于上行子帧n+k,所述k等于0,1,2,或3;所述终端设备在所述确定的上行时间间隔上发送所述上行数据。通过上述方案,能够减少接收调度信息和发送上行数据之间存在的时延。
