目前的电动车以电动自行车、电动三轮车和低端的电动汽车为主,也有部分试运行的高端电动公交车,前者是社会自然需求的结果,后者是政策支持的结果。这些电动车基本都是满足短程出行或运输的需要,充电工作基本上都是由使用者自己解决。电动车的快速发展反映了广大国民强烈改善交通工具的强烈意愿,随着经济的发展,汽车(含电动汽车)必然为成为广大国民的首选交通工具。随着电动汽车的发展延伸了相匹配的汽车充电机,汽车充电机是一种专为电动汽车的车用电池充电的设备,是对电池充电时用到的有特定功能的电力转换装置,电动汽车充电机可以分为直流充电机和交流充电机,充电机的机壳上设有盖板,广义的盖板是用来封闭或盖住容器、箱子或结构物截面的端部或顶部的盖、罩或顶的装置,但是目前盖板存在强度不够,牢固性差,安装拆卸不便,美观性差等缺点,因此,研发一种能克服以上缺陷的用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板,该盖板结构简单紧凑,美观性好,安装拆卸方便,牢固性好,能很好的压制住元器件。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板,包括盖板本体及装饰板,装饰板设置于盖板本体的下表面,盖板本体上设有连接口及高凸包,其中:
盖板本体呈方形结构,盖板本体的上表面向上凸起,盖板本体的上表面上设有连接口,盖板本体的下表面上设有高凸包,高凸包突出盖板本体的下表面,盖板本体的下表面还设有凹槽,凹槽上均布有数个凸起的卡块,装饰板通过凹槽设置于盖板本体的下表面;
盖板本体的四周向外延伸形成固定边,固定边上设有螺丝沉头孔,通过螺丝沉头孔将盖板本体连接在充电机电气总成的底座上;
盖板本体与底座之间设有电路板,电路板上排布有多种元器件,高凸包与对应元器件相适配。
本发明进一步限定的技术方案是:
进一步的,前述用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板中,装饰板与盖板本体上开有的凹槽相配饰,并装饰板的表面上设有方孔,方孔内设有第二盖板,第二盖板与装饰板枢转连接。
技术效果,装饰板的存在提高了盖板的美学外观,方孔及第二盖板的存在可以在安装拆卸装饰板时将第二盖板拉起来便于安装及拆卸,方便快捷,且方孔便于收纳第二盖板,美观不占地方。
前述用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板中,固定边包括第一固定边及第二固定边,第二固定边沿第一固定边向外延伸形成,第二固定边为弧形结构,螺丝沉头孔置于第一固定边与第二固定边的交接处。
技术效果,第一固定边与第二固定边共同组成固定边,且第二固定边为弧形结构,节约了材料,降低了成本,同时螺丝沉头孔置于第一固定边与第二固定边的交接处,使得紧固时接触面积小,压强更高,增强牢固性,并且降低第二固定的边的损害对第一固定边的损害,延长其使用寿命。
前述用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板中,连接口边缘向下凹陷,使得盖板本体表面呈现波浪形结构。
技术效果,盖板本体表面呈现波浪形结构,凸出与凹陷的结构可以增强盖板的强度。
前述用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板中,高凸包由钢丝交叉编织成,并在高凸包的表面设有至少两个钢丝线圈。
技术效果,钢丝线圈可以很好的将钢丝编织好的高凸包很好的固定住,避免钢丝之间由于元器件的顶压而跑偏,不能很好的压住元器件。
前述用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板中,盖板本体上设有一层防护层,防护层,防护层按质量份数计包括以下组分:
