肌内效胶带(Kinesiolody tape)或肌能系贴布(Kinesio Taping)在现有技术中是已知的,其由一系列棉胶带组成,该棉胶带包含带有波纹的粘合剂层,该波纹可以使皮肤发粘,但是允许皮肤发汗,该棉胶带按照专门的技术涂覆在皮肤上。它是一种弹性棉胶带。

存在其它胶带,诸如刚性胶带(运动胶带或strappal),这是一种非弹性低过敏性的粘合胶带,其可以在两个方向中用手撕开,特别适用于功能性绷带。它含有塔夫绸型织物,赋予其高拉伸强度。
然而,不存在真正有功能的胶带,因为它们的技术特性不允许它们用于多种活动,其中需要大范围运动,诸如肩部、肘部或膝关节,以及其中因为其主要成分是棉,所以必须在远离绷带的中性起始位置的弹性点处产生特定且可再现的张力。
同样地,当要包扎的区域具有很少的筋膜活动性(腰部区域、脚踝的侧面区域)时,在放置绷带时存在产生大量张力的趋势,因为它既不特定也不可再现,除了在身体的其它区域中产生筋膜补偿之外,在所述区域中产生过度刺激,损伤带有胶带的皮肤,压缩局部神经和血管形成。
当棉纤维潮湿时,它们容易吸收和保持液体,诸如水或汗液,增加其重量。一旦织物变湿,透气性(通风,ventilation)就会下降并且会劣化,需要很长时间才能干燥,并且这可能会对胶水的性能产生不利影响。因此,患者的皮肤将始终是潮湿的,并且因此,保持新鲜的能力将指数降低,绷带的粘合性也会降低,从而对绷带的治疗成功产生怀疑。此外,这种沉重的感觉、潮湿和可散发的可能难闻气味对于使用者来说是令人不愉快的。
因此,如果棉胶带变湿,它会吸收液体,增加胶带的重量,并且干燥时间增加,所述干燥变慢。发汗减少,并且保持皮肤新鲜的能力降低,因为通过与汗液接触,纤维变湿并且身体通过传导而失去热量。所有这些都会影响皮肤质量,除了影响胶带和胶水的性质之外,还会出现小伤口、刺激或瘙痒,从而降低粘性。
因此,希望提供一种具有合适结构的胶带和合适的材料,该材料在施加期间将提供纤维之间的力的更大连接和稳定性,改善和便于在放置时的可操作性,提供不限制身体的最优的有限和可再现的伸长率,防止现有技术的先前胶带中存在的缺点。
发明内容
本发明借助于其结构和材料的组合解决了现有技术中存在的与胶带有关的问题,以改善它们产生的效果和舒适性。
该胶带在其结构中具有纱线和织物的成分,与现有的胶带不同,它在施用期间提供了纤维之间的力的更大的连接和稳定性,改善和便于在放置时的可操作性,在运动期间保持。该胶带被设计为帮助防止由绷带产生的高张力引起的刺激、湿疹、水肿或Morel-Lavallée积液,以及身体的有限或全部运动,这取决于要包扎的区域。
筋膜胶带的织物的结构为镂空结构,平纹、斜纹或缎纹编织为3,其中可以使用至多达10的缎纹或斜纹编织,具有经纱为1至40根纬线/cm(pick/cm)和纬纱为1至35根纱线/cm的密度。所述编织可以断裂或交叉,其中每根纱线采用两个连续的纬纱并且使下两个纬纱自由离开,在两个面上具有相同的效果。
通过增加现有技术中使用的结构,使结构为10,纱线之间不太会产生摩擦,因此所述纱线不太会由于环(loops)(织物表面上的浮线(浮动针迹,float stitches))的摩擦而夹紧在一起,这有助于胶带具有更大的弹性强度。
另一方面,如果仅考虑结构而不考虑使用的纱线,则通过增加环的长度,弹性强度增加,但减少了其机械强度和抓握,其对适当和受控制的处理必不可少。
因此,本发明中的另一个基本要素是形成它的纱线,该纱线可以通过将纱线聚集在合股(in plies)中、成缆或作为芯来控制机械强度和抓握。通过将具有相同结构或不同结构的不同纱线纤维加捻,甚至可以进一步确定纱线的强度。
基于所述纱线和纬纱的密度,胶带的克重被计算,并与其成分一起被定义为胶带适当执行其功能所需的适当韧度、最大强度、总功和伸长率,而不损伤其粘附的皮肤或引起筋膜失代偿(代偿不全,decompensations),这可能导致局部或身体其它部位的挛缩或活动性受限。
另一方面,取决于绷带所在皮肤的位置,其弹性和灵敏度会有所不同。因此,为了使来自皮肤的刺激具有适当的影响,绷带必须遵守身体各部分的皮肤的特性和性质。本发明的胶带的扁平织物基于非弹性,能够在纵向、横向和切向方向中具有弹性,保持高稳定性以便遵循皮肤区域的差异。所述弹性将通过不同纤维的纬纱和经纱的组合来确定。
关于所使用的纱线,它们将是长丝纱线,选自光滑和有纹理的单丝纱线、复丝纱线或它们的组合,这取决于所需的特征。因此,为了产生具有受限或全范围移动的运动或用于治疗特定病症的合适的胶带,必须组合所述纱线。
此外,为了旨在剧烈使用的胶带在不限制运动且不会对皮肤有害的情况下防撕裂,方形的防撕裂轻质织物被整合在一起,提供了耐受性、耐用性和防止撕裂的保护。
胶带由天然纤维、天然纤维与合成纤维的组合或仅由合成纤维形成,其中可以另外使用金属纤维,因为它们是如果以指定的方式使用则引起很少问题的纱线。
另外,所述纤维可以被磁化以便影响身体的磁场,从而影响身体pH的调节。
总之,筋膜胶带的纱线和织物的结构提供了最优的受限的和可控的伸长率,其不限制身体运动,但控制由其它胶带中发生的过度伸长所产生的张力,因为它被设计成不会导致湿疹、Morel-Lavallée渗出或Morel-Lavallée外渗。在存在超过其在筋膜上的运动生理极限的皮肤滑动的情况下,则会导致肌肉筋膜的皮肤和皮下细胞组织的撕裂和分离或撕开(脱皮),从而影响淋巴系统的正常工作,从而产生皮肤下的淋巴积聚,并且能够导致皮肤坏死或严重感染。
通过结合对流机制对流“Windchill”或感知温度情况中的高热容性质,作为良好的导热体,以及天然纤维的舒适感和舒适性,以及人造纤维的特性,它们吸收较少的水,更快干燥,发汗和抵抗牵引力,提供较少的摩擦和磨损。
为了从织物中排出水而不渗透通过,可以向胶带附着有助于使胶带防水、限制液体流动的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜或薄层的硅油。外部部分是防水的,而内部部分将是热的。
以特定方式,在粘合剂层中产生不具有粘合剂的空间或线,使得胶带可以排汗,所述空间或线产生对称重复蜿蜒图案,相对于纬线具有45°角。其粘合剂末端分为两个相等的部分。
粘合区域被分成的空间具有45°的角度,等于主体的螺旋形筋膜纤维的角度,因此当存在运动时,胶带将以与筋膜非常相似的方式作出反应。这些空间形成一种图案,该图案允许透气并为润湿胶带的汗水和/或水产生快速有效的出口。因此,它们有助于消除可能存储在皮肤和胶带之间的水分,有利于更干燥更卫生和更持久的施用。
另一方面,就弹性而言,如果胶带在经纱中含有弹性体,则胶带将具有纵向弹性。如果在纬纱中另外添加弹性体,则获得纵向、横向或切向弹性,改善皮肤上的运动和粘合。整个胶带是低过敏性的。
由此克服了现有技术的胶带的缺点,提供了有助于改善浅表筋膜和深筋膜问题的筋膜胶带,因此它有助于减轻肌肉骨骼系统中反映或发生的疼痛和问题。

