Abstract
本发明涉及一种无保持架的曲沟球轴承,属于通用机械零件领域。针对曲沟球轴承存在的摆动频率高,振幅小,承载能力(滚动体数目)与摆动频率之间相互矛盾的问题,本发明公开一种无保持架曲沟球轴承。无保持架曲沟球轴承是在内圈和外圈同时设置“峰”和“谷”个数分别相等的曲面滚道,用钢球布满曲面滚道,取消固定钢球之间相对位置的保持架,使钢球在运动过程中能够随滚道的“峰”和“谷”的位置不同各自上下起伏摆动,这样就可以增大曲沟球轴承的振幅,减小摆动频率,同时提高承载能力。本发明公开的无保持架曲沟球轴承有以下优点:(1)可以将回转运动变为直线运动;(2)摆动幅度大,摆动频率小;(3)结构简单,承载能力强。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种球轴承,属于通用机械零件领域,具体来说涉及一种无保持架的曲沟球轴承。
背景技术
轴承是用来定位轴类零件,使其能够灵活转动,但不能产生轴向位移。但是对于需要在转动的同时,能够进行轴向位移的机构,通用轴承的使用将使得机构变得非常复杂。为了简化挤压揉搓辊的机械结构,也为了将回转运动用更简单的方法变成往复直线运动,公开号(CN103438104B)公开了一种曲沟球轴承,将原来轴承内外圈的直线沟槽变成形状完全对称的曲线沟槽,使轴转动的同时实现了往复直线运动,但配对安装要求严格;公开号(CN104454968A)公开了一种宽沟球轴承,简化了曲沟球轴承的配对要求;公开号(CN204704264U)公开了一种角接触曲沟球轴承,其成对安装实现往复运动,同时简化曲沟加工难度。上述曲沟球轴承都有一个共同的不足,就是摆动频率高,振幅小,承载能力(滚动体数目)与摆动频率之间相互矛盾。为了克服上述曲沟球轴承的不足,本发明公开一种无保持架曲沟球轴承,可以增大振幅,减小摆动频率,同时提高承载能力。
发明内容
实现上述发明的技术方案是:在内圈和外圈同时设置“峰”和“谷”个数分别相等的曲面滚道,用钢球布满曲面滚道,取消固定钢球之间相对位置的保持架,使钢球在运动过程中能够随滚道的“峰”和“谷”的位置不同各自上下起伏摆动,这样可以增加钢球的个数,减少“峰”和“谷”的数目,使安装该曲沟球轴承轴的轴及其作业部件在转动的同时,以较低的频率作往复直线运动,同时可以根据需求增大振幅。具体发明内容是:
一种无保持架曲沟球轴承,由一个外圈1、一组钢球2和一个内圈3构成,其特征是:所述的外圈1和内圈3同为一边壁厚厚、一边壁厚薄的曲面沟槽,且外圈1的曲面沟槽中心线沿轴承轴线方向摆动的“峰”和“谷”的个数与内圈3的“峰”和“谷”的个数分别相等;所述的外圈1和内圈3与钢球2接触部分的曲面形状以钢球2的球心连线为轴线对称且相似;所述的内圈3的曲面沟槽的薄壁边的厚度不超过钢球半径,厚壁边的厚度不超过钢球直径;所述的外圈1的薄壁边与曲面沟槽的圆弧相切,峰顶沿轴线方向的宽度大于内圈3在轴线方向的振幅与钢球2的直径之和;所述的外圈1的厚壁边的厚度不超过曲面沟槽镶入钢球以后钢球的半径,谷底沿轴线方向的宽度大于内圈3在轴线方向的振幅与钢球2的直径之和;
所述的外圈1和内圈3的曲面沟槽中心线的长度是钢珠直径的正整数倍;
所述的外圈1和内圈3的曲面沟槽中心线沿轴承轴线方向摆动的“峰”和“谷”的个数相等,且各等于或大于2个。
本发明公开的无保持架曲沟球轴承有以下优点:
(1)可以将回转运动变为直线运动;
(2)摆动幅度大,摆动频率小;
(3)结构简单,承载能力强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图给出具体的实施例。
本发明的一个实施例是将外圈1和内圈3做成都具有4个“峰”和“谷”的曲面沟槽,外圈1和内圈3的曲面各为振幅5毫米,24个钢珠正好布满内圈3的曲面沟槽,得到一个振幅10毫米,每转动一圈摆动4次的无保持架曲沟球轴承,该无保持架曲沟球轴承使用时需要成对安装,以实现其摆动和转动的功能。
同样,也可以将外圈1和内圈3做成都具有2个“峰”和“谷”的曲面沟槽,外圈1和内圈3的曲面各为振幅2.5毫米,得到一个振幅5毫米,每转动一圈摆动2次的无保持架曲沟球轴承。
这些原理相同,结构上的改变都可以构成本发明的其他实施方式。
Claims (3)
1.一种无保持架曲沟球轴承,由一个外圈(1)、一组钢球(2)和一个内圈(3)构成,其特征是:所述的外圈(1)和内圈(3)同为一边壁厚厚、一边壁厚薄的曲面沟槽,且外圈(1)的曲面沟槽中心线沿轴承轴线方向摆动的“峰”和“谷”的个数与内圈(3)的“峰”和“谷”的个数分别相等;所述的外圈(1)和内圈(3)与钢球(2)接触部分的曲面形状以钢球(2)的球心连线为轴线对称且相似;所述的内圈(3)的曲面沟槽的薄壁边的厚度不超过钢球半径,厚壁边的厚度不超过钢球直径;所述的外圈(1)的薄壁边与曲面沟槽的圆弧相切,峰顶沿轴线方向的宽度大于内圈(3)在轴线方向的振幅与钢球(2)的直径之和;所述的外圈(1)的厚壁边的厚度不超过曲面沟槽镶入钢球以后钢球的半径,谷底沿轴线方向的宽度大于内圈(3)在轴线方向的振幅与钢球(2)的直径之和。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的无保持架曲沟球轴承,其特征是:外圈(1)和内圈(3)的曲面沟槽中心线的长度是钢珠直径的正整数倍。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的无保持架曲沟球轴承,其特征是:所述的外圈(1)和内圈(3)的曲面沟槽中心线沿轴承轴线方向摆动的“峰”和“谷”的个数相等,且各等于或大于2个。