有机硅改性环氧树脂:50-60份,酚醛树脂:10-13份,黑碳化硅:20-35份,细晶氧化铝:25-30份,氧化锌:1-5份,消光剂:2-6份,分散剂:5-10份,阻燃剂:20-25份,流变助剂:2-3份,增稠剂:2-4份,消泡剂:3-5份,流平剂:2-4份,防结皮剂:1-2份;
其中,消光剂为改性聚酯丙烯酸酯;分散剂包括疏水性改性羧酸钠盐、聚丙烯酸钠盐或铵盐中的一种或几种;阻燃剂为磷酸三苯酯或磷酸甲苯二苯酯;流变助剂为有机膨润土,增稠剂为羟甲基纤维素,消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂,流平剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷类流平剂,防结皮剂为甲乙酮肟。
前述用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板中,防护层的制备方法具体为:
(1)在喷涂防护层之前对盖板本体进行防锈处理,具体为:
a.将盖板本体放置在防锈液中浸泡40-50min;
防锈液按质量百分比计包括以下组分:
环氧树脂:7-11%,聚丙烯酸:20-23%,氢氧化钠:15-20%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠:0.1-0.3%,苯骈三氮唑:0.02-0.04%,水性纳米膨润土:0.5-0.8%,正丁醇3-5%,其余为水,以上各组分之和为100%;
b.将盖板本体用清水冲洗并晾干;
c.将晾干后的盖板本体继续烘干,用烘干机进行烘干;
d.对烘干后的盖板本体表面进行磨砂,完成防锈处理;
(2)将有机硅改性环氧树脂加入装有搅拌装置,然后加入酚醛树脂,搅拌混合均匀,调节搅拌速度为150-230转/min,搅拌25-50min,保温反应1-2h,加入黑碳化硅、氧化锌及细晶氧化铝,加入分散剂、消光剂、阻燃剂、流变助,并搅拌混合均匀,调节搅拌速度为200-250转/min,然后加入剩余的增稠剂、消泡剂、流平剂及防结皮剂混合均匀得到防护层涂料;
(3)将防护层涂料喷涂在盖板本体的表面,干燥后得到防护层。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明叠加装饰板提升了美学外观,同时装饰板通过凹槽与卡块的配合固定于盖板本体中,卡块用于装饰板安装在凹槽后固定住装饰板,安装拆卸方便,通过第二盖板可以很方便的将装饰板脱离于盖板本体上。
本发明通过高凸包很好的将底座上的元器件压住,同时连接口便于元器件与外界的电连接等。
本发明中采用细晶氧化铝,细晶氧化铝是一种超微粉,能提高涂料的致密性, 赋于涂料很高的烧结硬度,能增强涂料的填充性,改善施工性,从而使涂料的流动性增大;
环氧树脂中特有的环氧基、经基、醚键等活性基团的存在,赋予其许多优异性能。不仅密实、抗渗漏、抗水、强度高,而且具有良好的机械力学性能,粘结性、电性能优越,耐低温性能好,可以作为减摩涂层中优良的涂层粘结剂,但因其耐高温性能不佳,因此本发明中采用改性环氧树脂,改性环氧树脂具有粘结力强、耐化学试剂性能好等优点,且改性环氧能增强了涂层抵御水、离子渗入的能力,提高了涂层与金属基体间的结合力,从而提高涂层的防护能力,此外,还能增加涂层的强度、提高附着力、改善流变性能、降低成本;
本发明组分中添加了分散剂,分散剂能增加基料间的亲和性,能防止粒子絮聚,降低涂料黏度,牢固地吸附在分散粒子的表面,并且提供良好的空间斥力,使粒子在高速搅拌下充分分散后,不会因为范德华力而再次团聚,吸附层也不会在受到外力作用时从粒子表面剥离而导致体系的不稳定,从而优化涂层的物理与化学性能;在制备防护层时提前进行防锈处理,可以增强防锈性能,延长其使用寿命,同时加强了防护层涂料的附着力。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供的一种用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板,结构如图1-3所示,包括盖板本体1及装饰板2,装饰板2设置于盖板本体1的下表面,盖板本体1上设有连接口3及高凸包4,其中:
盖板本体1呈方形结构,盖板本体1的上表面向上凸起,盖板本体1的上表面上设有连接口3,盖板本体1的下表面上设有高凸包4,高凸包4突出盖板本体1的下表面,盖板本体1的下表面还设有凹槽,凹槽上均布有数个凸起的卡块,装饰板2通过凹槽设置于盖板本体1的下表面;
盖板本体1的四周向外延伸形成固定边,固定边上设有螺丝沉头孔5,通过螺丝沉头孔5将盖板本体1连接在充电机电气总成的底座上,固定边包括第一固定边6及第二固定边7,第二固定边7沿第一固定边6向外延伸形成,第二固定边7为弧形结构,螺丝沉头5孔置于第一固定边6与第二固定边7的交接处;
盖板本体1与底座之间设有电路板,电路板上排布有多种元器件,高凸包4与对应元器件相适配。
在本实施例中,装饰板2与盖板本体1上开有的凹槽相配饰,并装饰板2的表面上设有方孔21,方孔21内设有第二盖板22,第二盖板22与装饰板2枢转连接。
在本实施例中,连接口3边缘向下凹陷,使得盖板本体1表面呈现波浪形结构。
在本实施例中,高凸包4由钢丝交叉编织成,并在高凸包4的表面设有至少两个钢丝线圈41。
实施例2
上述用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板,盖板本体上设有一层防护层,防护层,防护层按质量份数计包括以下组分:
有机硅改性环氧树脂:40-45份,酚醛树脂:10-13份,黑碳化硅:15-18份,细晶氧化铝:20-30份,氧化锌:1-3份,消光剂:2-4份,分散剂:4-7份,阻燃剂:10-13份,流变助剂:2-3份,增稠剂:1-3份,消泡剂:3-4份,流平剂:2-4份,防结皮剂:1-2份;
其中,消光剂为改性聚酯丙烯酸酯;分散剂包括铵盐;阻燃剂为磷酸甲苯二苯酯;流变助剂为有机膨润土,增稠剂为羟甲基纤维素,消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂,流平剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷类流平剂,防结皮剂为甲乙酮肟。
上述防护层的制备方法具体为:
(1)在喷涂防护层之前对盖板本体进行防锈处理,具体为:
a.将盖板本体放置在防锈液中浸泡40-50min;
防锈液按质量百分比计包括以下组分:
环氧树脂:10%,聚丙烯酸:22%,氢氧化钠:18%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠:0.2%,苯骈三氮唑:0.03%,水性纳米膨润土:0.7%,正丁醇4%,其余为水,以上各组分之和为100%;
b.将盖板本体用清水冲洗并晾干;
c.将晾干后的盖板本体继续烘干,用烘干机进行烘干;
d.对烘干后的盖板本体表面进行磨砂,完成防锈处理;
(2)将有机硅改性环氧树脂加入装有搅拌装置,然后加入酚醛树脂,搅拌混合均匀,调节搅拌速度为200转/min,搅拌35min,保温反应1.5h,加入黑碳化硅、氧化锌及细晶氧化铝,加入分散剂、消光剂、阻燃剂、流变助,并搅拌混合均匀,调节搅拌速度为220转/min,然后加入剩余的增稠剂、消泡剂、流平剂及防结皮剂混合均匀得到防护层涂料;
(3)将防护层涂料喷涂在盖板本体的表面,干燥后得到防护层。
实施例3
上述用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板,盖板本体上设有一层防护层,防护层,防护层按质量份数计包括以下组分:
有机硅改性环氧树脂:40份,酚醛树脂:10份,黑碳化硅:15份,细晶氧化铝:20份,氧化锌:1份,消光剂:2份,分散剂:4份,阻燃剂:10份,流变助剂:2份,增稠剂:1份,消泡剂:3份,流平剂:2份,防结皮剂:1份;
