Abstract

本发明公开了一种毛棉织物数码印花糊料的制备方法,包括决明子胶改性和糊料生产两步骤。该毛棉织物数码印花糊料的制备方法通过改性决明子胶,采用优选的羧基化工艺步骤和参数,使改性决明子胶取代度为1~1.2之间,与海藻酸钠复配生产毛棉织物数码印花糊料,提高其冷水可溶性,同时改变结构粘度,糊料具备良好的流变性能。

一种毛棉织物数码印花糊料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及羊毛抗紫外处理技术领域,具体涉及一种毛棉织物数码印花糊料的制备方法。
背景技术
活性染料印花糊料主要分为四大类,海藻酸钠类及其衍生物、淀粉及纤维素的衍生物、植物或种子胶及其衍生物、合成糊料。海藻酸钠是目前用量最大的糊料增稠剂。植物胶是天然的天然多糖聚合物,包含植物种子胶和植物树胶两类。随着新型糊料的发展,植物种子胶及衍生物的应用越来越多。决明子胶中水不溶物含量高、黏度不易控制、耐电解质(氯化钠、氯化钙)性能差、浆液易剪切变稀、难以长期储存、浆液颜色较深等弊端限制了决明子胶的进一步应用。决明子胶改性的方法包括决明子胶的氨基甲酰甲基化改性、氰乙基化决明子胶等。改性决明子胶在实际生产中存在的问题是冷水条件下溶解度小,流变性能差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种毛棉织物数码印花糊料的制备方法,羧基化改性后的决明子胶具有合理的取代度,适用于印花糊料的制备。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种毛棉织物数码印花糊料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:决明子胶的改性,在乙醇的水溶液中加入决明子胶和分散剂,搅拌分散均匀后,加入碱化剂氢氧化钠溶液,封闭反应容器,将反应容器中的温度加热至27~33℃碱化反应50~80min,然后向反应体系中加入氯乙酸,加热反应体系至65~75℃反应3~4h,降温,最后用盐酸中和反应体系至pH值7~8,真空干燥,得改性决明子胶;
S2:将S1所得改性决明子胶和海藻酸钠分散于水中,充分搅拌,得到毛棉织物数码印花糊料;
毛棉织物数码印花糊料中改性决明子胶和海藻酸钠的重量百分比之和为6~8%。
优选的技术方案为,碱化剂氢氧化钠与氯乙酸的摩尔比为(1.6~2):1。
优选的技术方案为,S2中改性决明子胶和海藻酸钠的重量百分比为1:(0.7~1)。
优选的技术方案为,S1乙醇的水溶液中乙醇的重量百分比为50~70%。
优选的技术方案为,乙醇水溶液与分散剂的重量之比为100:(0.5~2)。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
该毛棉织物数码印花糊料的制备方法通过改性决明子胶,采用优选的羧基化工艺步骤和参数,使改性决明子胶取代度为1~1.2之间,与海藻酸钠复配生产毛棉织物数码印花糊料,提高其冷水可溶性,同时改变结构粘度,糊料具备良好的流变性能。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
实施例1毛棉织物数码印花糊料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:决明子胶的改性,在乙醇的水溶液中加入决明子胶和分散剂,搅拌分散均匀后,加入碱化剂氢氧化钠溶液,封闭反应容器,将反应容器中的温度加热至27℃碱化反应80min,然后向反应体系中加入氯乙酸,加热反应体系至65℃反应4h,降温,最后用盐酸中和反应体系至pH值7,真空干燥,得改性决明子胶;
S2:将S1所得改性决明子胶和海藻酸钠分散于水中,充分搅拌,得到毛棉织物数码印花糊料;
毛棉织物数码印花糊料中改性决明子胶和海藻酸钠的重量百分比之和为8%。
碱化剂氢氧化钠与氯乙酸的摩尔比为1.6:1。
S2中改性决明子胶和海藻酸钠的重量百分比为1:1。
S1乙醇的水溶液中乙醇的重量百分比为50%。
乙醇水溶液与分散剂的重量之比为50:1。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1的区别在于:
S1:将反应容器中的温度加热至33℃碱化反应50min,然后向反应体系中加入氯乙酸,加热反应体系至75℃反应3h,降温,最后用盐酸中和反应体系至pH值8,真空干燥,得改性决明子胶;
毛棉织物数码印花糊料中改性决明子胶和海藻酸钠的重量百分比之和为6%。
碱化剂氢氧化钠与氯乙酸的摩尔比为2:1。
S2中改性决明子胶和海藻酸钠的重量百分比为1:0.7。
S1乙醇的水溶液中乙醇的重量百分比为70%。
乙醇水溶液与分散剂的重量之比为200:1。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例2的区别在于,
S1:将反应容器中的温度加热至30℃碱化反应60min,然后向反应体系中加入氯乙酸,加热反应体系至70℃反应3.5h,降温,最后用盐酸中和反应体系至pH值7.5,真空干燥,得改性决明子胶;
毛棉织物数码印花糊料中改性决明子胶和海藻酸钠的重量百分比之和为7%。
碱化剂氢氧化钠与氯乙酸的摩尔比为1.8:1。
S2中改性决明子胶和海藻酸钠的重量百分比为1:0.85。
S1乙醇的水溶液中乙醇的重量百分比为65%。
乙醇水溶液与分散剂的重量之比为100:1。
对比例
对比例基于实施例1,区别在于印花糊料的增稠剂仅包括海藻酸钠。
实施例1-3所得印花糊料的保水性和透网性与对比例相近,流变性能优于对比例,与印花助剂尿素、碳酸钠等的相容性良好。

1.一种毛棉织物数码印花糊料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:决明子胶的改性,在乙醇的水溶液中加入决明子胶和分散剂,搅拌分散均匀后,加入碱化剂氢氧化钠溶液,封闭反应容器,将反应容器中的温度加热至27~33℃碱化反应50~80min,然后向反应体系中加入氯乙酸,加热反应体系至65~75℃反应3~4h,降温,最后用盐酸中和反应体系至pH值7~8,真空干燥,得改性决明子胶;
S2:将S1所得改性决明子胶和海藻酸钠分散于水中,充分搅拌,得到毛棉织物数码印花糊料;
毛棉织物数码印花糊料中改性决明子胶和海藻酸钠的重量百分比之和为6~8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的毛棉织物数码印花糊料的制备方法,其特征在于,碱化剂氢氧化钠与氯乙酸的摩尔比为(1.6~2):1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的毛棉织物数码印花糊料的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中改性决明子胶和海藻酸钠的重量百分比为1:(0.7~1)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的毛棉织物数码印花糊料的制备方法,其特征在于,S1乙醇的水溶液中乙醇的重量百分比为50~70%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的毛棉织物数码印花糊料的制备方法,其特征在于,乙醇水溶液与分散剂的重量之比为100:(0.5~2)。
