本发明公开了畜禽粪便除臭液,所述除臭液经独特微生物复合比例化而成,主要为光合菌、芽孢杆菌、嗜粪乳杆菌、酵母菌进行组合,再经过发酵,以生物网链模式复合在一起形成稳定有效互不抵抗、相互协同的高效菌群,是具有分解数量庞大的有机复合物。有益效果在于:强力除臭畜禽舍内的粪便尿液产生的氨气和硫化氢有害物,苍蝇,蚊虫绝迹,畜禽舍内不再有臭味;抑制有害病源菌滋生,消除臭味进而达到净化畜禽舍周边环境;畜禽粪便添加秸秆经除臭液发酵后可制成有机肥,合理利用有效资源,减少浪费。

本发明涉及除臭剂技术领域,特别是涉及畜禽粪便除臭液。
背景技术
我国每年产生大量农作物供养13亿人口,其生产的废气物如秸秆超过8亿吨,加上畜禽养殖规模集体化发展,畜禽粪便年产量超过30亿吨,污染土壤水源及环境,这些农业废弃物蕴藏着丰富的生物质能源和养份,如何有效利用其丰富养份解决环境污染,是急需待处理的难题,将农业废弃物经过微生物发酵除臭制成生物有机肥,不但改善环境,更能将现阶段土壤板结、酸化问题彻底解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供畜禽粪便除臭液。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
畜禽粪便除臭液,所述除臭液经独特微生物复合比例化而成,主要为光合菌、芽孢杆菌、嗜粪乳杆菌、酵母菌进行组合,再经过发酵,以生物网链模式复合在一起形成稳定有效互不抵抗、相互协同的高效菌群,是具有分解数量庞大的有机复合物。
进一步的,所述光合菌的特征:菌落在PSB琼脂培养基上,菌落圆形、紫色,边缘整齐、光滑、湿润,略有光泽,不透明,革兰氏染色阴性,细胞单个排列,卵圆形至杆状,长1-1.5um,宽0.5-0.7um,光照厌氧培养菌悬液呈红色,黑暗好氧生长呈淡粉色,优选的可利用的良好有机碳源是乙酸钠、丙酸钠,其次是丁酸钠、苹果酸、乙酸醇,同时还可以利用的有蔗糖、乳糖、乳酸、甘油、苯甲酸钠、蛋白胨、酵母膏等,不能利用葡萄糖、柠檬酸钠等。
进一步的,所述酵母菌的特征:菌落在麦芽汁琼脂培养基上,培养10天后,菌落奶酪状,乳白色,表面平滑,边缘整齐,细胞球形,卵形至椭圆形,约 (4.8-7.2)um×(4.8-9.6)um,液体培养有沉淀形成。
进一步的,所述芽孢杆菌的特征:菌落在营养肉汁琼脂培养基(NA)上,菌落圆形、全缘、乳白色偏黄、脂状光泽、透明、有同心圆,革兰氏染色阴性,细胞杆状,约0.5um×1.5um,有芽孢,芽孢中生,包囊膨大不明显,有周生鞭毛。
进一步的,所述嗜酸乳杆菌的特征:菌落在番茄汁葡萄糖琼脂培养基上,菌落圆形、全缘、白色、透明,有光泽,革兰氏染色阳性,细胞杆状,从细长杆状到球杆状,单个或成链。
进一步的,该除臭剂的应用:畜禽粪便添加秸秆经除臭液发酵后可制成有机肥,每吨粪便及秸秆使用除臭发酵液2kg兑水稀释40%后均匀喷施于粪便,装入发酵桶中发酵2天后温度可达65℃后杀灭有害病原菌和虫卵及臭味,连续2/3 次,一周后即为生物有机肥。
本发明的有益效果在于:强力除臭畜禽舍内的粪便尿液产生的氨气和硫化氢有害物,苍蝇,蚊虫绝迹,畜禽舍内不再有臭味;抑制有害病源菌滋生,消除臭味进而达到净化畜禽舍周边环境;畜禽粪便添加秸秆经除臭液发酵后可制成有机肥,合理利用有效资源,减少浪费。

本实施例中,所述嗜酸乳杆菌的特征:菌落在番茄汁葡萄糖琼脂培养基上,菌落圆形、全缘、白色、透明,有光泽,革兰氏染色阳性,细胞杆状,从细长杆状到球杆状,单个或成链。
本实施例中,该除臭剂的应用:畜禽粪便添加秸秆经除臭液发酵后可制成有机肥,每吨粪便及秸秆使用除臭发酵液2kg兑水稀释40%后均匀喷施于粪便,装入发酵桶中发酵2天后温度可达65℃后杀灭有害病原菌和虫卵及臭味,连续 2/3次,一周后即为生物有机肥。

6.根据权利要求1所述的畜禽粪便除臭液,其特征在于:该除臭剂的应用:畜禽粪便添加秸秆经除臭液发酵后可制成有机肥,每吨粪便及秸秆使用除臭发酵液2kg兑水稀释40%后均匀喷施于粪便,装入发酵桶中发酵2天后温度可达65℃后杀灭有害病原菌和虫卵及臭味,连续2/3次,一周后即为生物有机肥。
