Abstract

本发明公开了一种偏角式扭纹头发造型器，包括基于铰链结构可开合的上握持部和下握持部，上握持部连接有上夹头，下握持部连接有下夹头，在上夹头上设置有上夹持面，在下夹头上设置有下夹持面，上夹持面和下夹持面上下配对设置并形成对头发的夹持面；其中，上夹持面相对于上握持部具有上扭曲偏角，下夹持面相对于下握持部具有下扭曲偏角，上扭曲偏角与下扭曲偏角相同。本发明中发热板设置扭曲偏角，无需手部转动即可实现倾斜一定角度的扭纹形状，层次感强，并且烫发的操作方便，不需要太大烫发动作的改变即可完成烫发。

技术领域
本发明涉及造型器技术领域，特别是一种偏角式扭纹头发造型器。
背景技术
头发造型器，包括直发器、卷发器等，主要用于对头发进行形状的造型。目前的直发器，其结构一般为包括基于铰链结构可开合的上握持部和下握持部，在上握持部连接有上夹头，在下握持部连接有下夹头，在上夹头上设置有上夹持面，在下夹头上设置有下夹持面，上夹持面和下夹持面上下配对设置并形成对头发的夹持面，而目前常见的上夹持面和下夹持面一般是平直夹持面结构。
如授权公告号为CN 206137462 U的中国发明专利，公开了一种偏角式结构的直发器，包括上夹板和与上夹板铰接的下夹板，所述上夹板具有上握持部和与上握持部连接的上夹头，上夹头相对于上握持部具有扭曲偏角α；所述下夹板具有与上握持部配合的下握持部，所述下握持部连接有与上夹头配合的下夹头；还包括设置于上夹板或下夹板的PCB控制板；该直发器在使用时，可使头部具有更好的支撑作用，避免了头部承受横向拉力，体验更佳，该直发器采用更加符合使用习惯的结构设计，具有操作方便和省力的优点。虽然上夹头和下夹头均相对于握持部具有扭曲偏角，使得用户操作比较方便，但是其发热板依然是平直结构，这对头发的造型效果并未真正起到实质用处。
如授权公告号为CN 201806120 U的中国发明专利，公开了一种新式电热烫发器，属于头发处理装置技术领域。该发明所述新式电热烫发器，所述新式电热烫发器包括手柄、电加热器、夹臂、夹发板，所述电加热器设置在夹臂中，夹发板设置在夹臂的内侧面上，所述夹发板固定在电加热器上或夹发板通过导轨安装在电加热器上；所述夹发板另一面呈波浪型，夹臂上下的两块夹发板相互咬合。该发明所述的新式电热烫发器改变了以往的夹发板的机构，把平面或V型面改变为波浪型曲面，这样可以得到不同的发型。并且该发明所述的新式电热烫发器夹臂可以调换角度，这样更加方便使用。虽然夹持面由常见的平面或V型面改变为波峰高度相同的波浪曲面，但是对头发的造型效果依然是过于规矩，标准的波浪形状，使得头发缺少层次感，改变效果需要用户不断地切换造型器的角度，手部动作大，操作并不方便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种偏角式扭纹头发造型器。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采取的技术方案是：一种偏角式扭纹头发造型器，包括基于铰链结构可开合的上握持部和下握持部，上握持部连接有上夹头，下握持部连接有下夹头，在上夹头上设置有上夹持面，在下夹头上设置有下夹持面，上夹持面和下夹持面上下配对设置；其中，所述上夹持面相对于上握持部具有上扭曲偏角，所述下夹持面相对于下握持部具有下扭曲偏角，上扭曲偏角与下扭曲偏角相同。
上述技术方案中，所述上夹头相对于上握持部具有所述的上扭曲偏角，所述下夹头相对于下握持部具有所述的下扭曲偏角。
上述技术方案中，所述上扭曲偏角和下扭曲偏角为60-120度。
上述技术方案中，所述上夹头与上夹持面之间设置上隔热层，所述下夹头与下夹持面之间设置下隔热层。
上述技术方案中，所述上夹持面的边缘外侧设置有上边齿，所述下夹持面的边缘外侧设置有下边齿。
上述技术方案中，所述上夹头或下夹头的端部设置有辅助握持部。
本发明的有益效果是：发热板设置扭曲偏角，无需手部转动即可实现倾斜一定角度的扭纹形状，层次感强，并且烫发的操作方便，不需要太大烫发动作的改变即可完成烫发。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示一实施例，一种偏角式扭纹头发造型器，包括基于铰链结构可开合的上握持部1和下握持部2，上握持部1连接有上夹头3，下握持部2连接有下夹头4，在上夹头3上设置有上夹持面5，在下夹头4上设置有下夹持面6，上夹持面5和下夹持面6上下配对设置；其中，所述上夹持面5相对于上握持部1具有上扭曲偏角10，所述下夹持面6相对于下握持部2具有下扭曲偏角11，上扭曲偏角10与下扭曲偏角11相同，保持夹持面的贴合。上夹持面5和下夹持面6均与电控装置电连接，实现通电发热。为了保证发热效率，上夹持面5为上发热板的发热面，下夹持面6为下发热板的发热面，也就是说上发热板相对于上握持部1具有上扭曲偏角，下发热板相对于下握持部2具有下扭曲偏角。
其中，所述上夹头3相对于上握持部1具有所述的上扭曲偏角，所述下夹头4相对于下握持部2具有所述的下扭曲偏角。上夹头3和下夹头4均设置有该扭曲偏角，可以使得用户操作更加方便和省力。
如图2-3所示，所述上扭曲偏角和下扭曲偏角为60-120度。该上/下扭曲偏角的角度分别以握持部的内侧平面以及夹持面的末端所在平面（外端处）作为参考基准，扭曲的轴心为握持部的长轴心。即为，上夹持面、上夹头和上握持部，其扭曲的轴线均在同一轴线上，本实施例中以上握持部的长轴线作为该同一轴线。下夹持面、下夹头和下握持部，其扭曲的轴线均在同一轴线上，本实施例中以下握持部的长轴线作为该同一轴线。
其中，所述上夹头3与上夹持面5之间设置上隔热层，所述下夹头4与下夹持面6之间设置下隔热层。上隔热层和下隔热层均起到隔绝发热板热量传递到上夹头3和下夹头4的作用，使得上夹头3和下夹头4表面均与上夹持面5和下夹持面6之间形成冷热温差。上隔热层和下隔热层可以为冷凝胶或者隔热棉。
如图4所示的另一实施例，所述上夹持面5的边缘外侧设置有上边齿8，所述下夹持面6的边缘外侧设置有下边齿9。上夹持面5和下夹持面6夹持头发时，上边齿8和下边齿9可以相互啮合也可以不啮合，均能对头发产生梳理作用。当然该上边齿8和下边齿9可以设置一圈、两圈等。
其中，所述上夹头3或下夹头4的端部设置有辅助握持部7。在使用本发明之时，一手握上/下握持部2，另一手辅助夹住辅助握持部，加强夹持效果。
本发明的工作原理：手持上握持部1和下握持部2，并张开上夹头3和下夹头4，将头发放入上夹持面5和下夹持面6之间的夹持区间，启动造型器电源（也可预先启动），上夹持面5和下夹持面6发热，闭合上夹持面5和下夹持面6，直拉即可造出扭纹形状的头发造型。
以上的实施例只是在于说明而不是限制本发明，故凡依本发明专利申请范围所述的方法所做的等效变化或修饰，均包括于本发明专利申请范围内。

