本发明涉及一种外壳,尤其涉及一种LDE灯外壳。该LDE灯外壳包括复合材料制成的本体,以及涂覆在本体表面的涂层,涂层包括按质量比(3‑5):1混合的A组分和B组份,所述的A组份包括:石墨纤维3‑10份、竹纤维2‑5份,碳纤维2‑5份,乙烯基硅油50‑80份,催化剂0.5‑2份;所述的B组份包括:薄荷精油1‑3份,丁香香精1‑3份,乙烯基硅油30‑50份,高羟基含氟丁烯酸树脂树脂10‑30份,增粘剂1‑5份。本发明LDE灯外壳通过使用配伍合理的复合材料制成外壳本体,在本体表面涂覆具有抗菌、驱蚊效果且透光效果好,同时还具有优异耐腐蚀性能及耐磨性的涂层,进一步提高LDE灯外壳的综合性能和使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种外壳,尤其涉及一种LDE灯外壳。
背景技术
用于LED灯管的其中一种全塑外壳包括灯座和外壳,灯座上设置LED灯条,LED灯条上设置有多个集成封装的LED灯珠,外壳和灯座相接以将LED灯条罩住。现有技术中,灯座和外壳的制备材料主要为PC,也有使用ABS的,然而单一材料制成的外壳存在一些力学性能、抗静电能力等的不足,且现有的灯在夏季多蚊虫的时候使用很容易招蚊虫。另外,现有LDE灯外壳的透光效果一般,在使用时会影响透光率,使光线不够明亮。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种具有抗菌、驱蚊效果且透光效果好的LDE灯外壳。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种LDE灯外壳,所述的LDE灯外壳包括复合材料制成的本体,以及涂覆在本体表面的涂层,所述的涂层包括按质量比(3-5):1混合的A组分和B组份,所述的A组份包括:石墨纤维3-10份、竹纤维2-5份,碳纤维2-5份,乙烯基硅油50-80份,催化剂0.5-2份;所述的B组份包括:薄荷精油1-3份,丁香香精1-3份,乙烯基硅油30-50份,高羟基含氟丁烯酸树脂树脂10-30份,增粘剂1-5份。
作为优选,所述的催化剂为氯铂酸的异丙醇溶液。
作为优选,所述的增粘剂为液体硅橡胶增粘剂。
作为优选,所述的涂层通过如下方法制得:
A组份制备:称取石墨纤维3-10份、竹纤维2-5份,碳纤维2-5份,乙烯基硅油50-80份,催化剂0.5-2份,将原料放入油浴锅中,加热至125℃,开动搅拌器,搅拌2-5h,制成A组份;
B组份制备:称取薄荷精油1-3份,丁香香精1-3份,乙烯基硅油30-50份,高羟基含氟丁烯酸树脂树脂10-30份,增粘剂1-5份,混合均匀,制成B组份;
使用时,将A组份和B组份按质量比(3-5):1混合,喷涂在复合材料外壳本体表面,固化即可。
在上述的LDE灯外壳中,所述的复合材料包括如下重量份数的组分:PC 30-50份、ABS 30-50份,壳聚糖3-6份,纳米银1-5份,竹纤维3-6份,碳纤维3-6份,酚醛树脂3-8份,3-安丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.5-3份,助剂3-15份。
在上述的LDE灯外壳中,所述的复合材料还包括Al2O3粉末1-5份,CaO粉末1-3份。
在上述的LDE灯外壳中,所述的助剂包括分散剂、相容剂、抗氧化剂。为了提高产品的其他性能,还可以适应性地在共混物料中添加其他助剂,如增塑剂、增强剂、阻燃剂、填充剂、颜料等,其用量均为本行业的常规用量,可以根据实际情况酌情调整。
作为优选,所述的分散剂为聚乙烯蜡、液体石蜡、硬脂酸中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述的相容剂为聚丙烯接枝羧酸、聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐、氯化聚丙烯中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述的抗氧化剂为对苯二酚、硫代双酚、萘胺、二苯胺、对苯二胺中的一种或多种。
本发明的LDE灯外壳的本体可以通过本行业通用方法进行制备:按配方称取复合材料的原料,混合均匀后,熔融混炼、挤出造粒,即可得LDE灯外壳本体。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:本发明LDE灯外壳通过使用配伍合理的复合材料制成外壳本体,在本体表面涂覆具有抗菌、驱蚊效果且透光效果好,同时还具有优异耐腐蚀性能及耐磨性的涂层,进一步提高LDE灯外壳的综合性能和使用寿命。如在本体复合材料中添加适量的纳米银,使外壳具有较好的抗菌效果在有效吸附有害物质的同时具有抑制细菌、防霉的功效;在涂层A组份中添加适量的竹纤维和碳纤维,使外壳具有较好的抗静电性,表面不易吸附灰尘;在涂层中的B组份中添加适量的丁香香精跟薄荷香精,使外壳在夏季使用可以驱蚊虫。