具体实施方式
本发明的目的是一种具有合适结构和合适材料的粘合筋膜胶带,其在施用期间将在纤维之间提供力的更大的连接和稳定性,从而改善和便于在放置时的可操作性。

捻合纱线中材料的分布有助于通过明确每个身体部分皮肤伸长率所需的胶带的适当张力来控制3和高至10的平纹、斜纹或缎纹编织结构的伸长率,而不会对其造成损害。所述编织可以断裂或交叉,其中每根纱线采用两个连续的纬纱并且使下两个纬纱自由离开,在两个面上具有相同的效果。
由于胶带是天然纤维和合成纤维的混合成分,优选棉、尼龙和聚酯纤维,摩擦力下降,因此胶带适合于在身体区域中施用,具有较小的皮肤(诸如腰部区域)伸长率。
该胶带优选是弹性的而不需要弹性体,因为其纤维由人造弹性纤维和棉纤维制成。如果需要更大的弹性,可以产生包括弹性体的合股或成缆的纱线。
关于形成胶带的纱线,它们被捻合在一起形成合股纱线,优选地具有2、3和4层,其中纱线被捻合在一起以产生成缆纱线,优选地具有4、6或9根缆线。此外,使用具有位于将产生更多伸长率的方向中的芯的纱线。
纱线是长丝纱线,选自光滑和有纹理的单丝纱线、复丝纱线或其组合。如果需要更高的强度、均匀性和不具有柔性,则将使用单丝纱线。如果最基本的要求是强度,则使用光滑的复丝纱线。如果需要为纤维提供更大的覆盖率和可扩展性,则使用变形长丝纱线。
应该指出的是,胶带具有以下机械性质:韧度在0.05kg/mm和0.99kg/mm之间,最大力在5kg和28kg之间,并且总功在0.05kg/mm和0.99kg/mm之间。它进一步包含100g/m2至300g/m2的克重。
所述克重是最优和必要的,使得由材料吸收的能量随着在撕裂前的伸长期间获得的后续变形(韧度)和其最大强度是合适的。产生的总功控制并使其伸长率正常化,这允许胶带在任何情况下都能保持完整和功能,即使它处于弹性伸长的高级阶段中。
最后,必须指出的是,粘合剂的下层4优选是丙烯酸合成长丝纱线的薄层,优选不含胶乳,在皮肤上和纱线材料上具有高粘合力。
在图5中可以看到形成空间或凹槽的无限重复图案,其中不包含粘合剂以便更好地排出汗液或可能积聚在皮肤和胶带之间的任何液体。表面的其余部分覆盖有粘合剂。由于不具有粘合剂的空间或线5的缠绕形状具有45°的角度,优选地是纬线的方向,这进一步便于去除胶带,因此所述空间允许在施加之后防止胶带在皮肤上的变形,这可能夹伤或伤害使用者的皮肤。

Claims (9)
