本发明公开了一种海洋石油钻探用管道阀门密封垫片,其原料按重量份包括:异戊二烯橡胶50‑60份,氯醚橡胶20‑40份,三元乙丙橡胶40‑50份,相容剂2‑4份,过氧化二异丙苯1.5‑2.5份,三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯0.6‑1.2份,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯0.6‑1.4份,歧化松香0.8‑1.6份,聚乙烯蜡1.5‑2.5份,沸石粉35‑45份,膨润土30‑40份,海泡石粉30‑40份,氮化铝10‑20份,微胶囊化红磷10‑20份,抗氧剂2‑3.5份。本发明提出的海洋石油钻探用管道阀门密封垫片,可耐盐水浸泡,而且拉伸强度高。

本发明涉及阀门密封垫技术领域,尤其涉及一种海洋石油钻探用管道阀门密封垫片。
背景技术
近年来,在世界范围内海洋石油钻探得到快速的发展,其采用的石油钻探用管道使用环境非常恶劣,尤其对管道阀门连接用密封垫片要求极高,不仅要具有优异的耐盐水浸泡性能,还要有优异的耐拉伸特性,要生产出优质的密封垫片,必须根据使用场所的条件和要求,以确保石油钻探用管道阀门的长期安全稳定的运行。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种海洋石油钻探用管道阀门密封垫片,可耐盐水浸泡,而且拉伸强度高。
本发明提出的一种海洋石油钻探用管道阀门密封垫片,其原料按重量份包括:异戊二烯橡胶50-60份,氯醚橡胶20-40份,三元乙丙橡胶40-50份,相容剂2-4份,过氧化二异丙苯1.5-2.5份,三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯0.6-1.2份,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯0.6-1.4份,歧化松香0.8-1.6份,聚乙烯蜡1.5-2.5份,沸石粉35-45份,膨润土30-40份,海泡石粉30-40份,氮化铝10-20份,微胶囊化红磷10-20份,抗氧剂2-3.5份。
优选地,相容剂包括:马来酸酐、钛酸四丁酯。
优选地,马来酸酐、钛酸四丁酯的重量比为1-2:1-2。
优选地,抗氧剂包括:抗氧剂BHT、抗氧剂164。
优选地,抗氧剂BHT、抗氧剂164的重量比为0.6-1.4:1.4-2。
本发明采用异戊二烯橡胶与氯醚橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶复配,在乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯的作用下,彼此分散程度极高,但由于沸石粉、膨润土、海泡石粉、氮化铝、微胶囊化红磷在异戊二烯橡胶、氯醚橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶中易团聚,相容性较差,采用歧化松香、聚乙烯蜡配合改善分散性,大大提高了其与有机物间的相容性,使其很好地分散在基体中,充分发挥其优异的耐盐水浸泡效果,而且填充效果好,可有效降低橡胶的添加量;采用马来酸酐、钛酸四丁酯作为相容剂,促使异戊二烯橡胶、氯醚橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶有效形成互穿交联网络结构,大大提高本发明的致密性和耐热性,降低了孔隙率,耐盐水浸泡效果好,而且拉伸强度高,力学性能优异。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种海洋石油钻探用管道阀门密封垫片,其原料包括:异戊二烯橡胶50kg,氯醚橡胶40kg,三元乙丙橡胶40kg,相容剂4kg,过氧化二异丙苯1.5kg,三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯1.2kg,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯0.6kg,歧化松香1.6kg,聚乙烯蜡1.5kg,沸石粉45kg,膨润土30kg,海泡石粉40kg,氮化铝10kg,微胶囊化红磷20kg,抗氧剂2kg。
相容剂由马来酸酐、钛酸四丁酯按重量比为2:1组成。抗氧剂由抗氧剂BHT、抗氧剂164按重量比为1.4:1.4组成。
实施例2
一种海洋石油钻探用管道阀门密封垫片,其原料包括:异戊二烯橡胶60kg,氯醚橡胶20kg,三元乙丙橡胶50kg,相容剂2kg,过氧化二异丙苯2.5kg,三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯0.6kg,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯1.4kg,歧化松香0.8kg,聚乙烯蜡2.5kg,沸石粉35kg,膨润土40kg,海泡石粉30kg,氮化铝20kg,微胶囊化红磷10kg,抗氧剂3.5kg。
相容剂由马来酸酐、钛酸四丁酯按重量比为1:2组成。抗氧剂由抗氧剂BHT、抗氧剂164按重量比为0.6:2组成。
实施例3
一种海洋石油钻探用管道阀门密封垫片,其原料包括:异戊二烯橡胶53kg,氯醚橡胶35kg,三元乙丙橡胶43kg,相容剂3.5kg,过氧化二异丙苯1.8kg,三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯1kg,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯0.8kg,歧化松香1.4kg,聚乙烯蜡1.8kg,沸石粉42kg,膨润土33kg,海泡石粉37kg,氮化铝12kg,微胶囊化红磷17kg,抗氧剂2.5kg。
相容剂由马来酸酐、钛酸四丁酯按重量比为1.7:1.2组成。抗氧剂由抗氧剂BHT、抗氧剂164按重量比为1.2:1.6组成。
实施例4
一种海洋石油钻探用管道阀门密封垫片,其原料包括:异戊二烯橡胶57kg,氯醚橡胶25kg,三元乙丙橡胶47kg,相容剂2.5kg,过氧化二异丙苯2.2kg,三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯0.8kg,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯1.2kg,歧化松香1kg,聚乙烯蜡2.2kg,沸石粉38kg,膨润土37kg,海泡石粉33kg,氮化铝18kg,微胶囊化红磷13kg,抗氧剂3kg。
相容剂由马来酸酐、钛酸四丁酯按重量比为1.3:1.8组成。抗氧剂由抗氧剂BHT、抗氧剂164按重量比为0.8:1.8组成。
实施例5
一种海洋石油钻探用管道阀门密封垫片,其原料包括:异戊二烯橡胶55kg,氯醚橡胶30kg,三元乙丙橡胶45kg,相容剂3kg,过氧化二异丙苯2kg,三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯0.9kg,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯1kg,歧化松香1.2kg,聚乙烯蜡2kg,沸石粉40kg,膨润土35kg,海泡石粉35kg,氮化铝15kg,微胶囊化红磷15kg,抗氧剂2.8kg。
相容剂由马来酸酐、钛酸四丁酯按重量比为1.5:1.5组成。抗氧剂由抗氧剂BHT、抗氧剂164按重量比为1:1.7组成。
将实施例5所得海洋石油钻探用管道阀门密封垫片和现有海洋石油钻探用管道阀门密封垫片进行对比,其结果如下:
接着将上述海洋石油钻探用管道阀门密封垫片置于模拟海水(60mol/L氯化钠溶液,pH约7.5,40℃)中浸泡21d,取出后再次进行对比,其结果如下:
