本发明公开一种高抗冲击性复合膜,其特征在于:所述的复合膜为三层结构,由上至下依次为承印层(1)、粘合剂层(2)和PE层(3),所述承印层(1)为流延尼龙层,所述粘合剂层(2)为双组份聚氨酯粘合剂层,所述PE层(3)也为三层结构,由上至下依次为第一复合PE层(4)、第二复合PE层(5)和第三复合PE层(6),所述第一复合PE层(4)由LLDPE和弹性体组成,且所述的弹性体占第一复合PE层(4)总质量的10%以上,所述第二复合PE层(5)由等质量的LLDPE和LDPE组成,所述第三复合PE层(6)由等质量的MLLDPE和LDPE组成。

一种高抗冲击性复合膜
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料薄膜的生产领域,特别是一种高抗冲击性复合膜。
背景技术
复合膜的应用范围十分广泛,利用复合膜制成的各种包装袋也广泛应用于各行各业。当被包装物为冷冻产品时,或包装物需要在低温环境下进行储存、运输时,就需要包装袋能够适应这种低温环境。现在一般会采用BOPA/PE结构的复合膜产品制作的包装袋来实现北方冬季室外运输和存储,但这种传统的复合膜在低温环境下抗冲击性较差,经常会出现破袋的情况。因此现在需要一种能够解决上述问题的方法或装置。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述不足,提出一种能够在低温环境下仍然保持较高抗冲击性能的复合膜。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种高抗冲击性复合膜,其特征在于:所述的复合膜为三层结构,由上至下依次为承印层1、粘合剂层2和PE层3,所述承印层1为流延尼龙层,所述粘合剂层2为双组份聚氨酯粘合剂层,所述PE层3也为三层结构,由上至下依次为第一复合PE层4、第二复合PE层5和第三复合PE层6,所述第一复合PE层4由LLDPE和弹性体组成,且所述的弹性体占第一复合PE层4总质量的10%以上,所述第二复合PE层5由等质量的LLDPE和LDPE组成,所述第三复合PE层6由等质量的MLLDPE和LDPE组成,所述承印层1与PE层3在粘合剂层2的粘合作用下,通过干式复合的方式复合为一体结构。
所述粘合剂层2为脂肪族粘合剂层。
本发明同现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
本种结构形式的高抗冲击性复合膜,其最外层的流延尼龙层在受到冲击时会产生轻微的变形,可以抵消一部分冲击力,同时双组份聚氨酯粘合剂层又会提供较好的粘结牢度,让外层的流延尼龙层与PE层牢固地结合在一起,受力更加均匀;PE层中则加入了一定量的弹性体,这样在受到冲击时能够得到较好的缓冲,让应力能够均匀释放,同时采用个多种PE材料来组成PE层,让本种复合膜又具备了相当的抗寒特性。因此可以说这种复合膜具备了多种优点,特别适合于在本领域中推广应用,其市场前景十分广阔。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。如图1所示:一种高抗冲击性复合膜,该复合膜为三层结构,由上至下依次为承印层1、粘合剂层2和PE层3,所述承印层1为流延尼龙层,所述粘合剂层2为双组份聚氨酯粘合剂层,优选为脂肪族粘合剂层;
所述PE层3也为三层结构,由上至下依次为第一复合PE层4、第二复合PE层5和第三复合PE层6,所述第一复合PE层4由LLDPE和弹性体组成,且所述的弹性体占第一复合PE层4总质量的10%以上,所述第二复合PE层5由等质量的LLDPE和LDPE组成,所述第三复合PE层6由等质量的MLLDPE和LDPE组成;
所述承印层1与PE层3在粘合剂层2的粘合作用下,通过干式复合的方式复合为一体结构。
本发明实施例的高抗冲击性复合膜,采用了特殊的复合层状结构,其最外层的流延尼龙层在受到冲击时会产生轻微的变形,可以抵消一部分冲击力,同时双组份聚氨酯粘合剂层又会提供较好的粘结牢度,让外层的流延尼龙层与PE层牢固地结合在一起,受力更加均匀;PE层中则加入了一定量的弹性体,这样在受到冲击时能够得到较好的缓冲,让应力能够均匀释放,同时采用个多种PE材料来组成PE层,让本种复合膜又具备了相当的抗寒特性。
也就是说,利用本复合膜制备的包装袋,在寒冷的环境下仍然能够具备较好的抗冲击性能。

1.一种高抗冲击性复合膜,其特征在于:所述的复合膜为三层结构,由上至下依次为承印层(1)、粘合剂层(2)和PE层(3),所述承印层(1)为流延尼龙层,所述粘合剂层(2)为双组份聚氨酯粘合剂层,所述PE层(3)也为三层结构,由上至下依次为第一复合PE层(4)、第二复合PE层(5)和第三复合PE层(6),所述第一复合PE层(4)由LLDPE和弹性体组成,且所述的弹性体占第一复合PE层(4)总质量的10%以上,所述第二复合PE层(5)由等质量的LLDPE和LDPE组成,所述第三复合PE层(6)由等质量的MLLDPE和LDPE组成,所述承印层(1)与PE层(3)在粘合剂层(2)的粘合作用下,通过干式复合的方式复合为一体结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高抗冲击性复合膜,其特征在于:所述粘合剂层(2)为脂肪族粘合剂层。
