Description
技术领域
本发明属于紧固件防锈技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种紧固件防锈用水溶性环保防锈油。
背景技术
腐蚀是使紧固件破坏的主要形式之一,对汽车、摩托车以及各种车辆、机械会造成很大的损失。据统计,每年由于金属腐蚀所造成的直接经济损失约占国民经济总产值的2%-4%。
为避免锈蚀、减少损失,人们采用了各种各样的方法,比如电镀、热浸锌等
现在大多数的紧固件往往采用电镀工艺进行防锈,电镀工艺其防锈效果好的优点,但是同时也存在很大的缺点,比如电镀能耗大、产生的电镀废液污染大,废液处理成本高以及电镀成本高的问题,这就导致电镀的紧固件成本高,并且往往由于其高耗能高污染的问题,很多紧固件生产企业都不具备电镀的能力,那么就需要委托电镀厂进行电镀,这也会导致紧固件成本增加,生产周期延长的问题。
另外,对于一些使用环境较好,即相对干燥、无腐蚀性或地腐蚀性的液体或气体的环境,这些环境紧固件被腐蚀的问题不是很严重,那么这种使用环境下的紧固件就不需要特别高的防锈能力就可以满足其使用要求,那么也就不需要采用电镀等高成本的防锈处理,从而降低紧固件的使用成本。

本发明的目的是提供一种紧固件防锈用水溶性环保防锈油,其意在解决紧固件防锈问题。
