after the wallboard is assembled, the wallboard perpendicularity gauge is used for checking, grouting operation is carried out after the wallboard is checked to be qualified, and the second wallboard is fixedly connected to the first wallboard;
assembling a floor above the second wall panel, the floor being temporarily reinforced using floor support means attached to the second wall panel;
the wallboard perpendicularity gauge comprises a vertical portion, a horizontal transparent pipe body and a steel ball, wherein the vertical portion is used for being attached to a wallboard in a checking process, the horizontal transparent pipe body is perpendicularly connected and fixed with the vertical portion, the steel ball is arranged in the horizontal transparent pipe body, and the fact that the wallboard perpendicularity is adjusted when the steel ball can stably stay at any position of two ends and cannot move is shown.
According to another aspect of the invention, the sleeve position degree and perpendicularity gauge comprises a stud mounting main body, a stud and a handle, wherein a threaded hole is formed in the stud mounting main body, the stud is arranged in the threaded hole, the position of the stud is consistent with the designed and pre-embedded position of a grouting sleeve of a wallboard, and the outer diameter of the stud is slightly smaller than the size of the minimum inner diameter position of the grouting sleeve.

According to another aspect of the present invention, welding steel bars are inserted into the unmated sleeves, the second wall panel is slowly lowered to an elevation, the steel bars inserted into the unmated sleeves and the unresectable reserved steel bars are firmly welded to the welding plates, the verticality of the wall panel is adjusted, and then grouting connection is performed in the grouting sleeves.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the floor slab supporting device includes a triangular support frame attached to the wall panel, the triangular support frame including a vertical rod vertically disposed on the wall panel, a horizontal rod connected to the vertical rod, and an inclined rod having one end connected to a support seat disposed on the horizontal rod and the other end connected to the vertical rod.
According to another aspect of the invention, the sleeve position degree and perpendicularity gauge is used for being directly inserted into the sleeve to ensure the positioning accuracy of the prefabricated wall plate in the production and pouring process of the prefabricated wall plate, and is withdrawn after the component is solidified to reach certain strength so as to ensure the accuracy and interchangeability of the sleeve position degree and perpendicularity of the prefabricated wall plate.
According to another aspect of the invention, the steel bar position degree and perpendicularity gauge is used for being sleeved into the reserved steel bar to ensure accurate positioning in the pouring process of the prefabricated wall panel, and is taken out after the component is solidified to reach a certain strength, so as to ensure the accuracy and interchangeability of the position degree and perpendicularity of the reserved steel bar of the prefabricated wall panel.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided an efficient installation apparatus of precast concrete wall panel for implementing the aforementioned method, characterized by comprising:
the sleeve position degree and perpendicularity gauge is used for checking the position degree and perpendicularity of the sleeve on the wallboard;
the steel bar position degree and perpendicularity gauge is used for checking the position degree and perpendicularity of a vertical steel bar which is arranged on the wallboard in a matched mode with the sleeve;
the repairing piece is used for performing on-site repairing on the prefabricated wall panel with unqualified sleeve position degree and verticality and unqualified vertical steel bar position degree, and comprises a welding plate and a welding steel bar, wherein the welding plate is provided with a plurality of long round through holes;
the correcting device is used for carrying out on-site straightening on the vertical steel bars with unqualified verticality;
the wallboard verticality detection tool is used for detecting the verticality of a wallboard after the wallboard is assembled, and comprises a vertical part, a horizontal transparent pipe body and a steel ball, wherein the vertical part is tightly attached to the wallboard, the horizontal transparent pipe body is vertically connected with the vertical part, and the steel ball is arranged in the horizontal transparent pipe body;
the grouting operation device is used for performing grouting operation to fix the second wallboard to the first wallboard after the verticality of the wallboard is qualified; and
and the floor supporting device is used for attaching the floor to the second wallboard after the floor is assembled above the second wallboard so as to temporarily reinforce the floor.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the installation and construction process of the precast concrete wall panel of the present invention is: the method comprises the steps of prefabricating and forming a wallboard in a factory, transporting and hoisting the wallboard to a site designated position, sleeving a grouting sleeve of the wallboard arranged on the wallboard into a reserved vertical steel bar of the wallboard arranged on the lower layer, finely adjusting the position and the angle of the wallboard, then adopting an inclined support for temporary support, and finally grouting the grouting material into the sleeve to complete vertical connection.
Preferably, the present invention provides a method for efficiently installing precast concrete wall panels for grouted connection of sleeves, characterized by comprising the steps of:

Advantageously, the wallboard perpendicularity testing fixture can be compared with the wallboard perpendicularity testing fixture in the traditional perpendicularity testing process by adjusting the level, the device only needs to attach the frame tightly to the wallboard, the testing fixture does not need to adjust the level, whether the wallboard is perpendicular or not is easy to observe and judge, and the efficiency of the wallboard perpendicularity testing is effectively improved.

The invention provides a reserved steel bar on-site repairing method, which can repair an assembled and reinforced bottom wallboard, can not demolish the installed wallboard, floor slab, beam, column and other structures due to unqualified position of the reserved steel bar, and saves maintenance time and maintenance cost.
