本发明提供了一种手持式空气净化装置,其特征在于,包括如下组件:供电系统、进风系统、净化系统、出风口、手持杆,所述进风系统、净化系统、出风口分别通过管道连接,所述净化系统包括进风口、进风电机,所述净化系统包括硅藻土过滤网、第一重金属吸附模块、第二重金属吸附模块;所述第一重金属吸附模块内填充壳聚糖修饰的介孔二氧化硅;所述第二重金属吸附模块内填充纤维素修饰的壳聚糖所述硅藻土过滤网、第一重金属吸附模块、第二重金属吸附模块之间设置活性炭过滤层。

技术领域
本发明属于车间除尘技术领域,具体涉及一种手持式空气净化装置。
背景技术
模具切削过程中会产生金属污染物,这些污染物如果被吸入人体中,长时间会影响人体健康,一般车间中设有排风系统,但排风系统不能及时有效净化车间空气,净化效果不好,不能全面有效地净化空气中的污染物,全面达到室内空气质量标准的要求,员工在车间操作是需要配方口罩,不方便工作。
发明内容
发明目的:提供一种手持式空气净化装置。
技术方案:一种手持式空气净化装置,包括如下组件:供电系统、进风系统、净化系统、出风口、手持杆,所述进风系统、净化系统、出风口分别通过管道连接,所述净化系统包括进风口、进风电机,所述净化系统包括硅藻土过滤网、第一重金属吸附模块、第二重金属吸附模块;
所述第一重金属吸附模块内填充壳聚糖修饰的介孔二氧化硅;
所述第二重金属吸附模块内填充纤维素修饰的壳聚糖
所述硅藻土过滤网、第一重金属吸附模块、第二重金属吸附模块之间设置活性炭过滤层。
作为,所述进风系统包括1个或1个以上进风口。
作为优选,所述第一重金属吸附模块的厚度为1~10cm。
作为优选,所述第二重金属吸附模块的厚度为1~10cm。
作为优选,所述硅藻土过滤网的厚度为0.5~1cm。
作为优选,所述活性炭过滤网的厚度为0.2~0.5cm
有益效果:
本发明提供了一种手持式空气净化装置,主要用于过滤模具切削工作台附近的空气,具有吸附空气中重金属的功能,提高模具切削车间空气质量。

所述第一重金属吸附模块5内填充壳聚糖修饰的介孔二氧化硅;
所述第二重金属吸附模块6内填充纤维素修饰的壳聚糖
所述硅藻土过滤网3、第一重金属吸附模块5、第二重金属吸附模块6之间设置活性炭过滤层4。
作为优选,所述进风系统包括1个或1个以上进风口1。
作为优选,所述第一重金属吸附模块5的厚度为1~10cm。
作为优选,所述第二重金属吸附模块6的厚度为1~10cm。
作为优选,所述硅藻土过滤网3的厚度为0.5~1cm。
作为优选,所述活性炭过滤网的厚度为0.2~0.5cm
使用时,打开供电系统为进风系统的进风电机供电,空气从进风口1进入,依次通过、硅藻土过滤网3、活性炭过滤网4、第一重金属吸附模块5、活性炭过滤网4、第一重金属吸附模块6,然后净化过的空气从出风口7排出。

1.一种手持式空气净化装置,其特征在于,包括如下组件:供电系统、进风系统、净化系统、出风口、手持杆,所述进风系统、净化系统、出风口分别通过管道连接,所述净化系统包括进风口、进风电机,所述净化系统包括硅藻土过滤网、第一重金属吸附模块、第二重金属吸附模块;
所述第一重金属吸附模块内填充壳聚糖修饰的介孔二氧化硅;
所述第二重金属吸附模块内填充纤维素修饰的壳聚糖
所述硅藻土过滤网、第一重金属吸附模块、第二重金属吸附模块之间设置活性炭过滤层。
2.根据权利要求1所述手持式空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述进风系统包括1个或1个以上进风口。
3.根据权利要求1所述手持式空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述第一重金属吸附模块的厚度为1~10cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述手持式空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述第二重金属吸附模块的厚度为1~10cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述手持式空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述硅藻土过滤网的厚度为0.5~1cm。
