Abstract
本发明涉及一种向心球轴承装置,属于通用机械零件领域。为克服现有轴承不能实现轴向位移的不足,本发明公开了一种曲线圆弧沟槽的向心球轴承。将将传统球轴承的直线圆弧沟槽改为“S”形曲线圆弧沟槽,使轴承在转动的同时,能够实现往复直线运动的位移。实现上述发明的技术方案是:将原来轴承内外圈的直线沟槽变成形状完全对称的曲线沟槽,并使曲线沟槽的“峰”和“谷”的个数与钢球的个数相等,或者为钢球个数的整数倍,这样,在内外圈转动的过程中,轴在转动的同时,将做周期性往复直线运动。本发明公开的曲沟球轴承有以下优点:(1)可以将回转运动变为直线运动;(2)可以简化揉搓辊的机械结构;(3)结构简单,体积小。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种向心球轴承装置,属于通用机械零件领域,具体来说涉及一种曲沟球轴承。
背景技术
通用的轴承是用来定位轴类零件,使其能够灵活转动,但不能产生轴向位移的通用机械零件。但是对于需要在转动的同时,能够进行轴向位移的机构,如挤压揉搓辊的运动,通用轴承的使用将使得机构变得非常复杂。
为了简化挤压揉搓辊的机械结构,也为了将回转运动用更简单的方法变成往复直线运动,本发明公开一种曲沟球轴承。
发明内容
实现上述发明的技术方案是:将原来轴承内外圈的直线沟槽变成形状完全对称的曲线沟槽,并使曲线沟槽的“峰”和“谷”的个数与钢球的个数相等,或者为钢球个数的整数倍,这样,在内外圈转动的过程中,轴在转动的同时,将做周期性往复直线运动。具体发明内容是:
一种曲沟球轴承,由一个外圈[1]、一组钢球[2]、一组保持架[3]和一个内圈[4]构成,其特征是:所述的外圈[1]和内圈[4]镶嵌钢球的沟槽,其中至少一个为首尾相接的“S”形曲线圆弧沟槽,另一个可为直线形圆弧沟槽或者“S”形曲线圆弧沟槽;
所述的“S”形曲线圆弧沟槽的“峰”的个数和“谷”的个数都与一组钢球[2]的个数相等,或者为钢球[2]个数的整数倍;
所述的一组钢球[2]安装在外圈[1]和内圈[4]之间并用保持架[3]固定以后,钢球[2]的外沿(或内沿)之间的间距(相邻两钢球之间的距离)与外圈[1](或内圈[4])的“S”形曲线圆弧沟槽的节距(相邻两“峰”或两“谷”之间的距离)相等,或者“S”形曲线圆弧沟槽的节距为钢球[2]的外沿(或内沿)之间的间距的整数倍;
所述的一组保持架[3],可以与内圈[4](或外圈[1])刚性连接在一体,也可以不与内圈[4](或外圈[1])刚性连接,保持游离状态;
所述的首尾相接的“S”形曲线圆弧沟槽,相邻两节沟槽之间的形状完全对称,可以是首尾相接的正玄曲线或余玄曲线,也可以是其它形状的曲线或直线。
本发明公开的曲沟球轴承有以下优点:
(1)可以将回转运动变为直线运动;
(2)可以简化揉搓辊的机械结构;
(3)结构简单,体积小。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图给出具体的实施例。
本发明的一个实施例是将外圈[1]做成曲线圆弧沟槽,将内圈[4]做成直线圆弧沟槽,保持架[3]与内圈[4]固定在一起转动,并使钢珠的数目与曲线的“峰”和“谷”的数目相等。这样制作的曲沟球轴承为主动摆动的曲沟球轴承。在内圈[4]为直线沟槽的曲沟球轴承中,也可以将保持架[3]做成游离状态的结构,这样结构的曲沟球轴承为被动摆动的曲沟球轴承。主动摆动的曲沟球轴承和被动摆动的曲沟球轴承配对安装,可以降低安装位置要求的精度。
也可以将外圈[1]和内圈[4]的圆弧沟槽都做成曲线结构,这样可以增加摆动幅度,同时降低安装位置要求的难度。
这些原理相同,结构上的改变都可以构成本发明的其他实施方式。
Claims (5)
1.一种曲沟球轴承,由一个外圈[1]、一组钢球[2]、一组保持架[3]和一个内圈[4]构成,其特征是:所述的外圈[1]和内圈[4]镶嵌钢球的沟槽,其中至少一个为首尾相接的“S”形曲线圆弧沟槽,另一个可为直线形圆弧沟槽或者“S”形曲线圆弧沟槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的曲沟球轴承,其特征是:所述的“S”形曲线圆弧沟槽的“峰”的个数和“谷”的个数都与一组钢球[2]的个数相等,或者为钢球[2]个数的整数倍。
3.根据权利要求1所述的曲沟球轴承,其特征是:所述的一组钢球[2]安装在外圈[1]和内圈[4]之间并用保持架[3]固定以后,钢球[2]的外沿(或内沿)之间的间距(相邻两钢球之间的距离)与外圈[1](或内圈[4])的“S”形曲线圆弧沟槽的节距(相邻两“峰”或两“谷”之间的距离)相等,或者“S”形曲线圆弧沟槽的节距为钢球[2]的外沿(或内沿)之间的间距的整数倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的曲沟球轴承,其特征是:所述的一组保持架[3],可以与内圈[4](或外圈[1])刚性连接在一体,也可以不与内圈[4](或外圈[1])刚性连接,保持游离状态。
5.根据权利要求1所述的曲沟球轴承,其特征是:所述的首尾相接的“S”形曲线圆弧沟槽,相邻两节沟槽之间的形状完全对称,可以是首尾相接的正玄曲线或余玄曲线,也可以是其它形状的曲线或直线。
