Abstract
本申请实施例提供一种信道侦听方法和装置,其中,该方法包括:终端接收基站发送的上行授权信息,根据该上行授权信息确定第一上行参考资源和第二上行参考资源,并且根据该第一上行参考资源和第二上行参考资源,确定竞争窗长度,以及根据该竞争窗长度侦听信道。该技术方案能够准确的反映实时的信道状态,这样既能够避免节点之间碰撞几率,又增加了信道接入机会。
