本发明涉及化工产品领域,具体涉及一种金属快速防锈剂。
背景技术
金属的锈蚀是生产生活中经常遇到的问题,金属生锈不仅使金属工件本身在外形、色泽以及机械性能等方面受到破坏,更主要是使其制品质量下降。在我国每年因金属锈蚀的钢材占钢材总产量的20%,约有30%的设备因锈蚀而报废,既污染环境,有浪费大量资源和能耗。全世界每年由于锈蚀而报废的金属约占世界金属全年产量的20%-40%,其中钢铁的锈蚀占金属锈蚀的一半,资源浪费十分严重。金属广泛用于机械、汽车、家电、建筑等各行业,为了提高金属性能减少锈蚀浪费,需要对表面防锈处理。防锈剂具有安全、操作方便、成本低廉等优点。现有的防锈剂都是由基础油和油溶性缓蚀剂组成,只能起到接触防锈的功能,对于那些接触不到防锈剂的部位,则不能形成有效的防锈保护。

发明目的:为克服现有技术不足,本发明旨于提供一种金属快速防锈剂。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种金属快速防锈剂,包括如下重量份的组分:质量浓度为36.5%的盐酸15-20份,醋酸10-12份、硫酸钙20-25份、三乙醇胺10-15份、醋酸乙酯15-20份、三氯乙醛10-15份、苯甲酸钠5-8份、碳酸氢钠10-15份、十二烷基硫酸钠5-6份、硬脂酸10份、水150-200份。
进一步的,金属快速防锈剂,还包括三乙醇胺皂5份。
进一步的,金属快速防锈剂,还包括脂肪酸山梨坦10-12份。

本发明金属快速防锈剂,配方科学合理,防锈、脱脂去污能力强,对有色金属无不良影响,而且不会产生泡沫,高压下也不会产生溢出现象;具有优异的接触防锈性能以及很好的气相防锈效果。
