所述的一种涤纶、棉纶生产中弹丝或高弹丝的生产方法为:将涤纶丝、棉纶丝分别用通过浓度为40-60%镀膜液中进行镀膜,镀膜完全后将丝线在60-80℃条件下进行移动烘干,得到镀膜好的丝线,然后将镀膜好的涤纶丝、棉纶丝按照根数比为3-5:1-2的比例进行组合成一根,然后采用捻线机加捻,得到的捻丝在100-120℃条件下进行自身粘接,得到复合的丝线,然后将该丝放置到抗菌剂中进行浸渍30-50分钟后,将其加入,温度在98-106℃的染料缸中进行染色,其染色时间在60-80分钟,然后取出进行清洗除去未上色染料,然后进行离心脱水,脱水完全后,在60-70℃的条件下进行烘干,烘干后得到的丝线就是涤纶、棉纶生产的中弹丝或高弹丝。
其中,所述的镀膜液为:将质量份数计的100-120份的聚氨酯、20-30份的阻燃剂、10-15份的聚碳酸纤维、5-10份的聚甲基丙烯酸酯、300-400份的丙酮溶液加入反应釜中,在常温进行溶解,完全溶解后,得到的溶液就是镀膜液。
其中,所述的染料为:活性染料或者分散染料中的一种染料根据需要进行染色。
其中,所述的抗菌剂为:将质量份数计的6-10份的磷酸二氢铵、8-12份的碳酸锂、10-15份的甲壳素、5-9份的醋酸银、30-40份的水加入反应釜中进行混合,待其完全溶解后得到的物质,该物质就是抗菌剂。

一种涤纶、棉纶生产中弹丝或高弹丝的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
一种涤纶、棉纶生产中弹丝或高弹丝的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的涤纶、棉纶生产中弹丝或高弹丝的组成为:涤纶丝、棉纶丝、镀膜液、抗菌剂、染料;
所述的一种涤纶、棉纶生产中弹丝或高弹丝的生产方法为:将涤纶丝、棉纶丝分别用通过浓度为60%镀膜液中进行镀膜,镀膜完全后将丝线在80℃条件下进行移动烘干,得到镀膜好的丝线,然后将镀膜好的涤纶丝、棉纶丝按照根数比为5:2的比例进行组合成一根,然后采用捻线机加捻,得到的捻丝在120℃条件下进行自身粘接,得到复合的丝线,然后将该丝放置到抗菌剂中进行浸渍50分钟后,将其加入,温度在106℃的染料缸中进行染色,其染色时间在80分钟,然后取出进行清洗除去未上色染料,然后进行离心脱水,脱水完全后,在70℃的条件下进行烘干,烘干后得到的丝线就是涤纶、棉纶生产的中弹丝或高弹丝。
其中,所述的镀膜液为:将质量份数计的120份的聚氨酯、30份的阻燃剂、15份的聚碳酸纤维、10份的聚甲基丙烯酸酯、400份的丙酮溶液加入反应釜中,在常温进行溶解,完全溶解后,得到的溶液就是镀膜液。
其中,所述的染料为:活性染料或者分散染料中的一种染料根据需要进行染色。
其中,所述的抗菌剂为:将质量份数计的10份的磷酸二氢铵12份的碳酸锂、15份的甲壳素、9份的醋酸银、40份的水加入反应釜中进行混合,待其完全溶解后得到的物质,该物质就是抗菌剂。

Claims (4)

1.一种涤纶、棉纶生产中弹丝或高弹丝的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的涤纶、棉纶生产中弹丝或高弹丝的组成为:涤纶丝、棉纶丝、镀膜液、抗菌剂、染料;
所述的一种涤纶、棉纶生产中弹丝或高弹丝的生产方法为:将涤纶丝、棉纶丝分别用通过浓度为40-60%镀膜液中进行镀膜,镀膜完全后将丝线在60-80℃条件下进行移动烘干,得到镀膜好的丝线,然后将镀膜好的涤纶丝、棉纶丝按照根数比为3-5:1-2的比例进行组合成一根,然后采用捻线机加捻,得到的捻丝在100-120℃条件下进行自身粘接,得到复合的丝线,然后将该丝放置到抗菌剂中进行浸渍30-50分钟后,将其加入,温度在98-106℃的染料缸中进行染色,其染色时间在60-80分钟,然后取出进行清洗除去未上色染料,然后进行离心脱水,脱水完全后,在60-70℃的条件下进行烘干,烘干后得到的丝线就是涤纶、棉纶生产的中弹丝或高弹丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶、棉纶生产中弹丝或高弹丝的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的镀膜液为:将质量份数计的100-120份的聚氨酯、20-30份的阻燃剂、10-15份的聚碳酸纤维、5-10份的聚甲基丙烯酸酯、300-400份的丙酮溶液加入反应釜中,在常温进行溶解,完全溶解后,得到的溶液就是镀膜液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶、棉纶生产中弹丝或高弹丝的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的染料为:活性染料或者分散染料中的一种染料根据需要进行染色。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶、棉纶生产中弹丝或高弹丝的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的抗菌剂为:将质量份数计的6-10份的磷酸二氢铵、8-12份的碳酸锂、10-15份的甲壳素、5-9份的醋酸银、30-40份的水加入反应釜中进行混合,待其完全溶解后得到的物质,该物质就是抗菌剂。
