本发明公开并提供了一种金属色素含量稳定、成膜性好、成膜稳定性高且具有保湿滋润功能的唇彩的配方。本发明使用高分子物质作为主要的色粉悬浮和增稠成分,能够加大色粉的使用量,为唇彩带来明亮、厚重、前卫的金属色质感。同时,此类高分子材料成膜性极佳,与唇部皮肤具有很好的贴合力,能够保持常时间不脱落,避免了因唇彩脱落而导致人体吸收后带来的不良健康后果;使用粘度小、易涂抹的高滋润油脂,增加了涂抹时的爽滑清柔感;其使用的小烛树蜡和微晶蜡除了增稠外,还具有保护唇部皮肤的功能;使用具有保湿和营养作用的卵磷脂和胶原蛋白,实现对唇部皮肤湿润、保湿和提供营养的功能,使唇部皮肤变得光滑柔润。本发明配方适用于化妆品领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保湿滋润金属色唇彩配方。
背景技术
爱美的女性都注重对唇部的修饰。最先使用的是口红,口红一般是固体,使用油、蜡、软化剂,使口红能够凝固、持久,对嘴唇具有美化、滋润、保护的功能。
后来出现了唇彩,唇彩呈粘稠液体或薄体膏状,富含各类高度滋润油脂,所含蜡质及色彩颜料较少,遮盖力较强,上色后使双唇湿润立体感强,色彩也相对口红丰富。
目前,采用几种方式对唇彩产品中的色素或者珠光进行,包括利用矿物蜡或者植物蜡来增加体系稠度和悬浮分散度;或者使用纳米气相二氧化硅来作为悬浮剂,达到稳定色粉和珠光的效果。
采用蜡类作为悬浮增稠剂,随着温度的升高,部分蜡会逐渐由固体变为液体,反复多次会导致油蜡-色粉体系分离,唇彩产品易出现裂纹或者分层。另外,当蜡类使用量较大时,涂抹时带有厚重、凝滞感,而不是消费者需要的轻柔、薄滑的感觉。
气相二氧化硅因为本身具有多孔结构和较大的比表面积,能够吸附较多的油脂,但是放置一段时间后,吸附的油脂容易析出,会导致色粉悬浮稳定体系的破坏。
现在市场上销售的唇彩,由于上述原因,涂抹后容易出现粘腻厚重的感觉,同时,因成膜材料与唇部皮肤的接触力度不够导致容易脱妆,很多消费者难以接受。
因此,开发一种具备能够稳定分散色素能力,使得唇彩产品中色素含量提高,从而带来前卫的金属质感,同时成膜性好,涂抹轻薄爽滑,且能通过添加天然物质带来保湿、营养功能的唇彩化妆品,将会有很好的市场效益。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种金属色素含量稳定、成膜性好、成膜稳定性高且具有保湿滋润功能的唇彩配方。
本发明配方按百分比算,包含以下组分:聚异丁烯18%-26%,乙烯-环戊二烯共聚物22.5%-30.5%,二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯16%-24%,肉荳蔻酸异丙酯6.5%-14.5%,二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石5%-13%,失水山梨醇倍半异硬脂酸酯1%-3%,16烷基烯-乙烯吡咯烷酮聚合物0.2%-0.8%,二甲基硅氧烷-乙烯二甲基硅氧烷聚合物0.2%-0.8%,合成蜡 0.5%-1.5%,小烛树蜡0.5%-1.5%,微晶蜡0.2%-0.8%,卵磷脂0.2%-0.8%,胶原蛋白0.5%-1.5%,色粉1%-7%,苯氧乙醇0.2%-0.8%,乙基己基甘油0.2%-0.8%。

本发明的有益效果在于:本发明配方使用悬浮效果极佳的聚异丁烯、乙烯-环戊二烯共聚物、16烷基-乙烯吡咯烷酮聚合物,能够使得色粉具有很好的分散、悬浮效果,从而实现美观厚重的金属色唇彩。同时,这些聚合物还可在唇部快速形成一层薄膜,附着力强,保持持久美唇效果。