其中,消光剂为改性聚酯丙烯酸酯;分散剂包括聚丙烯酸钠盐;阻燃剂为磷酸甲苯二苯酯;流变助剂为有机膨润土,增稠剂为羟甲基纤维素,消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂,流平剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷类流平剂,防结皮剂为甲乙酮肟。
上述防护层的制备方法具体为:
(1)在喷涂防护层之前对盖板本体进行防锈处理,具体为:
a.将盖板本体放置在防锈液中浸泡40min;
防锈液按质量百分比计包括以下组分:
环氧树脂:7%,聚丙烯酸:20%,氢氧化钠:15%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠:0.1%,苯骈三氮唑:0.02%,水性纳米膨润土:0.5%,正丁醇3%,其余为水,以上各组分之和为100%;
b.将盖板本体用清水冲洗并晾干;
c.将晾干后的盖板本体继续烘干,用烘干机进行烘干;
d.对烘干后的盖板本体表面进行磨砂,完成防锈处理;
(2)将有机硅改性环氧树脂加入装有搅拌装置,然后加入酚醛树脂,搅拌混合均匀,调节搅拌速度为150转/min,搅拌25min,保温反应1h,加入黑碳化硅、氧化锌及细晶氧化铝,加入分散剂、消光剂、阻燃剂、流变助,并搅拌混合均匀,调节搅拌速度为200转/min,然后加入剩余的增稠剂、消泡剂、流平剂及防结皮剂混合均匀得到防护层涂料;
(3)将防护层涂料喷涂在盖板本体的表面,干燥后得到防护层。
实施例4
上述用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板,盖板本体上设有一层防护层,防护层,防护层按质量份数计包括以下组分:
有机硅改性环氧树脂:45份,酚醛树脂:13份,黑碳化硅:18份,细晶氧化铝:30份,氧化锌:3份,消光剂:4份,分散剂:7份,阻燃剂:13份,流变助剂:3份,增稠剂:3份,消泡剂:4份,流平剂:4份,防结皮剂:2份;
其中,消光剂为改性聚酯丙烯酸酯;分散剂包括疏水性改性羧酸钠盐;阻燃剂为磷酸三苯酯;流变助剂为有机膨润土,增稠剂为羟甲基纤维素,消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂,流平剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷类流平剂,防结皮剂为甲乙酮肟。
上述防护层的制备方法具体为:
(1)在喷涂防护层之前对盖板本体进行防锈处理,具体为:
a.将盖板本体放置在防锈液中浸泡50min;
防锈液按质量百分比计包括以下组分:
环氧树脂:11%,聚丙烯酸:23%,氢氧化钠:20%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠:0.3%,苯骈三氮唑:0.04%,水性纳米膨润土:0.8%,正丁醇5%,其余为水,以上各组分之和为100%;
b.将盖板本体用清水冲洗并晾干;
c.将晾干后的盖板本体继续烘干,用烘干机进行烘干;
d.对烘干后的盖板本体表面进行磨砂,完成防锈处理;
(2)将有机硅改性环氧树脂加入装有搅拌装置,然后加入酚醛树脂,搅拌混合均匀,调节搅拌速度为230转/min,搅拌50min,保温反应2h,加入黑碳化硅、氧化锌及细晶氧化铝,加入分散剂、消光剂、阻燃剂、流变助,并搅拌混合均匀,调节搅拌速度为250转/min,然后加入剩余的增稠剂、消泡剂、流平剂及防结皮剂混合均匀得到防护层涂料;
(3)将防护层涂料喷涂在盖板本体的表面,干燥后得到防护层。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板,其特征在于:包括盖板本体(1)及装饰板(2),所述装饰板(2)设置于所述盖板本体(1)的下表面,所述盖板本体(1)上设有连接口(3)及高凸包(4),其中:
所述盖板本体(1)呈方形结构,所述盖板本体(1)的上表面向上凸起,所述盖板本体(1)的上表面上设有所述连接口(3),所述的连接口(3)边缘向下凹陷,使得盖板本体(1)表面呈现波浪形结构,所述盖板本体(1)的下表面上设有所述高凸包(4),所述的高凸包(4)突出所述盖板本体(1)的下表面,所述盖板本体(1)的下表面还设有凹槽,所述凹槽上均布有数个凸起的卡块,所述装饰板(2)通过所述凹槽设置于所述盖板本体(1)的下表面;
所述盖板本体(1)的四周向外延伸形成固定边,所述固定边上设有螺丝沉头孔(5),通过所述螺丝沉头孔(5)将盖板本体(1)连接在充电机电气总成的底座上;
所述盖板本体(1)与所述底座之间设有电路板,所述电路板上排布有多种元器件,所述高凸包(4)与对应元器件相适配;
所述盖板本体上设有一层防护层,所述的防护层按质量份数计包括以下组分:
有机硅改性环氧树脂:40-45份,酚醛树脂:10-13份,黑碳化硅:15-18份,细晶氧化铝:20-30份,氧化锌:1-3份,消光剂:2-4份,分散剂:4-7份,阻燃剂:10-13份,流变助剂:2-3份,增稠剂:1-3份,消泡剂:3-4份,流平剂:2-4份,防结皮剂:1-2份;
其中,所述的消光剂为改性聚酯丙烯酸酯;所述分散剂包括疏水性改性羧酸钠盐、聚丙烯酸钠盐或铵盐中的一种或几种;所述的阻燃剂为磷酸三苯酯或磷酸甲苯二苯酯;所述的流变助剂为有机膨润土,所述的增稠剂为羟甲基纤维素,所述的消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂,所述的流平剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷类流平剂,所述的防结皮剂为甲乙酮肟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板,其特征在于:所述的装饰板(2)与盖板本体(1)上开有的凹槽相配饰,并所述装饰板(2)的表面上设有方孔(21),所述方孔(21)内设有第二盖板(22),所述第二盖板(22)与所述装饰板(2)枢转连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板,其特征在于:所述固定边包括第一固定边(6)及第二固定边(7),所述第二固定边(7)沿所述第一固定边(6)向外延伸形成,所述第二固定边(7)为弧形结构,所述螺丝沉头孔(5)置于所述第一固定边(6)与第二固定边(7)的交接处。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板,其特征在于:所述高凸包(4)由钢丝交叉编织成,并在高凸包(4)的表面设有至少两个钢丝线圈(41)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于新能源汽车充电机电气总成的安装盖板,其特征在于:所述防护层的制备方法具体为:
(1)在喷涂防护层之前对盖板本体进行防锈处理,具体为:
a.将盖板本体放置在防锈液中浸泡40-50min;
所述的防锈液按质量百分比计包括以下组分:
环氧树脂:7-11%,聚丙烯酸:20-23%,氢氧化钠:15-20%,月桂酰肌氨酸钠:0.1-0.3%,苯骈三氮唑:0.02-0.04%,水性纳米膨润土:0.5-0.8%,正丁醇3-5%,其余为水,以上各组分之和为100%;
b.将盖板本体用清水冲洗并晾干;
c.将晾干后的盖板本体继续烘干,用烘干机进行烘干;
d.对烘干后的盖板本体表面进行磨砂,完成防锈处理;
(2)将有机硅改性环氧树脂加入搅拌装置,然后加入酚醛树脂,搅拌混合均匀,调节搅拌速度为150-230转/min,搅拌25-50min,保温反应1-2h,加入黑碳化硅、氧化锌及细晶氧化铝,加入分散剂、消光剂、阻燃剂、流变助剂,并搅拌混合均匀,调节搅拌速度为200-250转/min,然后加入剩余的增稠剂、消泡剂、流平剂及防结皮剂混合均匀得到防护层涂料;
(3)将防护层涂料喷涂在盖板本体的表面,干燥后得到防护层。
