本发明涉及一种莲子百合猪肉汤。
背景技术
莲子，是睡莲科水生草本植物莲的种子。又称莲实、莲米、莲肉。莲，又称荷芙蓉、水芝。我国大部分地区均有出产，而以江西广昌福建建宁产者最佳。莲子性平，味甘，入心、肾、脾三经，具有补脾止泻；益肾固精；养心安神的作用。主脾虚久泻；泻久痢；肾虚遗精；滑泄；小便不禁；妇人崩漏带下；心神不宁；惊悸；不眠。用于脾虚久泻，遗精带下，心悸失眠。莲子含多量淀粉和绵白糖、蛋白质、脂肪、钙、铁、多量磷质、莲碱、糖类等，能供给人体足够的能量和多种营养素。
