the POI of interest is a landmark and a sight spot on an electronic map, and is used for marking places such as government departments represented by the place, commercial institutions (such as gas stations, department stores, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, convenience stores, hospitals and the like) of various industries, public facilities (parks, public toilets and the like), tourist attractions, transportation facilities (such as various stations, parking lots, overspeed cameras, speed limit marks) and the like.
Example 1
According to an embodiment of the invention, an information pushing method is provided.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the information pushing method may be applied to a hardware environment formed by the terminal 102 and the server 104 shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, a terminal 102 is connected to a server 104 via a network including, but not limited to: the terminal 102 may be a mobile phone terminal, or may also be a PC terminal, a notebook terminal, or a tablet terminal.
The main operating principles of the hardware environment system shown in fig. 1 are:
the user often can pass through terminal equipment and connect wifi when carrying out the offline activity, and every wifi all has unique ID, can confirm corresponding wifi's geographical position according to this ID. When the terminal equipment is connected to the wifi, the ID of the wifi connected with the terminal equipment can be actively uploaded to the server, and the server judges whether different terminal equipment is connected to the same wifi or not according to the ID. And judging the similarity of offline activities among users holding the terminal equipment according to the condition that different terminal equipment are connected to the same wifi. For users with similar offline activities, behaviors such as advertisement pushing and friend pushing can be performed.
Due to the uniqueness of each wifi, multiple users connected to the same wifi can be determined more accurately. The problem of low accuracy of similarity calculation caused by inaccurate position of the positioning terminal equipment in the prior art is solved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an information pushing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step S202, wireless network connection data reported by the first terminal and the second terminal are collected.
The first terminal may be a terminal of a first user and the second terminal may be a terminal of a second user. The first user and the second user are any two users of the plurality of users. The wireless network connection data may be data indicating that the terminal is connected to the wireless network, and may include a name of the wireless network to which the terminal is connected, an IP address, a mac address, a connection duration, the number of times that the same terminal is connected to the same wifi, and the like.
When the wireless network connection data is collected, the wifi connected or scanned by the terminal is collected, and the unique identification (such as the mac address) of the connected or scanned wifi and the connection or scanning times are recorded. When the terminal of the user is connected with the wifi, the fact that the user comes from the place where the wifi is located can be explained, or when the terminal of the user scans a wifi signal with a relatively strong signal, the fact that the user comes from the place where the wifi is located can also be explained. Therefore, wifi connected or scanned by the terminal is collected.
That is, collecting the wireless network connection data reported by the first terminal and the second terminal includes: collecting the mac address and the connection times of the first terminal and the second terminal for connecting the wireless network at the offline active site; and/or collecting the mac address and the scanning times of the wireless network scanned by the first terminal and the second terminal at the offline activity site.
The collected addresses and connection times of the wireless networks may be stored in the form of an array (BSSID, number of times). The BSSID is used for representing a mac address of wifi connected or scanned by the terminal, and the number of times is the number of times that a user connects or scans the wifi represented by the mac address in a period of time. When the terminal connects to the wireless network indicated by the BSSID once, the terminal is indicated to appear once at the corresponding POI, and therefore, the meaning of the array expression is that the user corresponding to the terminal appears at the location corresponding to the BSSID and the number of appearances at the location.
The data collected by the terminal scanning the wireless network can also be recorded in an array mode, however, in order to accurately represent that the user appears at the place corresponding to the mac address, the user is considered to reach the POI represented by the wireless network only when the signal intensity of the scanned wireless network reaches a certain degree.
That is, collecting the mac address and the scanning times of the first terminal and the second terminal scanning the wireless network at the offline activity site includes: judging whether the maximum signal intensity of the wireless network scanned by the first terminal is greater than or equal to-60 dBm or not; if the maximum signal intensity of the wireless network scanned by the first terminal is judged to be larger than or equal to-60 dBm, recording the times of scanning the wireless network by the first terminal; and if the maximum signal intensity of the wireless network scanned by the first terminal is judged to be less than-60 dBm, not recording the times of scanning the wireless network by the first terminal.
That is, the user is considered to perform offline activities at the POI corresponding to the wireless network only when the signal strength of the scanned wireless network reaches a certain degree, and the POI corresponding to the wireless network which does not reach the signal strength can be considered to be passed by the user but not to perform offline activities at the POI.
