Abstract

Description
本发明涉及以可调速率喂送一条或多条例如玻璃纤维线的设备,其包括至少两个被同步驱动的喂送辊,它们形成纤维线的至少一个压紧区并构成电机驱动的第一辊和共同转动的第二辊。
在自动控制的生产中,通常对精确地供应原材料有着很高的要求。例如,当将纤维线送入自动控制的纤维喂送设备时,喂送速率可以是大约每秒10米,其中,产品的质量在很大程度上取决于对喂送的严格控制。这种严格控制的先决条件在于,喂送辊以正确的速度被同步驱动而不损伤纤维线。如果因为喂送辊被不同步地驱动使纤维的一侧被制动或受到磨损而使由大量单细丝构成的线受到磨损,那么就会出现损伤。这可能会使线的强度受到负面影响,线的一部分被磨掉使自动装置得不到需要的原料量。
因而喂送辊之一是机械操纵的,而另一个则是共同转动的,这样喂送辊就可以按照不同的方式被同步地驱动。例如,可以使用齿轮、链传动或齿带使喂送辊同步。但是,所有这些传动装置在受到来自纤维线的较大量细纤维影响的环境中都存在缺陷。
另外,如果喂送辊及其驱动装置可用一种要求很小空间且减小重量的方式被覆盖起来以便于安装在机械臂上,那将是有利的。
喂送辊的驱动要求 可靠、无需照管和保养,这也是很重要的。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种能够满足上述先决条件的喂送纤维线的设备。
为此目的,本发明的特征在于,电机驱动的辊和/或共同转动的辊设有一个或多个弹性不可压缩的材料如橡胶制成的O形环,每个O形环容纳在辊的圆柱形外表面上的周向槽中,O形环支承在相邻辊的周面上,借助摩擦传递转动。
共同转动的辊的朝向O形环的接触表面最好设有增加摩擦的滚花。
现对照以下附图,结合实施例详述本发明。
图1以侧视图示意地表示喂送设备;
图2以顶视图表示喂送辊。
图1示意表示的喂送设备是装在未画出的机械臂上使用的,以便从未画出的储料器向塑料制品的模具送出纤维线和粉末状的粘合剂。
机械臂最好可在室内自由移动并由一可编程的微处理机控制。
纤维线10从其储料器借助两个喂送辊11,12拉入喂送设备,这两个喂送辊是电机驱动的第一辊11和共同转动的第二辊12,它们为纤维线形成一夹紧区。
辊12具有一个可位移的轴承,它由一压簧13在朝向辊11的方向上受压。辊11借助一未画出的驱动电机以可调速的方式被驱动。
辊11,12通过压缩空气喷射器14和管15向前喂送纤维线10,管15弯成大约90°,并入刀辊16和支承辊17之间的压紧区。
由刀辊16切成的纤维线段通过喷管18吹出,喷管18设有压缩空气连接管19。喷管18还设有与供应粉状粘合剂的管道相连的连接管20。
电机驱动的辊11设有两个弹性不可压缩材料如橡胶制成的O形环22,每个O形环容纳在辊的圆柱形外表面上的槽21中。O形环支承在相邻辊12的周面上,借助摩擦向辊12传递转动,从而使两辊同步转动。
辊12的表面设有滚花23以增加O形环22和辊12之间的摩擦。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例,在下面的权利要求书限定的范围内可作多种变化。例如,两个辊11,12都可设置O形环,以便增大接触表面。
Claims (3)
1.以可调喂送速率喂送一条或多条纤维线的设备,它包括至少两个被同步驱动的喂送辊(11,12),它们形成至少一个纤维线的(10)压紧区并构成电机驱动的第一辊(11)和共同转动的第二辊(12),其特征在于:电机驱动的辊(11)和/或共同转动的辊(12)设有一个或多个弹性不可压缩材料制成的O形环(22),每个O形环容纳在辊的圆柱形外表面上的周向槽(21)中,所述O形环支承在相邻辊(12)的周面上借助摩擦传递转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:共同转动的辊(12)的朝向O形环(22)的接触表面设有增加摩擦的滚花(23)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于:压缩空气喷射器(14)位于喂送辊(11,12)下游。