Claims (1)

1.一种偏角式扭纹头发造型器，包括基于铰链结构可开合的上握持部和下握持部，上握持部连接有上夹头，下握持部连接有下夹头，在上夹头上设置有上夹持面，上夹持面为上发热板的发热面并且与电控装置电连接以实现通电发热；在下夹头上设置有下夹持面，下夹持面为下发热板的发热面并且与电控装置电连接以实现通电发热；上夹持面与下夹持面上下配对设置；其特征在于：上发热板和上夹持面是扭曲的而不是平的，所述上夹持面相对于上握持部具有上扭曲偏角，并且下发热板和下夹持面是扭曲的而不是平的，所述下夹持面相对于下握持部具有下扭曲偏角，上扭曲偏角与下扭曲偏角相同，其中，上扭曲偏角是上握持部的内侧平面与上夹持面的末端所在平面之间的夹角，所述上夹持面的末端背离上握持部的内侧平面；下扭曲偏角是下握持部的内侧平面与下夹持面的末端所在平面之间的夹角，所述下夹持面的末端背离下握持部的内侧平面，其中，上扭曲偏角和下扭曲偏角为60-120度，其中，上夹头与上夹持面之间设置上隔热层，下夹头与下夹持面之间设置下隔热层，其中，上夹持面的边缘外侧设置有上边齿，下夹持面的边缘外侧设置有下边齿，以及其中，上夹头或下夹头的端部设置有辅助握持部。
