本发明组合物从三个方面治疗中风后遗症引起的功能障碍，其一养阴生津、温经通脉、补火助阳，中风后遗症一般患病时间长，日久则津血亏虚，脉络不通，气血不畅，髓海失养，其二中风后遗症一般表现为手足不遂，言语蹇涩，气血逆乱，阳亢风动，瘀血痰浊则是缺血性中风的重要病理因素，使用牛膝、青风藤、秦艽、木瓜引药下行、活血通络、利关节、通经络，又气血化生无源，因虚成瘀，取桃仁、红花、当归活血祛瘀，通过改善血流动力学及微循环、降低毛细血管通透性、加速纤维蛋白溶解、保护脑细胞等方面作用于心，其三中风病多见于中老年人，脏腑功能衰退、气血渐衰为其发病基础，吴茱萸、桑椹子、知母、黄柏、丹皮、鳖甲滋补肝肾、补髓益阴，针对年老中风病人肝肾亏虚。
发明人在临床上形成对中风后遗症引起的功能障碍的总体分析，并根据当前的研究成果加以分析，认为“痰热、瘀血血、气虚、肾亏”的认识，一直备受关注，反复研究并根据临床用药筛选出本处方。
该方中生地、桂枝、附子为君药，能养阴生津、温经通脉、补火助阳，牛膝、青风藤、秦艽、木瓜、桃仁、红花、当归为臣药，行气运血、活血通络化瘀、利关节、通经络，吴茱萸、桑椹子、知母、黄柏、丹皮、鳖甲滋补肝肾为佐药，甘草为使药，全方针对中风后遗症引起的功能障碍，克服瘀血痰浊导致偏身瘫痪的出现。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例形式，对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明，但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例，凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1：取原料生地15份、桂枝10份、附子7份、牛膝12份、青风藤15份、秦艽12份、木瓜8份、吴茱萸4份、桑椹子20份、知母12份、黄柏4份、丹皮8份、桃仁8份、红花12份、当归10份、甘草4份，辅料为冰糖20份、蜂蜜40份、鳖甲25份，原料合并，加水煎煮三次，每次加水量为药材重量的10倍量，煎煮2h，合并煎液，减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.15的浸膏，添加辅料制成膏滋。
实施例2：取原料生地20份、桂枝6份、附子11份、牛膝8份、青风藤20份、秦艽8份、木瓜12份、吴茱萸2份、桑椹子40份、知母8份、黄柏8份、丹皮4份、桃仁12份、红花8份、当归20份、甘草2份，辅料为冰糖40份、蜂蜜30份、鳖甲35份，原料合并，加水煎煮三次，每次加水量为药材重量的10倍量，煎煮2h，合并煎液，减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20的浸膏，添加辅料制成膏滋。
实施例3：取原料生地18份、桂枝8份、附子9份、牛膝10份、青风藤18份、秦艽10份、木瓜10份、吴茱萸3份、桑椹子30份、知母10份、黄柏6份、丹皮6份、桃仁10份、红花10份、当归15份、甘草3份，辅料为冰糖30份、蜂蜜35份、鳖甲30份，原料合并，加水煎煮三次，每次加水量为药材重量的10倍量，煎煮2h，合并煎液，减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.18的浸膏，添加辅料制成膏滋。
实施例4：本发明治疗中风后遗症引起的功能障碍的临床研究
4.1在2016年12-2017年12月期间，南京市仙林医院(均有CT或MRI西医诊断支持)根据纳入和排除标准，对符合试验标准的80例中风后遗症患者，治疗组采取西药常规治疗加本发明实施例3制备的膏滋，治疗8周。
4.2诊断标准：
4.2.1以半身不遂，口舌歪斜，舌强言蹇，偏身麻木，甚则神志恍惚、迷蒙、神昏、昏愦为主症。
4.2.2发病急骤，有渐进发展过程。病前多有头晕头痛，肢体麻木等先兆。
4.2.3常有年老体衰，劳倦内伤，嗜好烟酒，膏粱厚味等因素。每因恼怒、劳累、酗酒、感寒等诱发。
4.2.4作血压、神经系统、脑脊液及血常规、眼底等检查。有条件做CT、磁共振检查，可有异常表现。
4.2.5应注意与痫病、厥证、痉病等鉴别。
4.3治疗方法
西医基础治疗：常规予以阿司匹林肠溶片100mg晨服(或硫酸氢氯吡格雷片75mg)，阿托伐他汀钙片20mg口服，以及对症处理(调整血压、调整血糖、维持水电解质平衡)等。
治疗组采取实施例3方法制备的膏滋口服，每次20ml，早晚温服，疗程8周。
对照组给予补阳还五汤口服，每次20ml，每日3次，疗程为8周。
4.4疗效评定
①临床治愈：半身不遂及语言蹇涩消除，活动自如者；②显效：语言转清，偏瘫肢体恢复比原来增加N(较前多一级或者一级以上)级肌力以上，能扶拐步行，生活自理者；③好转：症状、体征部分改善，但生活不能自理者；④无效：症状、体征无明显改善。
4.5肌力肌张力①肌力的六级记录法；0级：完全瘫痪，肌肉无收缩；1级：肌肉可收缩，但不能产生动作；2级：肢体全能在床上移动，但不能抵抗自身重力，即不能抬起；3级：肢体能抵抗重力离开床面，但不能抵抗阻力；4级；肢体能抗阻力动作，但不完全；5级：正常肌力；②肌张力分级标准(改良的Ashworth)0级：正常肌张力；1级：肌张力略微增加；受累部分被动屈伸时，在关节活动范围之末时呈现最小的阻力，或出现突然卡住和突然释放；1级：肌张力轻度增加：在关节活动后5％范围内出现突然卡住，然后再关节活动范围后50％呈现最小阻力；2级：肌张力较明显地增加；通过关节活动的大部分时，肌张力较明显地増加，但受累部分仍能较容易地被移动；3级；肌张力严重増加：被动活动困难；4级：僵直：受累部分被动屈伸时呈现僵直状态，不能活动。