通过二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、肉荳蔻酸异丙酯的作用,增加了唇彩的易涂性,并能降低油腻感,兼有滋润柔软皮肤的作用。
使用二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石,增加唇彩涂抹时的爽滑感觉,还能吸收油分,控制唇釉的粘度,消除使用时的油腻感。
使用合成蜡、小烛树蜡,结合失水山梨醇倍半异硬脂酸的乳化作用,以及使用微晶蜡的粘度控制作用,实现唇彩配方体系的稳定性。合成蜡、小烛树蜡还能对唇部皮肤形成保护作用。
另外,通过胶原蛋白的保湿滋润作用,以及胶原蛋白和软磷脂的营养唇部皮肤的功能,实现唇部皮肤湿润、水嫩,同时为唇部皮肤提供充分的水和氧气等营养,使皮肤变得光滑柔润。

二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石:抗结块剂、柔润剂、乳化安定剂、黏度控制剂,控油成份,能吸附较自己重量数倍的油脂;
合成蜡:二十三酸-异硬脂酸-二十酸甘油酯,亲油性增稠剂、乳化安定剂、成膜剂、肌肤保护剂;
小烛树蜡:亲油性增稠剂、乳化安定剂、成膜剂、肌肤保护剂;
微晶蜡:结合剂、乳化安定剂、稠化剂、粘度控制剂;
卵磷脂:又称为蛋黄素,被誉为与蛋白质、维生素并列的“第三营养素”,卵磷脂是通过增加血红素,为皮肤提供充分的水和氧气等营养,使皮肤变得光滑柔润;
胶原蛋白:胶原蛋白含亲水性的天然保湿因子,而且三螺旋结构能强劲锁住水分,让皮肤时刻保持湿润、水嫩的状态。活性胶原蛋白对皮肤的渗透性强,可透过角质层与皮肤上皮细胞结合,参与和改善皮肤细胞的代谢,使皮肤中的胶原蛋白活性加强。它能保持角质层水分及纤维结构的完整性,改善皮肤细胞生存环境和促进皮肤组织的新陈代谢,增强血液循环,达到滋润皮肤的目的;
色粉:包括铁红、铁黑、钛白粉、珠光等,为唇彩带来亮丽色彩;
苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油:防腐剂。
本发明使用高分子物质作为主要的色粉悬浮和增稠成分,能够加大色粉的使用量,为唇彩带来明亮、厚重、前卫的金属色质感。同时,此类高分子材料成膜性极佳,与唇部皮肤具有很好的贴合力,能够保持常时间不脱落,避免了因唇彩脱落而导致人体吸收后带来的不良健康后果;使用粘度小、易涂抹的高滋润油脂,增加了涂抹时的爽滑清柔感觉;另外,蜡的含量下降至2.5%,而其使用的小烛树蜡和微晶蜡除了增稠以外,还具有保护唇部皮肤的功能;为了解决唇部经常因为使用化妆品而带来的容易干燥、脱皮或者炎症问题,使用具有保湿和营养作用的卵磷脂和胶原蛋白,实现对唇部皮肤湿润、保湿和提供营养的功能,使唇部皮肤变得光滑柔润。
通过本发明配方所配制的保湿滋润金属色唇彩的制备方法:
(1)将聚异丁烯、乙烯-环戊二烯共聚物、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、肉荳蔻酸异丙酯、二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石、失水山梨醇倍半异硬脂酸酯、16烷基烯-乙烯吡咯烷酮聚合物、二甲基硅氧烷-乙烯二甲基硅氧烷聚合物、合成蜡混合在一起,在90度下溶解,搅拌均匀;
(2)将温度降至70度,加入卵磷脂、胶原蛋白、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油,继续搅拌均匀;
(3)加入色粉调色,在70度下搅拌均匀,即可出料。
