本发明公开一种木质板材防裂加工工艺,包括以下步骤,a、将原木剖成两半;b、将剖好的木材放入水池中,用盐水浸泡20‑30天;c、将浸泡后的木材干燥;d、将干燥的木料切割;e、对切割后的板料进行清洗;f、将清洗后的板材进行自然风干5‑8天;g、将板材放入烘箱内烘干到含水量为4%‑5%;h、利用设备给板材的细胞内注入防腐剂。本发明用盐水浸泡可以缩短浸泡时间,提高效率;钠离子与原木中的氢离子结合可以增加木材的塑性,防止木材内水分收空气湿度的变化所引起的开裂、变形;先自然干燥后再烘干可以避免木材干燥过程中的开裂和变形;对板材用蒸汽烘干,可以塑化木材,使得板材更有韧性。

技术领域
本发明属于家具生产技术领域,具体涉及一种木质板材防裂加工工艺。
背景技术
实木家具因其环保耐用等特点受到广大消费者的喜爱,通常实木家具具有如下优点:一、实木拼板油漆后,表面没有拼胶缝和板条的高低不平现象,而且在长期使用过程中物理性能比较稳定;二、木材利用率较高,符合原材料生态利用的原则。所以在使用和纹理色泽方面,实木拼板装饰板更适合于家具的使用和装饰功能;三、虽然实木拼板板材施胶量大于实木宽拼板,但因有双覆面厚单板的保护,和四边厚单板封边实际上只有两面四边8条胶缝,所以实木拼板中胶粘剂透过胶缝挥发的化学物质远远低于实木宽拼板和实木集成材的挥发量,更环保、更健康。四、由于芯板采用的是各向异性小的木材拼成,板材表面不平和翘曲程度小,上下两面覆两张刨切薄木厚单板,能较好的消除板面翘曲不平、开裂变形现象,且能提高板材各个方向的物理强度;五、刨切薄木厚单板是精选大径级的优等原木,而且按照纹理、颜色严格挑选,采用高精度的设备和科学的刨切方法制造而成。但是由于地球上不同地区的温差大,湿度不一,实木家具的框架木材非常容易开裂以及变形,从而破坏了实木家具的品相,给实木家具企业和消费者带来了极大的困扰。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种木质板材防裂加工工艺,它设计合理。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种木质板材防裂加工工艺,包括以下步骤,
a、将原木剖成两半,并对剖面进行打磨、去毛刺;
b、将剖好的木材放入水池中,用盐水浸泡20-30天;
c、将浸泡后的木材干燥,干燥后的木料进行切割;
d、切割完成后,对切割表面进行打磨、去毛刺;
e、打磨、去毛刺后对板料用清水进行冲洗;
f、将清洗后的板材进行自然风干5-8天;
g、再将板材放入烘干房内烘干到含水量为4%-5%;
h、利用设备给板材的细胞内注入防腐剂;
i、注入防腐剂后,在板料表面涂覆一层加强剂作为优选,所述盐水的浓度为25%-30%。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明将原木剖开后用盐水浸泡,可以让原木真正死去,而且用盐水浸泡可以缩短浸泡时间,提高效率;钠离子与原木中的氢离子结合可以增加木材的塑性,防止木材内水分收空气湿度的变化所引起的开裂、变形;先自然干燥后再烘干可以避免木材干燥过程中的开裂和变形;对板材用蒸汽烘干,可以塑化木材,使得板材更有韧性。

下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例:一种木质板材防裂加工工艺,包括以下步骤,
a、将原木剖成两半,并对剖面进行打磨、去毛刺;
b、将剖好的木材放入水池中,用盐水浸泡20-30天;
c、将浸泡后的木材干燥,干燥后的木料进行切割;
d、切割完成后,对切割表面进行打磨、去毛刺;
e、打磨、去毛刺后对板料用清水进行冲洗;
f、将清洗后的板材进行自然风干5-8天;
g、再将板材放入烘干房内烘干到含水量为4%-5%;
h、利用设备给板材的细胞内注入防腐剂;
i、注入防腐剂后,在板料表面涂覆一层加强剂。
作为优选,所述盐水的浓度为25%-30%。

1.一种木质板材防裂加工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
a、将原木剖成两半,并对剖面进行打磨、去毛刺;
b、将剖好的木材放入水池中,用盐水浸泡20-30天;
c、将浸泡后的木材干燥,干燥后的木料进行切割;
d、切割完成后,对切割表面进行打磨、去毛刺;
e、打磨、去毛刺后对板料用清水进行冲洗;
f、将清洗后的板材进行自然风干5-8天;
g、再将板材放入烘干房内烘干到含水量为4%-5%;
h、利用设备给板材的细胞内注入防腐剂;
i、注入防腐剂后,在板料表面涂覆一层加强剂。
