一种调理湿热体质的浸膏，其特征在于包括下列重量份原料：淡竹叶5-15份、栀子5-15份、茯苓5-15份、白扁豆5-15份、橘皮5-15份、金银花5-15份、蒲公英5-15份、砂仁5-15份、薏苡仁5-15份、浙贝母5-15份、白芷1-15份、莱菔子1-15份、莲子1-15份、芡实1-15份、山药1-15份、桔梗1-15份、火麻仁1-15份、荷叶1-15份、木瓜1-15份、龙眼肉1-15份、生姜1-15份、甘草1-15份。

一种调理湿热体质的浸膏制备方法，其特征在于以下步骤：取淡竹叶、栀子、茯苓、白扁豆、橘皮、金银花、蒲公英、砂仁、薏苡仁、浙贝母、白芷、莱菔子、莲子、芡实、山药、桔梗、火麻仁、荷叶、木瓜、龙眼肉、生姜、甘草用水洗净、混合，加入8倍质量的水中浸泡半个小时，然后加热至沸腾，再用小火煎煮2-5小时，再用100-200目过滤药渣，得到比重为1.0-1.1的混合膏液，再将阿胶粉放入混合膏液进行糊化，糊化温度90-95℃，糊化时间20-50分钟，然后在60-65℃的温度下均质2次，再将均质后的混合膏液进行高温灭菌，再经灌装封口、冷却、包装制成，其组分的重量百分比为：混合膏液85-95%、阿胶粉5-15%。
所述的制成浸膏的比重为1.35-1.45。
本发明饮用时，将膏放在瓷杯中，倒上沸水搅拌后可以饮用，每日早、晚各服1-3毫升，根据以往防治结果统计，总有效率达95%。

