技术领域
本技术方案属于中药制剂技术领域,特别涉及一种提高免疫力的中药复方制剂。
背景技术
免疫是人体的一种生理功能,免疫力的强弱与疾病有很大关系。人体免疫力一旦下降,就很容易引起呼吸道感染等疾病,但免疫力超常也会产生对身体有害的结果,如引发过敏反应、自身免疫疾病等。各种原因导致的免疫系统不能正常发挥保护作用,均易招致细菌、病毒、真菌等感染,因此免疫功能异常最直接的表现就是容易生病。
如今由于人们工作压力大,休息欠佳,饮居无序,导致一些人免疫力下降,主要表现为经常患感冒,传统治疗感冒以服用西药感冒药为主,目前所用许多感冒药副作用较强,如引起口干、嗜睡、全身无力等,并且此类感冒药吃多了对肝肾功能毒害较大。
发明内容
本技术方案提供一种提高免疫力的中药复方制剂,所述中药复方制剂能够促使血脉通畅,益气补血、提高免疫力,且药性温和,配方简单,制作容易,无任何副作用。
为实现上述目的,本技术方案采用下述技术手段。
一种提高免疫力的中药复方制剂,所述中药复方制剂包括以下以质量份计的组份:阿胶20~30份、当归20~30份、枸杞子10~20份、白芍20~30份、党参20~30份、黄芪20~25份、桂圆干10~15份、川穹20~25份。

一种提高免疫力的中药复方制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照上述所述的配比称取各药材原料,用水煎煮提取药液2~3次,并合并每次煎煮药液;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的药液高速离心去除杂质,得到精制提取液;
(3)向步骤(2)中得到的精制提取液中加入乙醇,得到乙醇提取液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的乙醇提取液进行浓缩,得到中药提取物。
进一步地,步骤(3)中加入的乙醇浓度为85%~90%,且提取方法为超声、回流或浸渍。
进一步地,步骤(3)中提取次数为2~3次,且每次提取时间为2~3h。
本技术方案的有益效果为:本技术方案提供一种提供免疫力的中药复方制剂,所述中药复方制剂包括阿胶、当归、枸杞子、白芍、党参、黄芪、桂圆干、川穹;其中阿胶为马科动物驴的皮,经煎煮、浓缩制成的固体胶;阿胶性平、味甘,具有滋阴补血之功效,阿胶中含有明胶原、骨胶原、蛋白质及钙、钾、钠、镁、锌等20种微量元素,阿胶所含有的蛋白质水解后,能产生多种氨基酸,其中有赖氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸等;阿胶中含有的18种氨基酸能促进血红蛋白的合成,甘氨酸有调节血清铁的作用,精氨酸有可促进机体生长素和睾丸酮分泌增加,苏氨酸、组氨酸、赖氨酸等其他氨基酸均具有升血作用,促进血红蛋白合成,共同起到补血的效果;阿胶本身是一种动物蛋白,可促进铁的吸收和利用,达到升血作用;阿胶能增加锌的摄入量及有利于体内锌的吸收作用,故可纠正体内缺锌、免疫功能低下;阿胶能增强机体内单核细胞、巨噬细胞的吞噬能力,提高NK细胞活性,增强脾脏的功能,可明显促进白细胞分泌细胞因子,促进淋巴细胞增殖,调整淋巴细胞亚型比例及促进造血干细胞增殖分化,能提高细胞免疫力、增强机体免疫调节作用,提高机体免疫力,减少疾病的发生;
当归味甘、辛,性温,具有补血活血、调经止痛,润肠通便之功效;当归中的阿魏酸钠可增强巨噬细胞吞噬红细胞的能力;当归多糖可以通过或间接途径激活造血微环境中的巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞等,也可以刺激肌组织,促进其产生造血调控因子,进而促进功能造血干细胞粒细胞巨噬细胞集落成单位的增殖分化,刺激骨髓粒单系造血;
枸杞子味甘、性平,具有滋补肝肾,养肝明目之功效,枸杞子含有胡萝卜素、甜菜碱、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C和钙、磷、铁等,具有增加白细胞活性、促进肝细胞新生的药理作用,从而起到提高免疫力的功效;并且枸杞子能显著提高和改善老人、体弱多病者和肿瘤病人的免疫功能和生理功能,具有强壮肌体和延缓衰老的作用;
白芍味苦、酸,性微寒,具有养血调经、敛阴止汗、平抑肝阳;白芍具能增强巨噬细胞和白细胞的吞噬功能,白芍中的芍药酸性多糖和中性多糖均有激活网状内皮系统功能的作用,白芍总苷对T细胞功能呈双向调节作用,可促进特异性和非特异性调节的诱导;
党参味甘、性平,具有补中益气、健脾益肺、养血生津之功效;党参对神经系统有兴奋作用,能增强机体抵抗力;党参能够增强骨髓的造血功能,并且还能增强网状皮系统功能;
黄芪味甘、性温,具有补气固表、托毒排脓、利尿、生肌之功效;黄芪能增强免疫功能,增强机体耐缺氧及应激能力,促进机体代谢,改善心肺功能;
桂圆干味甘、性平,含有硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸、抗坏血酸等化学成份,具有益气补血,安神定志,养血安胎的功效;川穹味辛、性温,具有活血行气,祛风止痛。
本技术方案根据传统中医学“血以和为补”的理论,选用益气补血的药物配伍,各组分的有效成分得以充分释出,共同达到补血养气,滋阴明目、补气补血、健脾益胃、安神助眠和增强免疫力,促使血脉通畅,益气补血、提高免疫力,且药性温和,配方简单,制作容易,无任何副作用。