It should be noted that the terminal of the user connects or scans the wireless network once to record the occurrence number once. The number of times that the same POI appears can also be combined as desired. For example, analyzing offline activity of a user in a quarter may combine multiple occurrences of the same POI into one in a day.
Optionally, the collecting wireless network connection data reported by the first terminal and the second terminal includes: collecting an offline consumption record of a first terminal, wherein the offline consumption record comprises an ID of a consumption object; and taking the ID and consumption times of the consumption object corresponding to the first terminal as wireless network connection data.
The mac address of the wireless network can represent the POI where the user appears, and the user can use the terminal to carry out mobile payment, and can also determine the place where the user appears by the ID of the mobile payment payee carried out by the terminal. Therefore, the offline consumption record of the terminal can be collected to generate an array (ID of the consumption object, consumption number).
Step S204, determining a first connection characteristic of the first terminal and a second connection characteristic of the second terminal according to the wireless network connection data, wherein the first connection characteristic comprises a first network identifier used for representing the offline activity site of the first terminal and the number of times that the first terminal appears in the offline activity site corresponding to the first network identifier, and the second connection characteristic comprises a second network identifier used for representing the offline activity site of the second terminal and the number of times that the second terminal appears in the offline activity site corresponding to the second network identifier.
For example, the first connection feature of the first terminal includes: [ (id1,3), (id2,5), (id3,8), (id4,6), (id6,2) ], which indicates that the first terminal has occurred 3, 5, 8, 6,2 times at id1, id2, id3, id4, id6, respectively, the second connection feature of the second terminal includes: [ (id1,5), (id3,6), (id4,9), (id5,3), (id6,1) ], which indicates that 3,6, 9, 3, 1 occurrences occurred at id1, id2, id3, id4, id5, id6, respectively. Wherein id1, id2, id3, id4 and id6 are first network identifiers, and 3, 5, 8, 6 and 2 corresponding to the first network identifiers are the occurrence times of corresponding offline activity sites; id1, id2, id3, id4, id5 and id6 are second network identifiers, and 3,6, 9, 3 and 1 are the occurrence times of corresponding offline activity sites. It should be noted that id in the above-mentioned arrays is used to indicate a mac address of wifi connected or scanned by the terminal, and the number in each array is used to indicate the number of occurrences of the terminal in an offline activity place corresponding to the mac address, where the first network identifier is used to indicate the mac address of wifi connected or scanned by the first terminal, and the second network identifier is used to indicate the mac address connected or scanned by the second terminal.
And step S206, determining the offline activity similarity of the first terminal and the second terminal according to the first connection characteristic and the second connection characteristic.
Optionally, the determining the similarity of the offline activities of the first terminal and the second terminal according to the first connection characteristic and the second connection characteristic comprises: determining the same offline activity place corresponding to the first network identifier and the second network identifier and the times of the first terminal and the second terminal appearing in the same offline activity place according to the first connection characteristic and the second connection characteristic; and determining the offline activity similarity of the first terminal and the second terminal according to the same offline activity place and the times of the same offline activity place.
The first connection characteristic and the second connection characteristic both comprise network identification and times, so that the offline activity similarity of the users corresponding to the first terminal and the second terminal can be determined by comparing the network identification with the corresponding times. For example, the first connection feature and the second connection feature include a plurality of same network identifiers, which indicates that a first user corresponding to the first terminal and a second user corresponding to the second terminal both have visited POIs corresponding to the same network identifiers, and if the plurality of same network identifiers correspond to a greater number of times, further indicates that the first user and the second user both frequently visit the POIs, then the first user and the second user have similarity in offline activities.
Specifically, the offline activity similarity of the first terminal and the second terminal may be obtained as follows:
Figure BDA0001398337870000081
wherein id belongs to offline activity sites where the first terminal and the second terminal have appeared together,
Figure BDA0001398337870000082
indicates the number of times the first terminal appears at the offline activity site indicated by id,
Figure BDA0001398337870000083
Representing the number of occurrences of the second terminal at the offline activity site represented by id, and a cod function for mapping the number of occurrences of the first terminal and the second terminal at the same offline activity site to [0,1 ]]The min function is used to take the smaller of the number of times the first terminal and the second terminal appear in the same offline activity site.
Wherein the min function represents the number of times the first terminal and the second terminal co-occur at the same offline activity site.
