背景技术
自然分娩有时需要侧切出现会阴伤口，另外随着子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症、宫颈病变等妇科疾病发病率的逐年升高，都会导致妇科术后阴部不适，微创技术的进步，人们越来越重视术后创伤快速修复以及术后生活质量，关于这一领域的研究也越来越多，以帮助患者恢复。
发明内容
发明目的：为了解决上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种用于妇科术后康复熏蒸的中药组合物。
技术方案：本发明的目的是通过如下的方案实现的：
一种用于妇科术后康复熏蒸的中药组合物，它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到：当归10-20份、生地15-30份、火麻仁10-20份、桃仁10-16份、枳壳8-12份、香附10-20份、延胡索12-16份、乌药10-20份、广木香6-10份、金银花10-20份、连翘16-26份、芦根10-20份、甘草4-8份。

有益效果：本发明通过以下三个方面来治疗妇科术后阴部不适，首先是活血化瘀、养血润燥，由于手术直接伤害于人体，引起出血，采用当归、生地、火麻仁、桃仁、枳壳，另邪毒侵入、与气血相搏，或气血运行不畅、脉络疲阻，采用香附、延胡索、乌药、广木香疏郁理气，同时兼有活血化瘀作用，金银花、连翘、芦根清热解毒等中药能够改善局部组织环境，有利于肉芽组织生长，从而促进创面愈合。
本发明中当归、生地、火麻仁、桃仁、枳壳为君药，活血化瘀、养血润燥，香附、延胡索、乌药、广木香为臣药，疏郁理气，兼有活血化瘀，金银花、连翘、芦根为佐药，清热解毒，甘草为使药，全方能促进伤口愈合，治疗妇科术后阴部不适。

实施例1：取当归10份、生地30份、火麻仁10份、桃仁16份、枳壳8份、香附20份、延胡索12份、乌药20份、广木香6份、金银花20份、连翘16份、芦根20份、甘草4份，使用方法包括如下步骤：取上述药材合并，在熏蒸器中加水，加水量为药材重量的20倍量，加热对阴部进行熏蒸。

实施例4：本发明治疗会阴伤口愈合不良创面愈合的临床研究
4.1本研究的观察病例来自于2015年5月至2018年1月在南京市仙林医院收治的自然分娩后出现会阴伤口愈合不良病例50例。
4.2纳入标准：会阴伤口在产后4-5天左右裂开，切口处皮肤红肿、疼痛或/拟有脓性分泌物流出者为切口愈合不良。①符合会阴伤口愈合不良诊断标准；②20岁＜年龄＜40岁；③患者意识清醒、生命体征平稳；④患者及家属自愿接受中药熏蒸治疗，并签署知情同意书。排除标准①不符合纳入标准，基本信息资料不全者；②年龄在20～40岁之外；③患有心、肝、肾、血液、内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病及精神异常者；④受试期间不能坚持治疗，患者或家属不配合者。
4.3治疗方法：将患者随机分成试验组和对照组。试验组使用本发明实施例3制备的中药组合物进行熏蒸，对照组采用蒸汽熏蒸，熏蒸前温水清洗外阴，熏蒸治疗1次/天，每次熏蒸45分钟，直至伤口愈合。
4.4观察指标及疗效评价标准①伤口治愈时间:通过观察随访，计算两组患者伤口从开始治疗，直至伤口达到甲级愈合的天数(d)，其中甲级愈合为愈合优良，没有红、肿、热、痛等不良反应的初期愈合；②会阴伤口疼痛程度：治疗3天后，按产妇的主观感觉及疼痛所致的被动体位的程度，判定疼痛的程度，其中a.轻度疼痛：会阴伤口隐隐作痛，不影响产妇正常哺乳或正常大小便；b.中度疼痛：会阴伤口疼痛稍严重，影响产妇正常哺乳或正常大小便，但产妇自身可独立完成哺乳或大小便；c.重度疼痛：会阴伤口疼痛难，产妇不能正常哺乳或正常大小便，需要他人辅助哺乳、插导尿管和肛塞开塞露通便处理。③伤口愈合情况:治疗7天后，通过观察、触诊及产妇主诉情况综合判定会阴伤口愈合情况，其中a.甲级愈合：会阴伤口愈合良好，伤口红、肿、热、痛消失，无硬结、触痛和压痛。b.乙级愈合：会阴伤口红、肿，触及硬结，合并线头炎症发生。c.丙级愈合：伤口红、肿、热、痛，合并伤口裂开或化脓性分泌物渗出。

4.6伤口愈合时间中药熏蒸治疗组伤口愈合时间最短4天，最长10天，平均6.40±2.30天。对照组伤口愈合时间最短7天，最长15天，平均10.20±3.27天。治疗组愈合时间明显缩短，与对照组比较，差异有显著性意义(t＝9.43，P＜0.01)。
综上所述，该中药熏蒸方在治疗产妇会阴伤口愈合不良方面具有较好的疗效，且对减轻病人疼痛有一定的作用。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于妇科术后康复熏蒸的中药组合物，其特征在于，它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到：当归10-20份、生地15-30份、火麻仁10-20份、桃仁10-16份、枳壳8-12份、香附10-20份、延胡索12-16份、乌药10-20份、广木香6-10份、金银花10-20份、连翘16-26份、芦根10-20份、甘草4-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于妇科术后康复熏蒸的中药组合物，其特征在于，它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到：当归15份、生地20份、火麻仁15份、桃仁13份、枳壳10份、香附15份、延胡索14份、乌药15份、广木香8份、金银花15份、连翘20份、芦根15份、甘草6份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于妇科术后康复熏蒸的中药组合物，其特征在于，使用方法包括如下步骤：取上述药材合并，在熏蒸器中加水，加热对阴部进行熏蒸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于妇科术后康复熏蒸的中药组合物，其特征在于，加水量为药材重量的20倍量。
5.权利要求1或2所述用于妇科术后康复熏蒸的中药组合物在制备治疗妇科术后阴部不适的药物中的应用。
