Abstract
本发明涉及润滑油加工设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种润滑油加热搅拌装置;包括箱体,箱体内沿竖直方向设有转轴,所述转轴一端与设置在箱体顶部的电机转动相连,另一端与支杆中部固定相连,所述支杆两端分别竖直相连有副轴,所述副轴上间隔设置有若干对搅拌叶;通过多轴搅拌设置,能增大搅拌面积,提高搅拌效果;设置有电热丝、加热棒,能提高箱体内温度,彻底将润滑油解冻,防止润滑油中出现结块现象,加热效果好,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油加工设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种润滑油加热搅拌装置。
背景技术
润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,润滑油调和的时候用到加热装置,调和过程中需要对油料加热并保持一定温度,进行充分搅拌调和。润滑油受温度的影响很大,润滑油长时间在较冷的环境下储存时,润滑油随温度的降低粘度增大,流动性变差,对机械的各个零部件的工作性能影响很大,会造成一些零部件损坏,甚至导致整个液压系统瘫痪。所以,在使用时也需要将润滑油加热到合适温度,保证润滑油的功能。现在的加热棒大多是直的,且是固定不动的,这种结构导致了对于远离加热棒处的润滑油加热时间长,加热不充分、不均匀;再者,在加热和搅拌同时进行时,会因为加热棒的存在影响搅拌器的运作。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种能进行加热、搅拌效果好的一种润滑油加热搅拌装置。
本发明一种润滑油加热搅拌装置,包括箱体,箱体内沿竖直方向设有转轴,所述转轴一端与设置在箱体顶部的电机转动相连,另一端与支杆中部固定相连,所述支杆两端分别竖直相连有副轴,所述副轴上间隔设置有若干对搅拌叶,所述箱体内底部还设有一根加热棒,所述加热棒位于两根副轴之间设置,箱体内壁上还设有加热层,所述加热层内设有电加热丝。
优选地,所述箱体顶部设置有进料口,底部设置有出料口。
优选地,所述副轴内呈中空,且副轴内均设有电加热丝。
优选地,所述箱体上设有控制器,所述控制器分别与电加热丝、加热棒和电机电连接。
本发明相对于现有技术,取得了以下的技术效果:
通过多轴搅拌设置,能增大搅拌面积,提高搅拌效果;设置有电热丝、加热棒,能提高箱体内温度,彻底将润滑油解冻,防止润滑油中出现结块现象,加热效果好,使用方便。

具体实施方式
本发明一种润滑油加热搅拌装置,包括箱体1,箱体1内沿竖直方向设有转轴4,所述转轴4一端与设置在箱体1顶部的电机5转动相连,另一端与支杆3中部固定相连,所述支杆3两端分别竖直相连有副轴,所述副轴上间隔设置有若干对搅拌叶2,所述箱体1内底部还设有一根加热棒9,所述加热棒9位于两根副轴之间设置,箱体1内壁上还设有加热层11,所述加热层11内设有电加热丝8。
所述箱体1顶部设置有进料口6,底部设置有出料口10。
所述副轴内呈中空,且副轴内均设有电加热丝8。
所述箱体1上设有控制器7,所述控制器7分别与电加热丝8、加热棒9和电机5电连接
使用时,将需要搅拌的润滑油从进料口6投入至箱体1中,启动控制器7控制电机5,电机5带动转轴4转动,转轴4通过支杆3带动副轴一起转动,对润滑油进行搅拌,同时,电加热丝8和加热棒9一起对润滑油进行加热,减少润滑油粘稠度和结块,提高搅拌效率,最后,搅拌完成后从出料口10中出料,完成收集。

1.一种润滑油加热搅拌装置,包括箱体(1),其特征在于,箱体(1)内沿竖直方向设有转轴(4),所述转轴(4)一端与设置在箱体(1)顶部的电机(5)转动相连,另一端与支杆(3)中部固定相连,所述支杆(3)两端分别竖直相连有副轴,所述副轴上间隔设置有若干对搅拌叶(2),所述箱体(1)内底部还设有一根加热棒(9),所述加热棒(9)位于两根副轴之间设置,箱体(1)内壁上还设有加热层(11),所述加热层(11)内设有电加热丝(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种润滑油加热搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)顶部设置有进料口(6),底部设置有出料口(10)。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种润滑油加热搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述副轴内呈中空,且副轴内均设有电加热丝(8)。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种润滑油加热搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)上设有控制器(7),所述控制器(7)分别与电加热丝(8)、加热棒(9)和电机(5)电连接。