本体的制备:称取复合材料PC 40份、ABS 40份,壳聚糖5份,纳米银3份,竹纤维4份,碳纤维5份,酚醛树脂5份,3-安丙基三乙氧基硅烷2份,Al2O3粉末3份,CaO粉末2份,聚乙烯蜡4份,聚丙烯接枝羧酸2份,对苯二酚2份,二苯胺2份;将复合材料混合均匀后,熔融混炼、挤出造粒,制成LDE灯外壳本体;
制备涂层:
A组份制备:称取石墨纤维6份、竹纤维3份,碳纤维3份,乙烯基硅油60份,催化剂氯铂酸的异丙醇溶液1份;将原料放入油浴锅中,加热至125℃,开动搅拌器,搅拌3h,制成A组份;
B组份制备:称取薄荷精油2份,丁香香精2份,乙烯基硅油40份,高羟基含氟丁烯酸树脂树脂20份,液体硅橡胶增粘剂3份,混合均匀,制成B组份;
将A组份和B组份按质量比4:1混合,喷涂在复合材料外壳本体表面,固化即可制得本发明LDE灯外壳。

制备涂层:
A组份制备:称取石墨纤维8份、竹纤维3份,碳纤维4份,乙烯基硅油70份,催化剂氯铂酸的异丙醇溶液1.5份;将原料放入油浴锅中,加热至125℃,开动搅拌器,搅拌4h,制成A组份;

综上所述,本发明LDE灯外壳通过使用配伍合理的复合材料制成外壳本体,在本体表面涂覆具有抗菌、驱蚊效果且透光效果好,同时还具有优异耐腐蚀性能及耐磨性的涂层,进一步提高LDE灯外壳的综合性能和使用寿命。如在本体复合材料中添加适量的纳米银,使外壳具有较好的抗菌效果在有效吸附有害物质的同时具有抑制细菌、防霉的功效;在涂层A组份中添加适量的竹纤维和碳纤维,使外壳具有较好的抗静电性,表面不易吸附灰尘;在涂层中的B组份中添加适量的丁香香精跟薄荷香精,使外壳在夏季使用可以驱蚊虫。
本处实施例对本发明要求保护的技术范围中点值未穷尽之处以及在实施例技术方案中对单个或者多个技术特征的同等替换所形成的新的技术方案,同样都在本发明要求保护的范围内,并且本发明方案所有涉及的参数间如未特别说明,则相互之间不存在不可替换的唯一性组合。
本文中所描述的具体实施例仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说明。本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例做各种修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,但并不会偏离本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。
尽管对本发明已作出了详细的说明并引证了一些具体实施例,但是对本领域熟练技术人员来说,只要不离开本发明的精神和范围可作各种变化或修正是显然的。
Claims (10)
1.一种LDE灯外壳,其特征在于,所述的LDE灯外壳包括复合材料制成的本体,以及涂覆在本体表面的涂层,所述的涂层包括按质量比(3-5):1混合的A组分和B组份,所述的A组份包括:石墨纤维3-10份、竹纤维2-5份,碳纤维2-5份,乙烯基硅油50-80份,催化剂0.5-2份;所述的B组份包括:薄荷精油1-3份,丁香香精1-3份,乙烯基硅油30-50份,高羟基含氟丁烯酸树脂树脂10-30份,增粘剂1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LDE灯外壳,其特征在于,所述的催化剂为氯铂酸的异丙醇溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LDE灯外壳,其特征在于,所述的增粘剂为液体硅橡胶增粘剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LDE灯外壳,其特征在于,所述的涂层通过如下方法制得:
A组份制备:称取石墨纤维3-10份、竹纤维2-5份,碳纤维2-5份,乙烯基硅油50-80份,催化剂0.5-2份,将原料放入油浴锅中,加热至125℃,开动搅拌器,搅拌2-5h,制成A组份;
B组份制备:称取薄荷精油1-3份,丁香香精1-3份,乙烯基硅油30-50份,高羟基含氟丁烯酸树脂树脂10-30份,增粘剂1-5份,混合均匀,制成B组份;
使用时,将A组份和B组份按质量比(3-5):1混合,喷涂在复合材料外壳本体表面,固化即可。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LDE灯外壳,其特征在于,所述的复合材料包括如下重量份数的组分:PC 30-50份、ABS 30-50份,壳聚糖3-6份,纳米银1-5份,竹纤维3-6份,碳纤维3-6份,酚醛树脂3-8份,3-安丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.5-3份,助剂3-15份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的LDE灯外壳,其特征在于,所述的复合材料还包括Al2O3粉末1-5份,CaO粉末1-3份。
7.根据权利要求5所述的LDE灯外壳,其特征在于,所述的助剂包括分散剂、相容剂、抗氧化剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的LDE灯外壳,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为聚乙烯蜡、液体石蜡、硬脂酸中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求7所述的LDE灯外壳,其特征在于,所述的相容剂为聚丙烯接枝羧酸、聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐、氯化聚丙烯中的一种或多种。
10.根据权利要求7所述的LDE灯外壳,其特征在于,所述的抗氧化剂为对苯二酚、硫代双酚、萘胺、二苯胺、对苯二胺中的一种或多种。