实施例1
一种提高免疫力的中药复方制剂,所述中药复方制剂包括以下以质量份计的组份:阿胶0份、当归30份、枸杞子20份、白芍30份、党参30份、黄芪25份、桂圆干15份、川穹25份。
一种提高免疫力的中药复方制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照上述所述的配比称取各药材原料,用水煎煮提取药液2~3次,并合并每次煎煮药液;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的药液高速离心去除杂质,得到精制提取液;
(3)向步骤(2)中得到的精制提取液中加入乙醇,得到乙醇提取液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的乙醇提取液进行浓缩,得到中药提取物。
进一步地,步骤(3)中加入的乙醇浓度为85%,且提取方法为超声提取方式。

将得到的中药提取物,和乳糖、玉米淀粉混合均匀后,制成颗粒状,然后装入胶囊制成胶囊剂。

一种提高免疫力的中药复方制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照上述所述的配比称取各药材原料,用水煎煮提取药液2~3次,并合并每次煎煮药液;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的药液高速离心去除杂质,得到精制提取液;
(3)向步骤(2)中得到的精制提取液中加入乙醇,得到乙醇提取液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的乙醇提取液进行浓缩,得到中药提取物。
进一步地,步骤(3)中加入的乙醇浓度为85%,且提取方法为超声提取方式。

实施例3
一种提高免疫力的中药复方制剂,所述中药复方制剂包括以下以质量份计的组份:阿胶24份、当归27份、枸杞子18份、白芍28份、党参22份、黄芪23份、桂圆干12份、川穹23份。
一种提高免疫力的中药复方制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照上述所述的配比称取各药材原料,用水煎煮提取药液2~3次,并合并每次煎煮药液;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的药液高速离心去除杂质,得到精制提取液;
(3)向步骤(2)中得到的精制提取液中加入乙醇,得到乙醇提取液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的乙醇提取液进行浓缩,得到中药提取物。
进一步地,步骤(3)中加入的乙醇浓度为85%,且提取方法为超声提取方式。

将制得的中药提取物中加入玉米淀粉和润滑剂硬脂酸镁,混合均匀,整粒,然后压片制成片剂。
将实施例1~3中制得中药制剂进行免疫调节作用的动物实验。
实验动物及其分组:BALB/c小鼠(年龄4~6周,体重18~22g),雌雄各半;随机分为5组,每组20只。第一组为空白对照组,ND油乳剂灭活苗胸肌注射(0.3ml/只);第2~4组为实施例1~3,每天每只10ml/kg,连喂7day,胸肌注射ND油乳灭活苗(0.3ml/只);第5组为对照组,对照组服用市面所售的提高免疫的中药制剂,每天每只10ml/kg,连喂7day,胸肌注射ND油乳灭活苗(0.3ml/只)。分笼饲养,观察小鼠健康等状况。第21日龄时首免,第42日龄时二免。
采血析出血清测抗体:分别在首免1day和首免后1周、2周以及二免后1周、2周,每组随机抽取6只小鼠,静脉采血,析出血清。用血凝抑制实验测定抗体,具体结果见表1所示。
体重、脾和法氏囊重量的测定:试验结束时(8周龄),每组随机抽取6只小鼠,空腹称重后,放血致死,小心取出脾和法氏囊。用滤纸吸干血迹和表面水分,分别称取脾和法氏囊重量,每组求出平均值,具体结果见表2所示。

以上结果表示实施例1~3中中药复方制剂对动物基体免疫器官有促进作用,主要表现在对动物的胸腺、脾脏及法氏囊等免疫器官重量的增加和对创伤动物免疫器官重量减轻的拮抗作用。可以提高小鼠T淋巴细胞转化率,加速细胞免疫功能发育完善,促进浆细胞增生和抗体合成,提高机体的免疫力。

4.根据权利要求1至权利要求3任一所述的一种提高免疫力的中药复方制剂,其特征在于,将各原料药的提取物和药学上可接受的载体制备成口服液、颗粒剂、胶囊剂或片剂。
5.一种提高免疫力的中药复方制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照权利要求1到3任一所述的中药复方制剂的配比称取各药材原料,用水煎煮提取药液2~3次,并合并每次煎煮药液;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的药液高速离心去除杂质,得到精制提取液;
(3)向步骤(2)中得到的精制提取液中加入乙醇,得到乙醇提取液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的乙醇提取液进行浓缩,得到中药提取物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种提高免疫力的中药复方制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中加入的乙醇浓度为85%~90%,且提取方法为超声、回流或浸渍。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种提高免疫力的中药复方制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中提取次数为2~3次,且每次提取时间为2~3h。