The cod function can be expressed as follows:
cod (cocur) ═ 2 sigmod (0.5 cocur) -1, where cocur represents
Figure BDA0001398337870000084
For example, the first connection feature of the first terminal includes: [ (id1,3), (id2,5), (id3,8), (id4,6), (id6,2) ], which indicates that 3, 5, 8, 6,2 occurrences occurred at id1, id2, id3, id4, id6, respectively, the second connection feature of the second terminal includes: [ (id1,5), (id3,6), (id4,9), (id5,3), (id6,1) ], which indicates that 3,6, 9, 3, 1 occurrences occurred at id1, id2, id3, id4, id5, id6, respectively. The first terminal and the second terminal co-occur 3 times at id1, 6 times at id3,6 times at id4, and 1 time at id6, then
simA,B
cod(3)+cod(6)+cod(6)+cod(1)=
0.635+0.905+0.905+0.245=2.69
Then the similarity of the offline activity of the first user and the second user is 2.69.
And step S208, when the similarity of the offline activities of the first terminal and the second terminal meets a preset condition, pushing information to the second terminal, wherein the pushed information is matched with the offline activity place corresponding to the first network identifier.
The preset condition may be a certain value, for example, the preset condition may be 1.5, and when the similarity is greater than or equal to 1.5, it is determined that the offline activity similarity between the first terminal and the second terminal is greater. Based on the method, the promotion information of the POI frequently visited by the first user can be sent to the second user, or the first user is recommended to the second user as a friend.
Similar users can be classified by judging the similarity of offline activities among the users. Similar users may have the same habits and hobbies and have common languages, and the users can be recommended as friends and also can be recommended with advertisements, and the recommended advertisements can be the current activity places corresponding to the network identifiers.
Through the embodiment, the offline activity location of the user can be determined according to the uniqueness of the wireless network mac address, so that similar users can be determined, the problem of inaccurate positioning when the position of the user is positioned is avoided, the technical problem of low accuracy rate of determining the behavior similarity among the users in the prior art is solved, and the technical effect of improving the accuracy rate of the behavior similarity of the user is achieved.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required by the invention.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (such as a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
Example 2
According to the embodiment of the invention, the invention also provides an information pushing device for implementing the information pushing method. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an information pushing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes:
the collecting unit 30 is configured to collect wireless network connection data reported by the first terminal and the second terminal;
the first terminal may be a terminal of a first user and the second terminal may be a terminal of a second user.
Namely, the collection unit includes: the first collection module is used for collecting the mac address and the connection times of the first terminal and the second terminal which are connected with the wireless network at the offline active site; and/or the second collecting module is used for collecting the mac address and the scanning times of the wireless network scanned by the first terminal and the second terminal in the offline activity place.
Namely, the second collection module includes: the judging submodule is used for judging whether the maximum signal intensity of the wireless network scanned by the first terminal is greater than or equal to-60 dBm or not; the recording submodule is used for recording the times of scanning the wireless network by the first terminal when the maximum signal intensity of the wireless network scanned by the first terminal is judged to be larger than or equal to-60 dBm; and if the maximum signal intensity of the wireless network scanned by the first terminal is judged to be less than-60 dBm, not recording the times of scanning the wireless network by the first terminal.
Optionally, the collection unit comprises: the third collecting module is used for collecting offline consumption records of the first terminal, wherein the offline consumption records comprise the ID of the consumption object; and the data determining module is used for taking the ID and the consumption times of the consumption object corresponding to the first terminal as wireless network connection data.
The first determining unit 32 is configured to determine, according to the wireless network connection data, a first connection characteristic of the first terminal and a second connection characteristic of the second terminal, where the first connection characteristic includes a first network identifier indicating an offline activity location of the first terminal and a number of times that the first terminal appears in each offline activity location corresponding to the first network identifier, and the second connection characteristic includes a second network identifier indicating an offline activity location of the second terminal and a number of times that the second terminal appears in each offline activity location corresponding to the second network identifier.
The second determining unit 34 is configured to determine the offline activity similarity of the first terminal and the second terminal according to the first connection characteristic and the second connection characteristic.
Optionally, the second determination unit includes: the first determining module is used for determining the same offline activity place corresponding to the first network identifier and the second network identifier and the times of the first terminal and the second terminal appearing in the same offline activity place according to the first connection characteristic and the second connection characteristic; and the second determining module is used for determining the offline activity similarity of the first terminal and the second terminal according to the same offline activity place and the times of the same offline activity place.