经t检验分析可知P>0.05，由此说明在肌力方面治疗组与对照组患者，无统计学差异，有可比性。

经t检验分析可知P＜0.05，由此说明治疗组在治疗后肌力改善，有统计学意义。
4.9治疗组治疗前后肌张力比较
经t检验分析可知P＜0.05，由此说明治疗组在治疗后肌张力改善，有统计学意义。
本发明服用后能有效改善肌力和肌张力，表明本发明有治疗中风后遗症引起的功能障碍的作用。

Claims (5)

1.一种缓解中风后遗症引起的功能障碍药物，其特征在于，它由如下重量份数的原料提取后与辅料制备得到：原料为：生地15-20份、桂枝6-10份、附子7-11份、牛膝8-12份、青风藤15-20份、秦艽8-12份、木瓜8-12份、吴茱萸2-4份、桑椹子20-40份、知母8-12份、黄柏4-8份、丹皮4-8份、桃仁8-12份、红花8-12份、当归10-20份、甘草2-4份，辅料为冰糖20-40份、蜂蜜30-40份、鳖甲25-35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓解中风后遗症引起的功能障碍药物，其特征在于，它由如下重量份数的原料提取后与辅料制备得到：原料为：生地18份、桂枝8份、附子9份、牛膝10份、青风藤18份、秦艽10份、木瓜10份、吴茱萸3份、桑椹子30份、知母10份、黄柏6份、丹皮6份、桃仁10份、红花10份、当归15份、甘草3份，辅料为冰糖30份、蜂蜜35份、鳖甲30份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的缓解中风后遗症引起的功能障碍药物，其特征在于，所述原料经提取后添加辅料制成膏滋。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的缓解中风后遗症引起的功能障碍药物，其特征在于，制备方法包括如下步骤：取药材原料合并，加水煎煮三次，合并煎液，减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏，添加辅料制成膏滋。
5.根据权利要求4所述的缓解中风后遗症引起的功能障碍药物，其特征在于，制备方法步骤中，每次加水量为药材重量的10倍量，煎煮2h。
