本发明涉及一种莲肉糕。
背景技术
莲子,是睡莲科水生草本植物莲的种子。又称莲实、莲米、莲肉。莲,又称荷芙蓉、水芝。我国大部分地区均有出产,而以江西广昌福建建宁产者最佳。莲子性平,味甘,入心、肾、脾三经,具有补脾止泻;益肾固精;养心安神的作用。主脾虚久泻;泻久痢;肾虚遗精;滑泄;小便不禁;妇人崩漏带下;心神不宁;惊悸;不眠。用于脾虚久泻,遗精带下,心悸失眠。莲子含多量淀粉和绵白糖、蛋白质、脂肪、钙、铁、多量磷质、莲碱、糖类等,能供给人体足够的能量和多种营养素。
