本发明公开了一种含有聚芳噁二唑纤维的混纺织物,包括第一阻燃纤维、第二阻燃纤维,第一阻燃纤维为聚芳噁二唑纤维,第二阻燃纤维为阻燃粘胶纤维;其特点是该混纺织物还包括第三阻燃纤维,第一阻燃纤维、第二阻燃纤维和第三阻燃纤维的混纺比例按重量份为第一阻燃纤维15‑30份,第二阻燃纤维10‑60份,第三阻燃纤维为1‑20份。本发明的优点是含有聚芳噁二唑纤维的混纺织物可以控制阴燃时间小于2秒,有效地解决了含POD纤维面料的阴燃时间超标问题,并改进了面料的抗起毛起球性能。

Description

一种含有聚芳噁二唑纤维的混纺织物
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种含有聚芳噁二唑纤维的混纺织物。
背景技术
聚芳噁二唑(简称POD)纤维是一种耐高温阻燃纤维,POD纤维制得的面料具有阻燃、耐高温、穿着舒适、颜色多样等特点,其常用于个体防护领域。目前表征面料阻燃性有三个指标:续燃时间、阴燃时间和损毁长度。在面料的垂直燃烧测试中,纯POD面料的阴燃时间往往超过20秒,而国家乃至全球最严苛的标准是小于2秒。POD纤维在与某些阻燃纤维如羊毛、间位芳纶、腈氯纶等混纺及其他阻燃纤维混纺时,其续燃时间和损毁长度一般能够比较轻松地达到国家和行业标准;但是其阴燃时间不能达到指标要求,例如和腈氯纶进行混纺时,其阴燃时间为10-15秒;和羊毛进行进行混纺时,阴燃时间为10秒以下,但依然解决不了POD阴燃小于2秒的指标问题。由于含POD纤维的面料存在上述比较严重的阴燃现象,阻碍了其在某些行业的应用。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种含有聚芳噁二唑纤维的混纺织物,该含有聚芳噁二唑纤维的混纺织物可以控制阴燃时间小于2秒,有效地解决了含POD纤维面料的阴燃时间超标问题,并改进了面料的抗起毛起球性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种含有聚芳噁二唑纤维的混纺织物,包括第一阻燃纤维、第二阻燃纤维,所述第一阻燃纤维为聚芳噁二唑纤维,第二阻燃纤维为阻燃粘胶纤维;其特点是该混纺织物还包括第三阻燃纤维,所述第一阻燃纤维、第二阻燃纤维和第三阻燃纤维的混纺比例按重量份为第一阻燃纤维15-30份,第二阻燃纤维10-60份,第三阻燃纤维为1-20份。
进一步的,所述第三阻燃纤维为羊毛、间位芳纶、腈氯纶中的一种或共混物。
进一步的,所述阻燃粘胶纤维的重量比例不小于30%,纱线的纱支为30s-50s。
进一步的,所述混纺织物的面料克重为150g/m2-250g/m2
进一步的,所述聚芳噁二唑纤维有以下特征中的至少一个:
所述芳族聚噁二唑纤维的强度大于3.30cN/dtex;和
所述芳族聚噁二唑纤维的起始分解温度高于400℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是含有聚芳噁二唑纤维的混纺织物可以控制阴燃时间小于2秒,有效地解决了含POD纤维面料的阴燃时间超标问题,并改进了面料的抗起毛起球性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种含有聚芳噁二唑纤维的混纺织物,包括第一阻燃纤维、第二阻燃纤维,第一阻燃纤维为聚芳噁二唑纤维,第二阻燃纤维为阻燃粘胶纤维;该混纺织物还包括第三阻燃纤维,第一阻燃纤维、第二阻燃纤维和第三阻燃纤维的混纺比例按重量份为第一阻燃纤维20份,第二阻燃纤维15份,第三阻燃纤维为15份,阻燃粘胶纤维的重量比例不小于30%,纱线的纱支为30s-50s。第三阻燃纤维为羊毛、间位芳纶、腈氯纶中的一种。得到面料克重为150g/m2-250g/m2混纺织物。
聚芳噁二唑纤维有以下特征中的至少一个:芳族聚噁二唑纤维的强度大于3.30cN/dtex;和芳族聚噁二唑纤维的起始分解温度高于400℃。
将上述混纺织物面料进行垂直燃烧试验,得到其阴燃时间为1.5秒。
实施例2
一种含有聚芳噁二唑纤维的混纺织物,包括第一阻燃纤维、第二阻燃纤维,所述第一阻燃纤维为聚芳噁二唑纤维,第二阻燃纤维为阻燃粘胶纤维;其特点是该混纺织物还包括第三阻燃纤维,所述第一阻燃纤维、第二阻燃纤维和第三阻燃纤维的混纺比例按重量份为第一阻燃纤维25份,第二阻燃纤维16份,第三阻燃纤维为10份,阻燃粘胶纤维的重量比例不小于30%,纱线的纱支为30s-50s。第三阻燃纤维为羊毛、间位芳纶、腈氯纶中的一种。得到面料克重为150g/m2-250g/m2的混纺织物。
聚芳噁二唑纤维有以下特征中的至少一个:芳族聚噁二唑纤维的强度大于3.30cN/dtex;和芳族聚噁二唑纤维的起始分解温度高于400℃。
将上述面料进行垂直燃烧试验,得到其阴燃时间为1.0秒。
实施例3
一种含有聚芳噁二唑纤维的混纺织物,包括第一阻燃纤维、第二阻燃纤维,所述第一阻燃纤维为聚芳噁二唑纤维,第二阻燃纤维为阻燃粘胶纤维;其特点是该混纺织物还包括第三阻燃纤维,所述第一阻燃纤维、第二阻燃纤维和第三阻燃纤维的混纺比例按重量份为第一阻燃纤维30份,第二阻燃纤维30份,第三阻燃纤维为20份,阻燃粘胶纤维的重量比例不小于30%,纱线的纱支为30s-50s。第三阻燃纤维为羊毛、间位芳纶、腈氯纶中的中两种的共混物。得到混纺织物的面料克重为150g/m2-250g/m2。聚芳噁二唑纤维有以下特征中的至少一个:芳族聚噁二唑纤维的强度大于3.30cN/dtex;和芳族聚噁二唑纤维的起始分解温度高于400℃。
将上述面料进行垂直燃烧试验,得到其阴燃时间为0.7秒。

Claims (5)

1.一种含有聚芳噁二唑纤维的混纺织物,包括第一阻燃纤维、第二阻燃纤维,所述第一阻燃纤维为聚芳噁二唑纤维,第二阻燃纤维为阻燃粘胶纤维;其特征在于:该混纺织物还包括第三阻燃纤维,所述第一阻燃纤维、第二阻燃纤维和第三阻燃纤维的混纺比例按重量份为第一阻燃纤维15-30份,第二阻燃纤维10-60份,第三阻燃纤维为1-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种含聚芳噁二唑纤维的混纺织物,其特征在于:所述第三阻燃纤维为羊毛、间位芳纶、腈氯纶中的一种或共混物。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种含聚芳噁二唑纤维的混纺织物,其特征在于:所述阻燃粘胶纤维的重量比例不小于30%,纱线的纱支为30s-50s。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种含聚芳噁二唑纤维的混纺织物,其特征在于:所述混纺织物的面料克重为150g/m2-250g/m2