本发明根据人的湿热体质特征，利用中医体质平衡原理，选以药食两用素材进行搭配，组分中的淡竹叶甘淡渗利、性寒清降、清热泻火、除烦、利尿通淋，栀子清热利湿泻火除烦凉血解毒，茯苓利水渗湿、健脾安神，白扁豆补脾胃、和中化湿、消暑解毒，橘皮理气健脾、燥湿化痰，金银花芳香透散、清热解毒，蒲公英清热解毒、消肿散结、利尿通淋，砂仁化湿开胃、健脾理气，薏苡仁利水渗湿、健脾解毒，浙贝母清热化痰、解毒散结，白芷燥湿消肿排脓，莱菔子消食下气，莲子补脾益肾养心，芡实益肾补脾除湿，山药补脾养胃、益肺补肾，桔梗宣肺祛痰，火麻仁润肠通便，荷叶利湿升阳，木瓜和胃化湿，龙眼肉补益心脾，生姜调和脾胃，甘草调和诸药，阿胶补血养血、滋阴润肺。配方中淡竹叶、栀子为君药，金银花、蒲公英、浙贝母、砂仁、薏苡仁为臣药，淡竹叶、白芷、、橘皮、茯苓、莱菔子、莲子、芡实、山药、桔梗、火麻仁、荷叶、木瓜、龙眼肉、生姜为佐药，甘草、阿胶共为使药，诸药合用共奏清热泻火、健脾利湿之功之功，是一种具有益气健脾、补益肺肾、利水渗湿、清热祛湿、行气理气、调畅人体气机等功效的膏状食品，用于湿热体质的调理具有良好的效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明：
实施例1
采收淡竹叶、栀子、茯苓、白扁豆、橘皮、金银花、蒲公英、砂仁、薏苡仁、浙贝母、白芷、莱菔子、莲子、芡实、山药、桔梗、火麻仁、荷叶、木瓜、龙眼肉、生姜、甘草、阿胶粉，备用；
称取上述采收的淡竹叶8份、栀子6份、茯苓7份、白扁豆5份、橘皮5份、金银花5份、蒲公英4份、砂仁5份、薏苡仁5份、浙贝母5份、白芷4份、莱菔子4份、莲子4份、芡实4份、山药4份、桔梗4份、火麻仁5份、荷叶3份、木瓜3份、龙眼肉4份、生姜3份、甘草3份，用水洗净、混合，加入8倍质量的水中浸泡半个小时，然后加热至沸腾，再用小火煎煮5小时，再用100目过滤药渣，得到比重为1.1的混合膏液，再将阿胶粉放入混合膏液进行糊化，糊化温度95℃，糊化时间20分钟，然后在65℃的温度下均质2次，再将均质后的混合膏液进行高温灭菌，再经灌装封口、冷却、包装制成本发明浸膏。
实施例2
采收淡竹叶、栀子、茯苓、白扁豆、橘皮、金银花、蒲公英、砂仁、薏苡仁、浙贝母、白芷、莱菔子、莲子、芡实、山药、桔梗、火麻仁、荷叶、木瓜、龙眼肉、生姜、甘草、阿胶粉，备用；
称取上述采收的淡竹叶7份、栀子6份、茯苓7份、白扁豆5份、橘皮5份、金银花5份、蒲公英4份、砂仁5份、薏苡仁5份、浙贝母5份、白芷4份、莱菔子5份、莲子4份、芡实4份、山药4份、桔梗4份、火麻仁5份、荷叶3份、木瓜3份、龙眼肉4份、生姜3份、甘草3份，用水洗净、混合，加入8倍质量的水中浸泡半个小时，然后加热至沸腾，再用小火煎煮3小时，再用200目过滤药渣，得到比重为1.0的混合膏液，再将阿胶粉放入混合膏液进行糊化，糊化温度95℃，糊化时间20分钟，然后在65℃的温度下均质2次，再将均质后的混合膏液进行高温灭菌，再经灌装封口、冷却、包装制成本发明浸膏。
实施例3
采收淡竹叶、栀子、茯苓、白扁豆、橘皮、金银花、蒲公英、砂仁、薏苡仁、浙贝母、白芷、莱菔子、莲子、芡实、山药、桔梗、火麻仁、荷叶、木瓜、龙眼肉、生姜、甘草、阿胶粉，备用；
称取上述采收的淡竹叶6份、栀子7份、茯苓8份、白扁豆5份、橘皮5份、金银花5份、蒲公英4份、砂仁5份、薏苡仁5份、浙贝母5份、白芷4份、莱菔子4份、莲子4份、芡实4份、山药4份、桔梗5份、火麻仁5份、荷叶3份、木瓜3份、龙眼肉4份、生姜3份、甘草3份，用水洗净、混合，加入8倍质量的水中浸泡半个小时，然后加热至沸腾，再用小火煎煮5小时，再用100目过滤药渣，得到比重为1.0的混合膏液，再将阿胶粉放入混合膏液进行糊化，糊化温度90℃，糊化时间50分钟，然后在60℃的温度下均质2次，再将均质后的混合膏液进行高温灭菌，再经灌装封口、冷却、包装制成本发明浸膏。

Claims (3)

1.一种调理湿热体质的浸膏，其特征在于包括下列重量份原料：淡竹叶5-15份、栀子5-15份、茯苓5-15份、白扁豆5-15份、橘皮5-15份、金银花5-15份、蒲公英5-15份、砂仁5-15份、薏苡仁5-15份、浙贝母5-15份、白芷1-15份、莱菔子1-15份、莲子1-15份、芡实1-15份、山药1-15份、桔梗1-15份、火麻仁1-15份、荷叶1-15份、木瓜1-15份、龙眼肉1-15份、生姜1-15份、甘草1-15份。
2.一种调理湿热体质的浸膏制备方法，其特征在于以下步骤：取淡竹叶、栀子、茯苓、白扁豆、橘皮、金银花、蒲公英、砂仁、薏苡仁、浙贝母、白芷、莱菔子、莲子、芡实、山药、桔梗、火麻仁、荷叶、木瓜、龙眼肉、生姜、甘草用水洗净、混合，加入8倍质量的水中浸泡半个小时，然后加热至沸腾，再用小火煎煮2-5小时，再用100-200目过滤药渣，得到比重为1.0-1.1的混合膏液，再将阿胶粉放入混合膏液进行糊化，糊化温度90-95℃，糊化时间20-50分钟，然后在60-65℃的温度下均质2次，再将均质后的混合膏液进行高温灭菌，再经灌装封口、冷却、包装制成，其组分的重量百分比为：混合膏液85-95%、阿胶粉5-15%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种调理湿热体质的浸膏制备方法，其特征在于所述的制成浸膏的比重为1.35-1.45。
